17/03/2026: There were nine of us, hungry and coming down from the high peaks.
The welcome was fantastic, and the lunch consisted of exceptional minestrone verde, delicious and generous cheese and charcuterie platters, not to mention the house's exquisite blueberry tart. The owner's hospitality and unparalleled efficiency deserve special mention.
We'll be back soon.
20/01/2026: The place is very nice, definitely a gold mine... but you can't have just one person behind the counter handling the cash register, making coffee, serving tables... etc.
If you walk in at the wrong time, you might find someone in line ahead of you, but you might have to wait 10 minutes before your turn.
I've never been there during lunch...

27/12/2025: Stopped for lunch in self service. Was very busy but got a table after waiting a while (too cold to sit outside so tables limited). Had tomato soup and lasagne, both fantastic. If you want the restaurant it is advisable to book in advance

18/01/2026: I was very disappointed with the service at this place. After entering (on a Sunday, so all seats were taken), I was left waiting for a quarter of an hour at the counter without being given any consideration, unlike other customers who arrived after me, also at the counter. I think this is because I'm young and the others were middle-aged. However, I still don't think it's fair. Needless to say, after a while, I lost my patience.
04/01/2026: A very small and chaotic place. The brioches seem to be made of thin air, and they're dry, too. The cream inside is practically spit, light and devoid of anything. Only the price is excessive. The prices keep rising, while the quality plummets. We also had cream puffs, which I assure you were nothing like cream puffs: empty and plasticky. Unfortunately, the owner's rudeness and stinginess will bring this place down... you're surviving thanks to the Milanese people who deserve to be plucked, nothing more.

Le Vieux Pommier Hotel

23/02/2026: Second time in Courmayeur and second time at Le Vieux Pommier, it's best not to be greeted by the manager. She's really unpleasant.
It's a real shame because the setting is lovely (apart from the very uncomfortable wooden chairs), the decor is nice, and the servers are friendly, which makes up for it.
We'll probably go back because the children love this place...
22/02/2026: One star because less is impossible: I've never felt so uncomfortable during a business lunch. We brought clients to eat here and were treated condescendingly and rudely by the waiter (thin, dark-haired), who responded rudely to every normal request (for a glass of wine, for example), even rudely interrupting us at the end of the meal (when we were joking among ourselves about who paid the bill), snapping at us with a "If I tell you it's paid, it's paid, so don't joke about it!" 😕. We were all left in an awkward silence. Truly unspeakable treatment, no one from the company will ever return. I didn't ask to speak to a manager at the time just out of politeness since we were in the presence of clients.

25/02/2025: Panino ok ma freddo. Abbiamo chiesto delle salse ma non erano previste. Le abbiamo chieste per le patatine ma non erano disponibili. Mi chiedo , sei così insicuro del tuo prodotto da dover obbligare i clienti a mangiarlo proprio come vuoi tu, senza nemmeno poter aggiungere una salsa?! Se le hai finite ,Dubito che ci torneremo.

17/12/2025: Mediocre food, terrible experience... the waiter who served us wasn't clear about the prices and continually tried to scam us by giving us unclear information. We went in because the sign said a student menu for €3, but the waiter made up a thousand excuses why that offer wasn't worth it, even though we were students. When we asked for our pizza of choice: Pizza kebab, we were asked if we wanted sauces on top, and he automatically changed our order to the Turkish pizza, which cost €14 instead of €12.
The pizza prices on the menu are completely unclear, and it seems designed to confuse the customer...
I definitely won't be returning, and I don't recommend it!

05/01/2026: Despite the abundant quantity, the food was of very poor quality.
We had two poke bowls, both with raw salmon and rice. The salmon was disgusting and seemed expired, while the rice tasted like nothing.
Furthermore, the sauces were in short supply.
The water was served in bottles that looked dirty, with broken caps that wouldn't open properly. It was also served in scratched plastic cups that gave the impression of unhygienic conditions.
The service was also poor, and the waiters were rude and gave us the wrong look more than once.
I don't recommend it at all!

21/08/2025: Very good address. Ideal location for hiking in this magnificent valley. Comfortable room, good food and very complete breakfast.
09/08/2025: Review for lunch only:
The dishes were excellent, both the polenta with sausage and the fillet cooked in wine. The side fries were questionable, but we didn't order them; otherwise, we would have asked for a salad.
Prices were normal and affordable.
Huge portions.
Excellent service: kindness, precision, and speed.

02/11/2025: Eating at Nono Miglio is a guarantee. Today we had a seafood appetizer, spaghetti allo scoglio, and a mixed grill of fish. Everything was excellent!

29/10/2025: Unfortunately, they're unavailable. We tried every possible way to book, but in the end, we decided to go anyway. They lost seven customers after flying them to Nus. I hope to change my mind one day.

08/08/2025: Hotel: Rooms too noisy due to a club across the street that hosts late-night karaoke nights, 15 meters away (we had to wait until the evening was over to sleep). Breakfast consisted of dry cakes, coffee capsules, and limited savory options.
Restaurant:
We booked the restaurant because the location is nice; we had high expectations, but that wasn't the case.
The basics of catering are lacking (no comment).

08/11/2025: I had a terrible meal. We only went because there was nothing else available. As soon as we walked in, I had a bad feeling, and when the food arrived, unfortunately, that feeling became a certainty!
