13/01/2026: After seeing the excellent reviews, my experience at Gordon Pub was rather disappointing. I paid €18 for a burger menu with a small bun, nothing exceptional. The fries arrived about half an hour after the bun, when I'd already finished my meal: a generous amount, but completely lacking service. They don't know how to make cocktails: the menu descriptions don't make sense, and the drinks are served in unsuitable glasses—narrow and tall, certainly not for cocktails. Paying €8 for something like that is quite perplexing. The beer is average, but it's just beer: it doesn't justify the prices. The atmosphere is nice, but the prices are too high for the quality and service. I'm from Milan, and for much less money, you can get much larger, tastier, and more carefully prepared sandwiches. The quality/price ratio here is not at all convincing. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but as it is, it's not there.

22/02/2026: I can't comment on the rooms because I only had lunch, but I can only say that everything was truly superb! The food is top-quality...the ingredients are excellent. The service is good, unobtrusive, and the food is well-presented. There's ample free parking and the agriturismo is easily accessible.

18/03/2026: Some things in an authentic Italian restaurant shouldn't be seen. The menu is very touristy, catering more to foreigners passing through than Italians, and above all, very little "Val d'Aosta-ness." Of course, it's not entirely true that the food is bad, but maintaining the quality requires a little more effort, and perhaps a broader selection of something typical and regional wouldn't hurt. It's barely passable, while the service (perhaps because we were there on a Saturday evening, the peak season of all peak seasons) was, alas, lacking in several respects. The owner was kind enough to offer a complimentary génépi at the checkout: the only thing from the Val d'Aosta I was able to try, though.

22/02/2026: We only went to this restaurant for dinner. The restaurant is rustic and very simple. A place of yesteryear. Authentic food with an authentic flavor. Highly recommended for a quiet dinner with traditional dishes.

10/11/2025: Small restaurant located on the main road leading to Gressoney la Trinité. Ample parking, simple menu with local specialties. I had an excellent braised beef with polenta concia. Fair price. Friendly and fast staff.

16/11/2025: Perfect place, close to everything, in the city center, the rooms are cozy, the staff is great, welcoming and kind. We are in the ski area and we are very close to the lift. Excellent breakfast. Everything we asked for was given to us. Really a great hotel and recommended!

22/01/2026: Charming bar in the center of Aosta, well located and with a sports-themed (hockey) decor. Friendly service and a very pleasant atmosphere. 4 stars that are worth 5. I recommend it.

24/02/2026: A restaurant in the center of Aosta Good but limited selection, not a lot of seating, but overall, good all-you-can-eat sushi. I'd go back.

15/02/2026: I have to say it was an excellent experience. We were in Saint Vincent staying for Valentine's Day, and he recommended the same hotel for dinner that evening. He recommended some good sushi in Aosta, and I have to say, it was delicious. The place is small but cozy and clean. The staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

25/08/2025: Ridiculous, we asked for a half-meter platter of ham but they were out of ham!!!!!!!! We opted for two spritzes, obviously in Cervinia they don't know what spritz is!!!!!
