30/08/2025: My wife and I have been spending our summer holidays at this hotel for several years, and the experience has always been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the housekeeping is impeccable, the food is excellent, with a constantly changing menu, and the location is beautiful. There's also a wellness center with a gym and pool. In case of inclement weather, a huge lounge, furnished with numerous sofas and armchairs, can comfortably accommodate all guests (something not found in all hotels, even high-end ones). Highly recommended.

28/08/2025: Organized my son's 18th birthday, completely disappointing. The menu was decided months in advance with the owners and was not maintained because they mixed up the snack instead of the pre-arranged and pre-paid menu. For extra jugs of beer, we paid 250 euros. In short... I don't recommend booking parties in general.

24/08/2025: We just went to this place tonight, two people and two dogs. 1. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. 2. They let us dine in a quiet corner for our dogs. 3. Really spacious and beautiful location, with an outdoor pool that gives it a vacation feel. 4. We asked for something off the menu, and they were very kind. 5. We had two pizzas that were simply EXTRAORDINARY. 6. The bill was fair and even lower than the great quality. It's hard to go out for dinner and find everything perfect. We managed it here. As the last day of vacation, it ended very well. Well done everyone, you are excellent.

22/08/2025: My first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant wasn't just a dinner: it was an experience I'll cherish forever. My girlfriend and I experienced something I'd only imagined from afar for years. I come from a simple, humble family, where certain luxuries had never been within our reach. Yet, right here in Cervinia, the place where I grew up as a child amidst ski holidays and family memories, I was able to live out a little dream: sitting at a table in a Michelin-starred mountain restaurant, at 2,000 meters, suspended between the sky and snow-capped peaks. Every dish was a journey: unique combinations, carefully crafted, flavors that told different stories from Italy to Sweden, all the way to the Orient! The glasses of wine we tasted were rare, carefully crafted discoveries—not the classic, well-known bottles but niche ones—harmonies we'll never forget. But the most intense moment came when we asked for a photo with Chef Amanda Eriksson. Toward the end of dinner, she appeared before us: incredibly empathetic, her aura filling the room. My fiancée, who has struggled with eating disorders in the past, told her what she felt when she tasted a dish. In that moment, a sincere emotion lit up the Chef's eyes, a rare and powerful human connection. It wasn't just cooking anymore: it was sharing, emotion, healing. Cervinia has always been my refuge, the place that holds my most precious memories. But this evening, in this restaurant that seems suspended between magic and the peak of the Matterhorn, I added a memory that will never fade. See you soon, Cervinia. See you soon, Wood. 19/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Cervinia. Wanting to try something different in the valley and being lovers of Northern Europe, we decided to try this restaurant. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is excellent; some dishes really surprised us, like the cappellacci and the tartare. The small pastries are fun and tasty. We'll be back to try the reindeer, as recommended by the chef.

18/06/2025: Centrally located. Free parking nearby. Unfortunately in mid-June the summer season has not yet started and therefore Cervinia is semi-deserted. Hotel needs maintenance. There is no air conditioning. Breakfast: good

15/06/2025: Nice location and courteous receptionist service. Breakfast needs to be completely revised and the room furnishings are mediocre despite the 4 stars

27/07/2025: Nessuno si ricorderà di questa cena. Pizza assolutamente normale non di estrema qualità, insalatona con acqua dentro della scatoletta di mais (pomodori congelati), torta ai frutti di bosco congelata.

25/09/2025: We went for dinner, and honestly, I had a spectacular risotto with fondue. The cured meats were really good, especially the lard. The service was fast and friendly.

13/09/2025: Highly not recommended! A plate of pasta all'arrabbiata, which had nothing spicy about it, just a little bit of sauce thrown on top and tasteless! A pizza with cooked ham and chips, terrible sauce, tasteless, flavorless, etc.

08/07/2025: Unfortunately, our experience was truly negative. We arrived with high expectations, but as soon as we entered, we had the impression of being in a neglected, almost dilapidated establishment. The welcome was cold, and we felt as if we were entering someone's home, rather than a place open to the public. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming. The biggest problem, however, was hygiene: during the meal, we found ourselves with about fifteen flies on the bread and just as many flying around the plates. A frankly unacceptable situation. We stayed only out of politeness, to avoid the embarrassment of leaving immediately, but by the end of the evening, we were worried about the possible health consequences. It's unfortunate to say this, because the owner was kind and acknowledged that the fly problem exists, but that's not enough. Hygiene management should be a top priority, no matter what. Serving food in these conditions is simply unacceptable. As for the food, unfortunately, nothing that could improve my opinion: simple dishes, poorly prepared, and of a quality that would be an understatement to call mediocre. Honestly, I cooked better when I was fifteen. It's a shame, but it's an experience we won't repeat.

08/07/2025: Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata davvero negativa. Siamo arrivati con buone aspettative, ma già all’ingresso abbiamo avuto l’impressione di trovarci in una struttura trascurata, quasi fatiscente. L’accoglienza è stata fredda e ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo entrando in casa di qualcuno, piuttosto che in un locale aperto al pubblico. L’atmosfera era tutt’altro che ospitale. Il problema maggiore, però, è stato igienico: durante il pasto ci siamo trovati con una quindicina di mosche sul pane e altrettante che volavano intorno ai piatti. Una situazione francamente inaccettabile. Siamo rimasti soltanto per educazione, per non crearci l’imbarazzo di andarcene subito, ma a fine serata eravamo preoccupati per le possibili conseguenze sanitarie. Dispiace dirlo, perché la proprietaria si è mostrata gentile e ha riconosciuto che il problema delle mosche c’è, ma non basta. La gestione dell’igiene dovrebbe essere una priorità assoluta, a prescindere da tutto. Non si può pensare di servire cibo in queste condizioni. Quanto alla cucina, purtroppo nulla che possa risollevare il giudizio: piatti semplici, poco curati, e con una qualità che definire mediocre sarebbe generoso. Sinceramente, cucinavo meglio io a quindici anni. Peccato, ma è un’esperienza che non ripeteremo.

20/07/2025: Service catastrophique, un petit monsieur archi malpoli qui souhaitait absolument nous faire comprendre que nous n'étions pas les bienvenus. Comme nous avions bien été reçu la première fois, nous sommes restés et avons mangé mais nous aurions dû fuir. Cuisine très correcte et bon rapport qualité prix. Service décevant, nous ne vous disons pas merci.

31/05/2025: Ordiniamo polenta e funghi porcini. Ci aspettiamo ci venga servito un piatto di polenta con dei funghi cotti nel loro sughetto, invece riceviamo una polenta precotta su cui è stata versata sopra una cucchiaiata di funghi sott'olio di infima qualità (olio denso e trasparente tipo lubrificante e funghi insipidi). Un piatto completamente slegato che nulla ha a che vedere con la ricetta di polenta e funghi. Vino sfuso da evitare. Peccato perché il locale è bello, caratteristico e poco rumoroso.
