The store is a bit tiny, when there is a costume with family the store is full and u have to place for look at the menu or if they decide to eat on the seat in the store, there is only one space to order like u can't move. 03/03/2026: Delicious and very filling panzerotti, very kind and very friendly service, Miss Nene managed to solve one of my problems in a much better way than chat gpt, congratulations guys, keep it up, the only small precaution is a pinch of extra salt but really delicious I repeat, below are the photos of one of the two panzerotti that I took because they were too tasty and I bit into one immediately and then the super crocodile beer!!!

09/01/2026: The classic Tuscan tavern, my family and I had dinner there at the beginning of 2026. They were welcoming and very kind, the meat was very good and the prices were reasonable. I also gave 4 stars to the atmosphere because for me it was in keeping with the classic tavern.

30/12/2025: We visited the restaurant as part of a bachelor party during our trip through Tuscany. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we were offered a table inside where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The server, with her good mix of Italian and English, was able to explain the menu to us. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food!

06/01/2026: At Consuma, a great place for a quick stop. All kinds of schiacciatas and fillings; I recommend the mushroom one, but the others are worth trying, too. The desserts are also excellent. A well-equipped dining room is available for purchase; plates, glasses, and other tableware are available in a cupboard in the dining room. Fair prices.

13/12/2025: An excellent osteria where the high-quality, unconventional cuisine focuses on local products. The informal, family atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Francesco is a great host, and Matteo and his staff delighted us with excellent dishes, including an excellent white truffle tonight. Truly well done.

27/12/2025: I've been twice, and both times I've had a wonderful evening. I've experienced both the summer atmosphere outside and the winter atmosphere inside. The restaurant, in both cases, is very welcoming and comfortable, well-decorated and with attention to every detail. The menu, which varies according to the season, keeps customers coming back. The dishes are perfect; they may not be to everyone's taste, but the quality is evident, both in the raw materials and the preparation. The service staff are impeccable, kind, never invasive, available for every need, and attentive. The prices are in line with all the features listed above. It's not a place I could come often for my money, but I'll be happy to return as soon as I can.

23/02/2026: Terrible experience with a birthday cake. First call: we asked what weight was indicated for ten people and they told us one kilo. Second: we asked for a cake for about ten people. When we went to pick it up, we discovered that the cake weighed two kilos (€90) and that the person who answered the phone had written to their colleagues that it was for 15 people. We pointed out that two kilos would still have been too much for 15 guests. At that point, they changed the instructions from the phone, explaining that it costs €6 per person, so the weight parameter was no longer used. The problem was that the birthday was that evening, and it was impossible for us to change the cake at that point (much less for them to offer us an alternative or a discount). So we had to order it anyway. The icing on the cake, it must be said, was that we had also asked over the phone if it was possible to have it without nuts or walnuts. They said it was no problem. When, resigned, we left with the two-kilo cake, we read on the ingredients sheet that it might contain traces of tree nuts or walnuts. Only then did they offer to exchange it for a smaller one, but it would still contain those traces. So it wouldn't have made sense. So some guests didn't eat a cake that was also too big. A disaster. Oh, and the cake was good, on par with those other good bakeries in the city, which we'll try next time.

16/02/2026: My wife bought some vegan pasta, I have to say it's the first time I've found flavours of a level comparable to non-vegan ones, and with a good choice too.

17/01/2026: Terrible experience. I went on December 31st and expected to pay a lot, but at least I wanted to eat well!!! I ordered two appetizers, one of which didn't arrive, and I wasn't told beforehand that it was sold out (at least I could have chosen something else). Only one arrived (bruschetta). Then we ordered the Florentine steak, and it was awful!!! It was raw, cold, and INEDIBLE. Furthermore, it was served on a plate with no option to cook it to your liking in the grill. I had it brought back, but when it came back, it was still cold and, above all, extremely raw!! It was so tough that we had to leave it on the plate. In conclusion? We spent €120 for one bruschetta because the rest was inedible. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES IN FLORENCE! (P.S. the waitress with the short hair was unbearable)

21/12/2025: A modern osteria with various rooms and dining areas furnished in a simple, minimalist style. The lighting is good, if a little cool. The acoustics are acceptable. The menu is varied, with plenty of influences and reinterpretations of traditional dishes. Dishes are beautifully presented and, above all, prepared with care and professionalism. The wine list is limited but of high quality. The service is attentive, courteous, and professional. It's always a pleasure to return. Average prices.

13/11/2025: Fantastic coffee experience. The baristas are experienced and seasoned in the art of coffee. From an American perspective, I am in love with the coffee production here. The service is friendly. The pastries are delicious.

09/11/2025: This place is one my go to's. It has such cute ambiance inside and comfortable, covered outside seating. It's great for breakfast, lunch and quick after work apero (they close at 8:30p) The breakfast and aperitivo are my faves. You just feel so chic with your spritz whether inside among the warm, dim lights or outside with a view of Piazza Libertà. It's a really cute for both dates or friend time. I'll have to take some pics next time.

24/02/2026: The risotto is really, really, really delicious. I'm addicted to risotto and have had quite a few in Italy, but this risotto is truly the best. It was risotto with artichokes, and it was a richness I'd never tasted before. If Koreans are in the area, you should definitely try the risotto at this restaurant.

15/02/2026: The Baldavino pizza was amazing! Our waiter was wonderful and split the pizza without us asking and paired a great wine.

27/02/2026: I'm absolutely delighted! It's a historic place, but not stagnant—it's alive, chic, and delicious in every sense: the coffee, the desserts, the interior, the dishes, the service, and the aroma! It's a delight in itself! Next time I'm in Florence, I'll be back at Café Gilli.
