03/06/2025: I tried the raw Cinta Senese sausages, which they only serve on Fridays: exceptional. An interesting alternative to the classic restaurants. Highly recommended

04/05/2025: I'm just saying that since I was lucky enough to meet him...I'll be back as soon as I can! High quality, kindness too; I find the variety excellent and you can choose at random... you always land on your feet! Few but good drinks and what can we say about the desserts, those are special too, very fresh and also for gluten intolerants, what more could you want!!!

03/06/2025: We happened upon it by chance, dinner for 4 with an appetizer, pappardelle with wild boar and spectacular Fiorentina. Normal price. Informal and quiet atmosphere.

02/07/2025: I would say Il Procopio is really one or the best ice-cream parlour you can find in Florence! I went there several times and was never disappointed with the taste and quality of their flavours and cone, neither was I with the staff’s professional kindness. :))

15/07/2025: The restaurant is expensive so it is not easy visit it, but I went, the bistecca remain the best, no doubt. But the wine was not fresh so hot that it was impossible to drink and we report it and waited for a new bottle fresh, but they preferred put the our open bottle on the ice, unbelievable. I am a chef graduate at ICIF, and the agnolotti served at golden it not 10% of an agnolotti from the north, the recipe have no identity or ingredients in balance. The worst mistake and unacceptable for an Italian chef, was served no cooked al dente, was “cruda”. De good point was the waiter is a really nice guy. But this is secondary because we visit the restaurant for the experience with the food. So, I returned to Portugal very disappointed, unfortunately.

13/07/2025: La comida estaba bien presentada y deliciosa. Le daría 4 estrellas. Las vieiras eran 5 estrellas, el cordero no era el mejor en mi opinión. El servicio estuvo bien. No es el mejor, pero tampoco el peor. En total 4 estrellas. Además el interior no era tan interesante, por eso le doy 4 estrellas.

10/06/2025: A beautiful property. A modern, well-maintained house with a beautiful garden and pool. The hosts are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The restaurant serves excellent food, which I definitely recommend.

23/06/2025: We visited the restaurant as part of a bachelorette party while traveling through Tuscany. Although we didn't have a reservation, we were offered a table inside where we enjoyed a delicious meal. With a sufficient mix of Italian and English, the waiter was able to explain the menu to us. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food!

27/06/2025: After watching Tucci in Italy and realizing Florence was on our itinerary, we knew we had to try Cibleo – Tortelli e Ravioli. As a huge fan of Asian cuisine, the idea of an Asian-Tuscan fusion spot in the heart of Florence was too intriguing to pass up. Every dish was crafted with intention and creativity—combinations I never would have imagined, yet they worked beautifully. The standout for me was the pork belly tacos. They had just the right amount of heat and were incredibly well balanced. We also opted to add the bao buns to our course, which were equally fantastic—pillowy soft and packed with flavor. We were lucky enough to sit at the bar, right in front of the chef, who walked us through each dish as it was prepared. It turned a great meal into a truly memorable experience. Amazing food, thoughtful fusion, and a personal touch—definitely a highlight of our trip.

22/06/2025: Eat here! Most places in central Florence are overrated because tourists have no idea what counts as good food... but this place deserves the high rating and more attention. In fact, it's better than some of the Michelin-starred places we've been to. Be sure to get the duck gyoza.

29/06/2025: One of the best pizza by the slice I know, the strong point is the stuffed pizza but all the others are also excellent. The dry pastries are also good. Prices are normal. Service is up to par. Highly recommended.
