09/04/2026: A lovely, family-run hotel in the old town of Schlanders. Friendly staff throughout. Charmingly decorated. Large, quiet rooms. Generous breakfast buffet with regional products. Parking available. We felt very comfortable.

08/03/2026: The lakeside hotel is a fantastic place to stay on Lake Reschen! The host family and staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive! The spa area is wonderful, with stunning views of the lake and mountains! The interior is beautiful – especially the restaurant, bar, and spa area! Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful! We'll definitely be back! 🙂

29/03/2026: Since 2020, we've dined at Lampl at least once or twice during our holidays. We also get pizzas there at least once per trip. There must be a reason for that. The food is excellent, as is the service, and the ambiance also plays a part. One of the best restaurants in the upper Vinschgau Valley. See you next time, in the last week of August 2026.

10/04/2026: I swam laps there. It's a great pool. It's clean, and the staff are very friendly. My 1.5-hour pool pass also included the indoor whirlpool and an outdoor pool with warm water, bubbles, and a beautiful view.

14/01/2026: I've been a guest at this refuge for over 25 years. It's spectacular! Both the location and the food. One of the most beautiful places in the world at the foot of my favorite mountain in the Dolomites... Ciao Tre Scarperi! Come visit Maria, she's very kind! But be patient, because it's not always easy to find a table!

10/01/2026: This quaint refuge nestled in the beautiful Fiscalina Valley can be reached after an hour's mostly flat hike from Bad Moos. The food was DELICIOUS, and I can't wait to return! We had the salsify soup and dumplings, truly unforgettable! The service was also fast and friendly. It's worth considering that this is a fairly popular refuge, and since they don't take reservations, you might end up on a waiting list, but fortunately, it fills up fairly quickly. Highly recommended!

04/02/2026: Great location, convenient to so many activities in the South Tyrol. Fabulous food and service, though as I now read the reviews I realize that the reason I found their bread and pastries to be just a little less than wonderful was that it was all gluten free. (But still tasty, and the rest of the food was superb.) Loved the pool and sauna areas, but the rooftop hot tub was really only a "tepid tub" and was not really usable during our winter stay because it wasn't adequately heated. Lovely spacious and quiet room. But the bed was too firm for us and there was no way to adjust the temperature to our particular taste, so for us the room was always too hot, especially at night. They offer guided snowshoe hikes in the winter (which was the primary reason we were there), but for our entire week the only available hikes were quite strenuous, and we could only manage to do one of them. (We noted that the following week, after we would be gone, that there were easier hikes offered.) So while I do recommend this hotel and we did enjoy ourselves, I can't help but have some regrets because our stay there could have been so much more enjoyable with only a few changes.

10/04/2026: A fantastic ski resort for the whole family. We've been coming for many years, but this season the slope conditions before Easter were particularly good! Perfectly groomed slopes, great mountain huts, perfect weather... We'll definitely be back.
