06/05/2025: Sono stupito da tutte queste recensioni negative. Siamo stati allo Zillo's proprio oggi con mia moglie (era uno dei pochi locali aperti a Courmayeur) per un aperitivo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo preso uno spritz, una birra alla spina e un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, tutto buono (e m'intendo abbastanza di queste cose: ho lavorato io stesso in un bar). L'ambiente è carino e la signora è stata gentile e disponibile con noi, dandoci anche qualche info su dove andare a cenare. Per quanto mi riguarda, cinque stelle!

14/06/2025: Tourist trap restaurant. Prices too high! A so-called hamburger cost €20 (without the €3.50 cover), and in the end, I was served a steak and fries... As a Frenchman used to Italy, this isn't a real Italian restaurant. On the other hand, the staff is super friendly, and the setting with the mountains is wonderful; basically, that's what you pay for.

26/04/2025: Small restaurant/bar at the 2nd middle station to Testa Grigia. The price is quite a bit more expensive than on Plan Maison, but still affordable. Drinks are rather expensive (0.33 l Cola can 5 euros. But everything has to get up here somehow. The staff is friendly, but there are queues that stretch through the restaurant. So you sit directly in a queue inside, outside it's ok. Inside there is a serviced area with a handful of tables, which is looked after by a waiter. Since you sit here surrounded by the self-service tables or the exit to the terrace, it's not necessarily comfortable. But there isn't more space. Nevertheless, the staff really do their best Effort to make the stay pleasant.

31/03/2025: We wanted to eat something, a table with 4 chairs became available, three of us. The waiter arrives and tells me to wait a moment as he has to disinfect. Let's sit down. The "boss" arrives and tells the three of us, take a seat at that other table. We "But it's in the sun" and he with insolence and rudeness: "the sun is spinning"!. Oh but what a welcome. Thank you and don't see us again. I don't recommend it, choose other places. Really rude staff!

02/04/2025: Nice restaurant, friendly staff but my meal was absolutely disgusting. I chose the deer ribs with a berry sauce. What arrived was certainly not ribs and was most probably quickly defrosted lamb cutlets or some other type of mystery meat with only the residue of moisture that it was cooked in sitting on a bed of badly chopped lettuce. My friend sitting next to me had the pork ribs which looked as one would expect like, pork ribs, what I received was definitely not ribs and definitely not slow cooked for eight hours. I sent my meal back, I was offered another meal but the damage was done and all of my friends where practically finished. I am local to the area and will never return. If you are looking for a good restaurant I would not recommend the Taverna Coppapan

02/06/2025: Tested on 2 occasions for two cakes on "order". The first time they got the date wrong and the cake was not ready on my birthday. The second time we ordered a cake for 8 people and they made us wait 40 minutes to collect it because they hadn't made it yet and they gave us a cake of over 2 kg, completely exaggerated for 8 people, making us pay €85 with a discount, which not even the wedding cake costs that much per person! They are only good at finding justifications and excuses... we will not recommend it to friends and family!

10/04/2025: 2 croissants (not particularly good) and a cup of ginseng: 10.20 euros. It is surprising because it remains the usual bar in a side street, with a covered terrace surrounded by a car park, where they made us sit at our request but without warning us that it was freezing and above all because we brought the croissants to the table while the waitress passed the broom.

15/02/2025: Con gli antipasti abbiamo ricevuto 4 fette di pane stallito in un sacchetto, abbiamo preso come antipasto “toma calda con crudo” , semplice e misero tomino del supermercato con una manciata di insalata vecchia nel piatto. Come primo gnocchetti con fonduta, nella norma buoni niente di speciale. Secondo di carne 40€ decisamente troppo per quello che ci é arrivato. Abbiamo mangiato in braccio ai 2 tavoli che avevamo affianco. Forse é arrivato il momento di smetterla di screditare sempre il servizio ligure e sarebbe proprio il caso che ogni località turistica inizi a guardarsi in casa. Abbiamo Speso 117€ e nemmeno lo scontrino fiscale abbiamo ricevuto nonostante lo abbiamo chiesto (siamo stati liquidati con lo scontrino della comanda) L’unico lato positivo é stata la cameriera giovane con la coda veramente gentile.

03/02/2025: We managed to blag a table here as we hadn’t booked but the staff were lovely and squeezed us in. Our issue was we didn’t order the right thing - we saw hamburgers and felt the need for a carb-less dinner, but really we would have been safer sticking to the Italian dishes! (The hamburger didn’t have a bun for example but the waiter did tell us this but we stuck with it anyway). I wish I’d ordered the pizza. Drinks wine and price were all great and I would go back!

03/05/2025: Ho cenato con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante in quanto turisti in zona. Siamo rimasti davvero delusi e fortemente insoddisfatti dalla pessima qualità del cibo e dai prezzi esorbitanti che non giustificano minimamente nè il cibo,nè la location in quanto davvero brutta e datata.. Ci siamo alzati quasi senza mangiare e abbiamo speso la bellezza di 150€ per 3 pizze,un piatto di carbonara ( davvero pessimo ),un antipasto di prosciutto e una pasta al pomodoro. Davvero un furto !!!

28/03/2025: PESSIMO. Innanzitutto il proprietario è veramente scortese: ha addirittura BESTEMMIATO contro di noi e ci continuava a insultare. Non sono molto organizzati, ma i camerieri sono gentili. I prezzi sono alti e la qualità non è la migliore. In totale abbiamo pagato 210€ in 9, tutti in contanti e non si poteva pagare separatamente.

03/03/2025: Entriamo per un aperitivo, pago 25€ per un ottimo gin tonic e uno spritz, nulla da dire sulle bevande. Aspetto portino qualcosa in accompagnamento, poi dopo dieci minuti di attesa mi alzo e chiedo, mi dicono che volendo potrei avere o patatine o arachidi aggiungendo due euro… no comment Piuttosto alzate ulteriormente i prezzi e fornite un accompagnamento, così fate sentire il cliente preso in giro. Non tornerò più , ci sono altri posti migliori a Cervinia .

18/01/2025: Ero stato circa 2 anni fa in questo bel locale, tipico, accogliente e caldo,insomma proprio una casa di montagna,dove i prezzi elevati erano abbastanza giustificati da un adeguato servizio,purtroppo ci sono ritornato recentemente e sono rimasto allibito dalla squallida gestione che ha tenuto i prezzi sempre elevati ( il classico e vergognoso spela turisti), a scapito di un servizio inesistente, per dirla in breve non esiste il servizio al tavolo e nonostante avessimo speso 64€ per 4 gin tonic, ci hanno fatto pagare 2€ per un sacchettino di patatine. Nei paraggi c’è di molto meglio !!!!
