03/04/2024: we ate here on Saturday evening, the room is a very welcoming stube, with the ancient bread oven and a spectacular view of the city. We ordered nettle soup, hemp tortelli filled with goat's cheese, potato tortelli filled with dandelion, spinach dumplings and beef stew: all delicious and very well prepared, with flowers and small details much appreciated (the ravioli fried that accompanies the nettle soup). we were very happy. congratulations to Theresia and Eugen and the rest of the family! we hope to return soon
30/03/2024: We reserved a table there thanks to a tip from a local. It is a very quiet and cozy restaurant and the owners are there for their guests! The selection of dishes is manageable and is calmly explained to the guest. There is no menu. The food is regional and was excellent, but the prices are almost too cheap considering the quality. We made another reservation straight away.

17/02/2024: It was the best pizza I have ever had. We had out meal prepared in ten minutes, we had ordered. The atmosphere was great.

03/04/2024: Excellent burgers, good breakfast too, very nice but particular rooms, the staircase leading to the mezzanine for sleeping is not for everyone and it is very hot and we were there in March
29/03/2024: We would have been there 3 minutes after making the reservation, but there was a rude call that the table had been given away due to unpunctuality. Impossible!

05/01/2024: We had dinner with two adults and a little girl. What to say? Regarding the order, we received a pitcher of lemonade that we never asked for, but we didn't send it back (mistakenly) because we didn't think they would charge €11.90 for it; ordered orange soda, which arrived in a glass and also paid €3.30.
Continuing with water, a one liter glass bottle of Plose water, paid €5.90.
As for the food, 1 very mediocre margherita pizza, a plate of rice with radicchio, acceptable, and dumplings not to be taken!
To top it off, our table was only 3cm apart from another.
Never again!!!
04/01/2024: Avoid! A bottle of water over 5 euros, a tiny filet 34.90 euros. Value for money non-existent. We ordered a pizza and the filet. The filet arrived 25 minutes after the pizza. Furthermore, it would be nice if at least one waiter in the restaurant knew how to speak Italian since we are in Italy. A little kindness would be appreciated. Location with very narrow space between tables.

Prezzo sopra la media! Posizione molto centrale, quindi di passaggio.
04/12/2023: Devo essere sincero tutto molto buono! La parmigiana davvero saporita però un po' troppo pasticciata... La lasagna buona e anche la pizza.

24/01/2024: The journey to Villscheiderhof actually begins in the center of Brixen. The drive went down a side street and through a small residential area with a speed limit, over a bridge over state highway 12 and over a bridge over the highway. The road has become narrower over the last few hundred meters, but now there are a lot of small curves. Once at the top you have a beautiful view over Brixen. I had registered in advance because the Buschenschank is closed in winter. I bought a Rose, a Zweigelt and a Kerner.
04/11/2023: Reserved quickly because it was very busy on Saturday. The service brought drinks and soup as a starter. The freshly squeezed apple juice is awesome. The pumpkin cream soup with nutmeg and thyme is very tasty. The meat-heavy main course was also very tasty. Something delicious from the Keschtn for dessert... The evening was a complete success.

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Tutto delizioso e le porzioni sono giuste.
Il personale é molto gentile e ben organizzato nonostante la grande affluenza.
I canederli di ricotta dolci sono buonissimi!

24/12/2023: Das Essen ist zwar sehr teuer (auch im Verhältnis zu umliegenden Lokalen, aber qualitativ in Ordnung. Eine Katastrophe und ein definitiver Grund das Lokal zu meiden, ist der Service. Desinteressiertes und wenig kundenorientiertes Personal, das es schafft, dauerhaft gezielt am Kunden vorbei zu schauen. Für Bestellung und Bezahlung sollten jeweils mindestens 20-30 Minuten eingeplant werden. Im Skigebiet in der Nebensaison … wie das in der Hauptsaison wird, will ich gar nicht wissen. Das ist schlicht unzumutbar.

22/08/2023: Locale molto carino, anche se non molto curato all'entrata. Cotoletta con patate fritte, eccellente. Tris di canederli davvero buono. Personale cordiale e professionale, forse un pò lento il servizio. Sicuramente da rifare!

Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen.
Abendessen auf wirklich sehr hohem Niveau. Dazu eine schöne Weinauswahl.
Dafür ein akzeptables Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
