Wonderful experience in the heart of Valtournenche.
This restaurant makes you feel at home, pampering your palate with dishes that make you travel with your mind starting from the revisited Aosta Valley tradition, up to the heart of Sardinia, the place of origin of chef Manuela.
Even the eye wants its part and the elegant dishes and splendid period furnishings make the experience unique.

Good morning to all of you who read this review, I am a Chef of the Italian Federation of Professional Chefs and Sommeliers, this premise is to make you understand that I am not naive, the place in question is in my opinion the only place where you can eat well in Valturnache, dishes simple but cooked perfectly with attention to detail, a careful mise en place, perfect service, a highly respectable wine list with a choice of local, national and international wines, a different kind of praise goes to restaurateurs of this level, who do their best I work a mission, very good continuously so we will see each other often.

Locale molto accogliente, personale giovane e gentile. Siamo tornati
due volte per cena, accontentata anche la ragazza celiaca con un tortino di fine pasto ottimo.
Piatti tipici e cucina di qualità, abbiamo sempre scelto piatti di condivisione per una cena "interattiva ".

Mountain style and very welcoming place. Fireplace that warms the room and makes the room even more beautiful.
The menu features pierrade and bourguignonne, which is why they chose it! But… we were attracted by the new variant of risotto compared to the menu: Milanese risotto with ossobuco! Very good! Excellent rice cooking and very tasty ossobuco.
As a second course, the braised meat with puree, also very tender and tasty.
We also recommend the desserts: crepes suzette and hazelnut cake. Truly delicious! Especially the pie!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious and the prices were just right. They have an impressive selection of wine bottles that caters to different price points. Plus, the warm and attentive service made our experience even more special. Highly recommend for both the cuisine and the ambiance!

Locale decisamente curato nel cuore di Valtournenche, arredato con gusto e ricchezza di dettagli. Servizio attento ma non troppo formale. Menu squisito, dallo stinco con crauti al risotto alla barbabietola alla fonduta... tutto ottimo! Prezzi medio alti, ma per una sera speciale vale la pena!
