We were at the Roadhouse, and I want to give Stefania a big round of applause 👏 She was completely alone on duty, yet she managed everything with truly rare professionalism and kindness. She greeted us with a smile, looked after us attentively, and served us impeccably, making us feel at ease from start to finish. 15/12/2025: An elegant restaurant with a refined atmosphere in the center of Cervinia at absolutely reasonable prices. The polenta concia or Valdostana is truly delicious. Both versions are flavorful. The price is a bit higher for the wine.
