05/04/2024: The meat and cheese platter as an appetizer is delicious with a sweet and salty combination, the mussels are very fresh, and the highlight is the pumpkin risotto, which is the best risotto I have ever tasted! ! !

Il servizio molto cortese e competente aiuta a degustare al meglio i piatti toscani proposti, fedeli alla tradizione (ma con qualche innovazione) e molto ben presentati. Noi abbiamo assaggiato i paccheri ai legumi, gli gnocchi (che mi hanno rievocato quelli di mia mamma) il fagiano e il dolce. Un'ottima scelta di vini al calice.

Be sure to try the paella + lemon cream pasta!!!!!!!
I missed Korean food so much, but it was really enough to make me forget for a moment.
It's so delicious!
If you are coming with a group of people, try dishes with mussels.
Other people eat a lot of that too!!!!

30/03/2024: Best pizza we had in Italy! Chef Puya and waiter Nicola were fantastic and so kind. We were getting married while in Florence and they were so happy for us! The pizza here is delicious, filling but doesn't make you feel bloated at all! We went here 3x during our time in Florence and it was one of the highlights of our elopement/honeymoon. Thank you Gustarium Firenze for your 5 star service and food! We miss you guys!

Decorated shabby-chic across a small footprint, pleasant servers scooping from metal cylinders 12h00 to 20h00 daily, traditional flavors dominate a list of perhaps two-dozen and whether one selects pure Fior de Panna or Pistachio textures are smooth containg restrained sweetness.
