Marcello takes great care of his guests; and the food is delicious (and the grappa too :-) )!!
20/09/2025: Was fairly happy here after a long day hiking but a few things to take note of - the comfort room is nice for a couple but it is a single bed with a single mattress so if you are two older guys this does not really work.
Food is good and plentiful but dinner at 8 pm seems a bit later and no WiFi until 8:30 or so is not a great selling point.
That said, room was clean, showers are hot and meals were OK so not too much to complain about. Not the best Refugio but very far from the worst.

15/12/2025: You order takeout, you pay, they deliver your sandwich and chips in a bag without handles, and a separate bottle without a container. I ask for a bag with handles so I can carry everything away more easily.
They told me I'd have to pay 15 cents more for the bag with handles... I'm speechless!
15/12/2025: Beautiful club, full of activities to do both alone and with the family.
I absolutely recommend it!!

13/09/2025: My husband and I stayed at this charming hotel during our vacation in the Aosta Valley and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is family-run, and everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We also ate at the restaurant, and everything was excellent!

16/09/2025: We stayed at this residence for a week and had a great time. The location is quiet, the apartment is a bit dated but has everything you need. The only downside was the smell of cheese, and we couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from.

11/11/2025: Great place!!! A place right in the center of Courmayeur, comfortable and welcoming, and the pizzas are good quality! If you want to eat a good pizza, I highly recommend it!

16/07/2025: I returned to Les Granges after many years, and it was a pleasant confirmation. I dined and enjoyed well-prepared traditional dishes, with authentic and genuine flavors. The owners were very welcoming, creating a relaxed, family atmosphere. The service was also attentive and courteous. A welcome return, and I recommend it to anyone seeking traditional cuisine and sincere hospitality.
04/07/2025: Clean rooms, breakfast with brioche, yogurt cakes, excellent honey and local jams. Dinner with a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses, 3 side dishes, appetizer and dessert. Personally I would define everything we ate as very good

16/03/2025: We come across here a few times, sometimes for a casual drink, other times to watch sport.
One night we had burgers which we were underwhelmed with given they were 14euro each. Needing the burger to taste fresher and for that price add fries or other.
But drinks/service and complimentary small finger food negated the food.
27/02/2025: Busy but friendly and reasonably priced sports bar showing rugby, football and various italian sport. Good free appetisers.

02/12/2025: We bought 4 cereal sandwiches for the modest sum of €15… among other things, the bread was dry and at least 2/3 days old… The price was not displayed and the sales assistant only told us how much we would spend at the end… SMART ONES!! STAY AWAY!!!
