By choice they do not serve the most famous Cola, but one of local production. It costs a little more than the common pizzerias. For lunch pizza is available only on Wednesday and Friday. Dinner always.

25/04/2025: Een zakelijke kennis Gabriel vertelde ons dat dit een heel goed restaurant is en dat hebben gisteren meteen geprobeerd en het was superieur top gewoon niks meer zoeken hier naar toe gaan De bediening zo vriendelijk en attent en spreken ook heel goed Engels mocht dat nodig zijn wij hadden een anti pasto en een soort krokante ravioli de primi piatti tagliatelle ragu en ravioli ricotta en pistache en hoofdgerecht biefstuk en alles was van uitmuntende kwaliteit en smaak mijn vriendin had de rode huiswijn en ik een lekker biertje en we hebben het heel gezellig gehad we gaan nog zeker een keer terug deze week

12/05/2025: I have been to this restaurant several times with my family and my mother in a wheelchair. Everyone has always been kind and super hospitable, like being at home! Not to mention the food, genuine and always delicious! Super recommended! We will see each other soon!

I leave home at 6.50, train and off I go, I arrive at 7.40 and I am 63rd in line (a gentleman contacted us 3 times), opening at 9 and delivery of the passes (bracelets) with a number written on them. They say that for the 1st step there are only 75 passes, I'll go back!! but when it's my turn they're already sold out 🤔 (I'm 15 and I'm ashamed to do myself justice), I'm the 6th excluded so I have to settle for the signing session. I feel bad😩, I get angry😡, I repress it thinking that the important thing will be to meet him. I enter school in 3rd period, I go out, I eat a sandwich on the fly and at 2pm I get back in line outside the library for the 6pm talk. At 4pm everyone stands, otherwise "we'll take up too much space" says one of the security guards. Finally I go in and enjoy the chat. They say NOW EVERYONE OUT AND WHO HAS A PASS FOR THE FIRMADILLO GET IN LINE FOR THE TIME GROUPS WRITTEN ON THE BRACELET. I go out, convinced that I will return almost immediately since I am number 6 in the first group, and here is another injustice, the line (60 people per hour) has already formed while the talk was taking place, I am second to last... My mother has joined me, worried about the time of returning to the train, she argues with the 2 security "gorillas" who do not enforce the order of the numbers assigned in the morning, the response of one of them is I DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE NUMBER. I am back inside to meet him, finally, even if I am the last one in the third time I have been in line since this morning. I look at the time and if everything goes well we will be able to take the 9.14 train and return home by 10pm... the director of the bookstore arrives and takes me by the hand and makes me climb among the first, perhaps she has understood that something has gone wrong? I thank her, but this is just not right, 3 times in line despite the numbered bracelet. What should be security, of indecent rudeness. I arrive home at 9 pm, very tired but still happy. Because to get justice you have to raise your voice, why?

16/04/2025: What can I say, 5 star venue! It's difficult to find a flaw because right from the moment you are welcomed you feel pampered and at the center of attention. Service always attentive and present. I don't want to comment on the dishes because it would be impossible to describe what I felt while tasting them😍😍. Truly recommended. Last but not least, excellent wine list.

26/10/2024: My wife and I dined here in the Opera restaurant last week during our trip to Florence. Everything was simply outstanding; however, the food was by far and away the best meal we had during our entire 2 week Italian trip and the best restaurant meal I have had anywhere in the past 5 years. The co-owner was gracious, helpful and even delivered a meal that was not even on the menu! We will return and pass the message on!

10/10/2024: Although I didn't have high expectations at first, the dish made with plenty of seasonal porcini mushrooms was very delicious. The combination of fillet and porcini is especially delicious, and the beef stew and pasta are also excellent. It seems to be a family-run business, and all the staff were polite and had great smiles. You can enjoy your meal in a warm atmosphere, and if you're in the area, be sure to visit.

When I don't know what to cook Mirco always saves me!!! And the sweet lady at the checkout??? It's the icing on the cake!!! Pizza always fragrant, its dough absolutely light!!! tasty down to the crumbs 🤪!!!

20/05/2025: Great choice for a quiet neighborhood. The server is excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the all-you-can-eat classic Italian food buffet at a good price! Don't hesitate.

30/03/2025: Ugly atmosphere, 80's club style. They say they have gluten-free bases for the pizza. Mine was completely charred on the edge. Not burned, charred. There was such a burning smell that I had it taken away without touching it. Serving something like this, inedible, is offensive. Even worse was the waitress who said that they had to make it like this because otherwise it wouldn't cook well inside. I have been celiac for 20 years. First time I've seen something like this. Absolutely inadequate.

12/04/2025: Top environment with a view of the baptistery. Very friendly staff and EXCELLENT food. We drank fresh Lambrusco and ate the agnolotti, the venison lasagne and the horse pesto and I highly recommend all three dishes. I will definitely be back!!
