08/07/2026: The Margherita and stuffed Schiacciata were excellent, the service was excellent, and the girl was smiling and kind. I recommend it.
19/06/2026: Excellent pizzeria, whether you order by the slice or the whole pizza! Friendly service. A reliable choice in the neighborhood. Pleasant terrace :)

La Delizia Reale

30/04/2026: A Neapolitan pizzeria where you can savor the flavors of the South. The pizza is excellent, both for the quality of the ingredients and for its lightness. The staff is friendly and helpful.
11/01/2026: Once one of the best low-cost Neapolitan pizzas in Florence. Now, only subpar products, a lack of professionalism, and prices too high for the quality offered. What a shame.

The Florence Gate

Scandicci
12/08/2026: The service wasn't pleasant. The person paid for food and drinks and didn't get to eat because the staff came to throw him outside in the 40-degree heat because the lady closes to clean at 11 a.m. - a disaster and a tragedy.
11/08/2026: The brioche and focaccia were very good but the staff were rude, especially one with red hair.

Il Crostino

Scandicci
24/07/2026: A difficult experience to forget... but not for the right reasons. We came to this place with modest expectations, but not even the wildest imagination could have prepared us for what awaited us. As soon as we arrived, we were seated and, after about 20 minutes (with our order already taken), we were informed that we would have to wait at least half an hour because there was a party. Let's face it, this information would have been helpful to know before sitting down. But anyway, we decided to stay. In the end, the dishes arrived after well over an hour. Meanwhile, one of our colleagues, exhausted by the biblical wait and the first "outburst" from one of the staff (we'll get to that soon), preferred to get up and leave. And I can't blame her. When the dishes finally arrived, the disappointment was total: tiny plates, flavors reminiscent of "nightmare restaurants," and at times embarrassing even for the quality of the ingredients alone. Honestly, I've rarely eaten so badly in my life, and I've even worked in this industry. But if you think the problem stops with the food, you're very wrong. The real highlight of the evening was the owner, or at least whoever acted like one, because I have a hard time believing anyone would hire him to manage customer relations. He's not inclined to dialogue, allergic to courtesy, and has a curious talent for turning a simple confrontation into a heated discussion. His earlier drama wasn't enough, but to create a dramatic conclusion, he rightly decided to create a skit that to call "out of place" is an understatement. Apparently, his customer service is considered an unnecessary luxury. And it's a shame, because the rest of the staff was kind and clearly embarrassed by the situation, but strangely enough, they seemed used to it, so I don't think I'm the first customer to experience a scene like this, and I certainly won't be the last, so be careful... In short: if you love culinary experiences that involve nerves, endless waiting times, and dishes that will make you long for the university cafeteria, this place is for you. My sincere advice to the manager: If you can't manage the dining room adequately, stop accepting more people than you can adequately serve. Better a few satisfied customers than a lot who won't return!! Focus on the quality of service rather than the quantity of customers. Fewer tables, more attention, would already be a step forward, but above all, a smile and politeness cost less than a bad dish, and not only do they leave a much better memory, but they also make a place truly worthy of being called a "restaurant."
12/06/2026: But when are you going to reopen it? Change management, but reopen it! We really miss Crostino, it was the only pizzeria where we ate well.
