25/06/2025: Yes 2000% for this place where the kindness of the service, (with explanations of the dishes and in French), is in perfect harmony with the local or non-local dishes (but always prepared locally). The salami has matured to amaze you, the octopus is to die for, the beef fillet with truffles is succulent. It's hard to find someone who wouldn't find what they're looking for there!

17/07/2025: Well, what can I say... try it and believe it. The schiacciata is truly delicious, as are all the different flavors made with genuine products. It's worth the wait due to the long line. But it's well organized, and the staff is very kind and professional.

14/07/2025: I stopped in passing, noticing the many cars parked on the side along the road to the Passo della Consuma, and I must say I had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided an electronic ticket to wait your turn. The food was excellent. I tried the pre-made schiacciata filled with mushrooms and a slice of classic pizza. To finish, baked biscuits and coffee were excellent, exceptional, and reasonably priced! For those who also want to buy some food products, there's a wide selection of wines and various jars of sauces and typical Tuscan vegetables, as well as cured meats, salami, and more. I'll gladly return.

06/07/2025: It started to rain, and I was looking for a cafe where I could take shelter, when I was drawn in by the stylish terrace and went inside. The shop was bustling with customers, and a staff member in a tuxedo kindly served me. I ordered a cafe latte and chocolate. Both were delicious, and they even gave me a complimentary mini cream puff. There's a plaza in front, so I recommend a sofa seat!

22/06/2025: We visited this restaurant with good expectations, but unfortunately the experience was not up to par. We fully understand the difficulty of managing everything with a small staff, but seeing the same professional simultaneously cover the roles of chef, waiter, barman and receptionist inevitably affected the quality of the service. Furthermore, we did not receive any advice or explanations about the dishes, which in a restaurant with traditional foreign cuisine is often very useful to guide the choice. The dishes were well presented aesthetically, but the overall quality of the food was not satisfactory. In particular, the “Arroz con Mariscos” was extremely spicy, to the point of being inedible. We know that Peruvian cuisine requires a certain use of spices, but it is unacceptable for a dish to be served with such a level of spiciness without any indication on the menu. In the numerous occasions in which we have eaten in Peru, we have never found such a strong “arroz”. We hope that this review will be welcomed as a constructive starting point: with some improvements in management and communication with customers, the potential of the place could be better enhanced.

21/06/2025: My husband and I love ceviche and whenever we can we go and eat it, wherever we are. That's why today we set off from Arezzo to Florence to try the cuisine of El Inca: delicious. Super ceviche, divine Lomo saltato, but also aperitif and service at the Top. Truly, one of the best Peruvian restaurants we've tried. We'll definitely be back.

10/06/2025: 14 euros for a worthless omelette and tasteless bread. And another 1 euro for the waiter to bring it. Little food, high prices, poor selection, you have to order at the counter, desserts are so-so. Only the terrace by the columns is cool

06/07/2025: The place is full of people, I sat on the top floor which was empty and all the tables were full of dirt and leftover food and drinks from customers. The whole time I was sitting here, not a single employee came up. The price is cheaper than other places but I was disappointed with the pastries. If you walk a few meters down the street you will reach other places, maybe at a slightly higher price in euros, but definitely delicious. The jam-filled croissant is completely empty and only filled at one point in the middle. I have eaten better cannelloni and spoliatella just down the street. The orange juice is indeed freshly squeezed. Because of the rush, the staff is not warm but does everything quickly and impatiently and there were also many misunderstandings during the selection of the three pastries. Disappointing.

04/06/2025: alle 14.30 fuori c'era il cartellone con menù del pranzo, ma la cucina era già chiusa, fa niente...abbiamo preso 3 salati. Volevamo dividere il conto in 2 ma il barista non ha capito e ha fatto un conto unico. Alla mia richiesta di dividere il conto, ha risposto sgarbatamente "DECIDETEVI!"
