06/04/2024: This is a great restaurant because they have a combination meal that allows you try a good size portion of 3 different dishes for a very reasonable price. My husband and are both vegetarian and we each ordered completely different combinations, so there are a lot of veg options. Everything tasted really good and the atmosphere is very nice too.

The owner spoke with us about his process and even shared his tips (and showed us) his sourdough starter and the type of flour he uses. Also try the Dolomiti beer on tap. This will be a pizza we talk about for a long time.

04/04/2024: The pasta is soft (not like the taste of spaghetti ) which is very disappointing. Pasta with fresh truffle is 22 Europe. I won't say it's a good deal.

Nonostante questo oggi tutto è cambiato, perché io, essendo una persona allergica al glutine quindi celiaco, non sono stato del tutto soddisfatto della mia esperienza, perché mi sono sentito male a fine pranzo e purtroppo ho vomitato in bagno nonostante avessi ordinato e comunicato la mia allergia.
