09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.

17/11/2025: Excellent establishment. The friendly and helpful staff complements their wide selection of dishes and sandwiches. We recommend the maritozzo with cream, a house specialty made with an old recipe. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: I love this restaurant! The chef, besides being a very friendly person and always ready to welcome guests with a smile, concocts dishes that are explosions of flavor and creativity. The ingredients are always fresh, and she is skilled at preparing fish, a rare skill in Terni. The traditional Terni dishes also earn my praise, as the chef and her team prepare them with balance, without overdoing it with unnecessary sauces and gravies. Everything is expertly balanced, without excess. The ambiance is simple yet meticulously crafted, following the shabby chic style, and the ceiling is very beautiful, with its original exposed wooden beams. In my opinion, this restaurant offers excellent value. I highly recommend it to both those with more traditional tastes and those who want to be more daring, sampling the dishes created by the talented chef, all of which have won awards at chef competitions.

18/08/2025: Excellent seafood scialatielli, as well as salmon, vodka, and pistachio gnocchi. The spaghetti with clams was exceptional! We also had seafood and truffle bruschetta, everything was truly superb! Very carefully prepared dishes, beautifully presented, and exceptional flavors. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended! The main courses were excellent, too. We'll be back.

07/12/2025: A well-maintained and well-maintained establishment, popular with locals and tourists, offering quality and quantity, suitable for ceremonies or simple birthday banquets, or even small groups or romantic dinners. It has several indoor rooms, including two large ones for larger events. The staff is friendly and courteous, the kitchen is well-stocked and well-organized, and every detail is carefully considered, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Outside, there's a large garden with a swimming pool, beautifully landscaped with plants and their embellishments, outdoor sofas and gazebos for relaxing and entertaining, and all this complemented by a picturesque lake view. Ample free and convenient parking is available. Highly recommended, and to be on the safe side, book in advance.

20/11/2025: This is the type of trattoria that's becoming increasingly rare; family-run, no-frills, excellent quality, and reasonable prices. At Sara's, you can enjoy game, excellent first courses, including manfricoli (handmade, usually without eggs), and homemade desserts. A relaxing atmosphere outside the big cities. Not to be missed.

17/11/2025: Good is an understatement. I ate a fried lamb and mixed salad with rampions, a rosemary potato, and half a liter of red wine... I could have died happy. Umbrian menu, varied and well-cooked. Exquisite staff. Panna cotta de 'nartro monno! P.S. As an extra, they have some very beautiful prints for sale, made by a girl who works there!
