09/08/2025: The bar was closed yesterday! It's probably closed all summer, but it says open on Google! Is it that hard to correctly list closing days on Google? ..if only out of a modicum of respect for tourists/customers...

31/01/2026: Unfortunately, location isn't enough. You have to be a professional. And honestly, they seem improvised! The bar is located in front of the children's snow park, and there's not even a high chair for children to eat.

26/12/2025: Friendly service. Excellent Valdostana polenta and sausage. The soup is also special. Huge sandwiches. The atmosphere is very basic and could be improved a bit...but we ate well and the prices are really fair. Well done!

04/01/2026: Imagine booking a dinner as an "outsider" at a hotel restaurant and finding it fully booked upon your arrival, your table reassigned to a hotel guest, and the staff telling you that enforcing reservations isn't their concern. This hotel manages the spaces dedicated to its public charging stations, despite having a contractual obligation to the operator in question—Plenitude, which I contacted. I've found this to be a recurring behavior, and the front desk flatly told me that enforcing the parking ban isn't their priority. A little nudge to make it so.

22/12/2025: Lovely old school Italian hotel, where they go the extra mile and are so lovely. Food is brilliant, location is perfect (2 mins to the lift) and rooms are spacious and comfy. We will be back.

24/12/2025: I stayed one night at this hotel and had a wonderful time. In the evening, the staff gave us a deck of cards to play and even a whole room with very comfortable sofas. The breakfast was rich, plentiful, and delicious. This hotel deserves its 4-star superior rating for its hospitality and the way it makes you feel at home. I recommend it to anyone who loves the mountains because the view is AMAZING, and also to anyone who loves to feel at home.

19/10/2025: Let me start by saying that this is my first review, and the experience was so negative that I feel almost compelled to write it to prevent others from encountering a place like this. Returning from a weekend getaway with my partner, we noticed this hotel bar/restaurant. The first negative sign, besides the dated and gloomy appearance, was that we spent over five minutes looking for someone to talk to before a very, and ONLY, professional young waiter came to meet us. Once seated, we witnessed a very unpleasant scene at a table where the owner of the business was sitting with her family. She was having a heated argument with her guests and, to top it all off, she repeatedly became rude to her dining room manager. The latter seemed to be in the clouds, causing slow service and causing her colleagues to shoulder all the diners. Long waits for a menu and to order (they kept passing by our table without even looking at us). We ordered an appetizer (grilled goat cheese), a main course (salami), and a first course (mushroom ravioli). Super-easy and quick dishes, for which we had to wait AN HOUR, without even an apology for the delay, which wasn't communicated when we were welcomed; we actually had to ask for it. The dishes, except for the appetizer, were tasteless and lacking in both aesthetics and quantity. When it came time for the bill, we expected at least an apology for the slow and disappointing service, or the usual polite question, "Is everything okay?", but before we even approached, the hostess presented us with the bill without even a thank you.

12/11/2025: This bar has become like a second home to me: the staff is friendly and helpful, and the products are excellent. It's the perfect place for a quiet aperitivo with friends, enjoying a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

19/06/2025: A very cute and unique little place, located in the historic center of Aosta, where you can taste typical local products and local wines. They prepare excellent aperitifs. Highly recommended +++++

17/06/2025: Saint-Vout in Aosta is a truly authentic spot for a typical Aosta Valley dinner, with just the right vibe in front of the Arch of Augustus. Dishes like fondue, raclette, and carne salada are top-notch, and they have a fantastic wine selection. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service attentive, and the quality is evident. The bill is a bit steep, but if you're looking to treat yourself to a special evening and sample the authentic flavors of the Valley, it's still worth it!

20/07/2025: Baita molto carina, con una bellissima vista sulle montagne, ma scomoda da raggiungere per via di un tratto di strada sterrato dove pascolano le mucche (lasciando escrementi nel parcheggio). Cibo buono, ma prezzi elevati. Abbiamo preso una raclette per due, buona, ma ci aspettavamo delle porzioni più abbondanti per il prezzo pagato (27 euro a persona per quattro pezzetti di formaggio ciascuno accompagnati da verdure grigliate, pochi sottaceti e mocetta). Apprezzato il gesto di offrire l'amaro a fine pasto.

27/04/2025: Siamo stati nell'ultimo fine settimana della stagione invernale, a ridosso della chiusura degli impianti, infatti non tutto il menù era disponibile, tuttavia la qualità dei piatti disponibili è stata indubbiamente ottima. Personale molto accogliente e gentile, camera piccola, comunque confortevole, bagno grande e comodo con il doppio lavandino. Posizione strategica, panorama davvero incantevole a 360 grandi, vista sul Cervino mozzafiato. Decisamente consigliato.

23/01/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give it less than one star. I've been traveling for work for over 20 years and I've never encountered staff who turn away customers because they don't have time to serve everyone! Despite the empty tables! Crazy, I don't recommend it.

02/02/2026: The change in management has left the place bare and neglected; the service is entrusted to a young, inexperienced man, the menu offers five appetizers and thirty pizzas, and the prices are disproportionate (five types of pizza cost €15, a quarter of house wine €5, etc.).
