We happened to be in the middle of a work group on vacation that monopolized some spaces but, beyond this, we had a great time. Thanks to Ettore first and foremost who literally spoiled us. 16/05/2025: ⚠️‼️⚠️‼️⚠️‼️⚠️ ATTENTION. I visited that restaurant today and unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning symptoms including vomiting and diarrhea the same day. The food seemed excessively oily and not up to the minimum quality I expected. However, I took photos of the order details and am considering reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in Italy to ensure food safety standards are upheld. I am not seeking compensation; my main concern is to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. Additionally, I noticed that the staff seemed unhappy, and some of the staff were almost mean, which is not a good sign. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the quality and service for future customers.

01/05/2025: The pizza was good but I would not suggest the Raclette. Other than that the place was fairly nice and would recommend and come again.

10/04/2025: A setting in the middle of the buildings on the square The all-wood interior gives a typically mountain feel with a beautiful pizza oven and its open preparation area. One of the only restaurants in the area offering raclette & tartiflette (too salty) Unfortunately end of season many dishes unavailable we fall back on what is left Pleasant and smiling service until our waitress burst into tears after the arrival of what seemed to be the manager, resulting in a bad atmosphere

20/06/2025: Amazing hotel! We stayed 3 nights, and everything was perfect. The room really spacious, clean and nice, with an incredible view towards the valley and mountains. The food was delicious with 3 course dinner menu. Plenty of options for breakfast, very good coffee. The hotel staff, really kind and helpfull.

02/05/2025: During our visit to the Albergo Gran Paradiso, my partner went to order two beers. Unfortunately, the waiter started serving them without even asking what type of beer we wanted. This lack of attention and consideration towards the customer seemed somewhat disrespectful to us. A little more listening would have been appreciated.

La montagna chiede silenzio, contemplazione… se proprio si deve mettere una musica, perché non usare una musica più discreta a volumi “umani”? 01/06/2025: Ristorante con piatti tipici valdostani. Non abbiamo prenotato, ma ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo adeguato al numero di persone e non striminziti come può capitare da altre parti senza la prenotazione. Da migliorare un po' l'arredo, ma si può provare e riandare.

13/06/2025: A very nice stop on the road to Cinque Terre. A bit far off the highway, and up a long series if switchbacks, but that is generally what I look for. The gentleman running the place is super nice and supportive. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast was also basic but reasonable. Coffee was, well this is Italy so of course the coffee was good.

20/03/2025: A 45-minute wait for four ragu pasta dishes and one pesto pasta dish. Tiny portion for 15 euros. A 2-euro surcharge for a cover... PLASTIC! The pasta arrived cold. Overwhelmed staff, unable to handle anything at all, and rude when you make a comment. Absolutely avoid! The worst place in Italy I've ever been... Sad...

07/03/2025: Super nice discovery during our winter sports stay. Simple traditional dishes, but very good. Very pleasant staff. Fast service. A great place to eat along the slopes.

25/01/2025: The location could not have been better. It's a two to three minute almost flat walk to the main chairlift in the mornings but in the evenings you can ski much closer, leaving a 30 second walk to the hotel door. It's right by all of the main bars, restaurants, shops and lifts in Cervinia. The rooms are nice and I really appreciated all the little things they did, like providing hand warmers, a tray for my snow covered shows to dry in and the pocket tissues. There's no fridge but the window shelf makes an excellent alternative. I was staying there with Inghams with half board so the next section may differ for you if this isn't what you're doing. The breakfast was basic but in my opinion spot on for someone who loves skiing. It was healthy with lots of fruit, muesli, yoghurt, fruit juice as well as bread and cold cuts with cheese. The coffee could have been better. Dinner was very varied and decent in terms of flavour. Mostly primi and secondi as you can imagine but they had a really excellent pizza night from the connected restaurant. The best thing about the hotel was the people, especially the family (I'm presuming here) that ran the place. They were really friendly, decent hard working people and I'm very grateful for the effort they went to to make sure I had a great holiday. If you are staying with Inghams, their rep Oana is amazing. She sent us all daily WhatsApp updates with the snow conditions, along with guides, tips and suggested ski itineraries. I've read the bad reviews. They're not deserved.

09/09/2024: Gluten Free / Celiac / Gluten Free Very nice room Perfect location Before arriving I asked the property if they had gluten-free alternatives for breakfast and they said yes, once it was time for breakfast I could eat fruit, crackers, madeleines, fruit juices and jams.

30/05/2025: I happened upon it by chance before going up the Skyway, a pleasant discovery, excellent food, precise service and a very welcoming atmosphere.
