Located in a historic 14th-century farmhouse, surrounded by organic vineyards and orchards, this restaurant immediately exudes a warm, family atmosphere. The two indoor parlors, steeped in history, and the outdoor pergola overlooking the mountains make every meal a special experience. The cuisine is the real highlight: traditional South Tyrolean dishes prepared with authentic ingredients, many of which come directly from the farm or other Red Rooster producers. The menu follows the seasons: in spring, wild garlic dumplings and cream of asparagus stand out, while in summer, light soups are served, while in autumn, Törgellen offers intense flavors with Schlutzkrapfen, roasts, sauerkraut, and the ever-present chestnuts. Don't miss the homemade desserts, such as krapfen filled with jam or chestnut cream. Homemade wine and grappa complete the experience, accompanied by the warmth of owner Christian and his family, who love entertaining guests with stories and anecdotes.
