19/08/2026: A restaurant with a refined and very characteristic interior, combined with a splendid outdoor terrace surrounded by flowers, vines, and kiwi trees, with free private parking. The menu is extensive by South Tyrolean standards, offering not only classic local dishes but also Central European specialties. The goulash soup is excellent, the pork ribs are well-prepared, and the strudel is a good dessert. The menu is average for the square, and the service from the hostess is very attentive. The complimentary liqueurs (not a given at this latitude!) are appreciated as compensation for a less than satisfactory dish.

18/08/2026: I rarely give 5 stars, but we've been coming back for many years because it's simply excellent. Everything is perfect here: the service, the value for money, and the atmosphere.

20/07/2026: Magnificent views, delicious food, and South Tyrolean hospitality. Anyone wanting to experience this should visit the Waalrast restaurant in Lana. 18/07/2026: Magnificent views over the Adige Valley from Bolzano to Merano. I have always received very attentive and friendly service here. The food is delicious, and the desserts, such as apple fritters or Tartufo Nero, are highly recommended.

21/07/2026: If you appreciate down-to-earth cuisine and friendly people, this is the place for you. A traditional alpine hut as it should (ideally) be: unpretentious, warm, and authentic. The owner is even happy to give hiking tips if needed.

31/07/2026: We just got back from dinner and were very impressed. A diverse menu, the food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, and the service staff was very friendly. All in all, a perfect score! We'll definitely be back.

18/08/2026: We came here on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed 😊 Very tasty pizza and friendly service. We will definitely come again.

12/08/2026: Friendly staff, good prices, and you simply feel well taken care of. We had three pizzas to take away. The pizza here is still cooked in a proper wood-fired oven, as it should be.

10/08/2026: The pistachio risotto is incredible! Highly recommend that dish. The service was also phenomenal. The only down side was the mosquitoes on the outdoor patio seating are awful. Must take insect repellent to enjoy your time.
