14/01/2026: A very interesting winery tour. The woman who led the tour (I don't remember her name, but she had red hair) was always very kind and available to answer any questions we had. The wines were very good, and we were also pleasantly surprised by the oil and vinegar. The scenery was splendid. :)

13/01/2026: If you're visiting the area, this is a can't miss. Dan was a great tour through the castle. Wine tasting was excellent. Learned a lot about Chianti and balsamic. And you can order wine that they will ship to your house. Strongly recommend.

10/02/2026: A very beautiful experience... The signs left by mothers who, when leaving their child, placed half a medal next to him, a figurine cut in half and kept the other half to be able to prove that they were the real mother.

07/02/2026: Beautiful art museum, formerly a convent and sanatorium. The gallery is on the second floor; be careful not to miss it as the path to it is poorly marked.

16/01/2026: It's a small shop, but everything was delicious. They have a variety of breads, from a cornet-like pastry made with ingredients wrapped in thin dough, to bread with ham and cheese, to sweet Danish-like pastries. The staff were also very friendly. It's a small shop on a corner of the street so it doesn't stand out, but it had a lovely feel like a bakery in an Italian neighborhood.

20/12/2025: Xhoni is very kind!!! Xhoni is really friendly. Everyone speaks some Korean, and it was nice that there was a Korean menu!!! For reference, as of 12/20, I ordered a 1.3kg T-bone and it came out to 106 euros.

20/02/2026: We spent nine days in Florence searching for a great seafood restaurant, and finally found this one near the Ponte Vecchio on our last night. Turns out, Jay Chou had also been there, so we deliberately chose the window seat to recreate his look for a photo. The ambiance was superb, with views of the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio from the windows, and the interior was elegant. The handsome young waiter, Manuel, provided excellent service and his photography skills were top-notch! We ordered a seafood platter, oysters, seafood pasta, and sea bass, all of which were excellent.

17/10/2025: One of the best gelatos in Florence. Extraordinary "mordilatte" flavor. The gelateria offers many new flavors, such as a themed weekend dedicated to tiramisu. Highly recommended for those who aren't afraid of the scale!

09/01/2026: Best restaraunt in Italy. Service was exceptional and food was Michelin-star-worthy. They even provided a complimentary tasting dish, which blended so many exquisite flavors. Favorite meal of the night was the signature steak Florentino, which was 40 day dry aged and sourced from a local farm.

15/01/2026: Stopped in for lunch after reading good reviews about this vegetarian cafe/shop. We both ordered from the lunch special which allowed you to get a pasta, a side and a special. The food was good but a little on the salty side. Still nice to have a vegetarian restaurant option!

14/01/2026: A lovely place not far from the center of Florence (a 5-6 minute walk), which is both a well-stocked bookstore and a vegetarian-vegan restaurant serving excellent dishes at affordable prices. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, the service attentive, the menu is good, including the wine selection, the portions generous, and the quality is above average. A truly delightful place, worth considering as a better alternative to the usual tourist spots. Luca

11/02/2026: New management, a young and highly skilled pizza chef, excellent pizzas, perfectly crispy, top-notch ingredients, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Takeout is available, just minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy delicious pizza as the sun sets with a beautiful view. Highly recommended. We've been back several times and tried the various pizzas...all fabulous...the best thing is the tomato sauce, truly worthy of applause. Bravo, Dario, you continue to amaze us with the unique flavors you offer every time we come. It's become a regular stop! We also tried the new Deliziosa pizza...the burrata and pesto are amazing!! And to finish, the homemade tiramisu is a must!!...and for those who want, they also offer personalized t-shirts.
