29/08/2025: A unique, family-run place surrounded by greenery, charming and well-kept, to say the least, where you're welcomed by highly competent staff whose eyes sparkle with passion. Their beer is excellent, and we even took a short tour of the very charming brewery, where Maurizio explained the production process to us in detail and professionally. The cuisine, featuring locally sourced vegetables, homemade breadsticks, and bread, is both tasty and refined. For me, a vegetarian, they created a special menu with well-balanced dishes, which I truly appreciated. Since it was a ceremony, albeit an intimate one, we asked for menu cards to be made: Roberta not only had already taken care of them without us even asking, but she also hand-designed the decorations, adding a unique and special touch. I highly recommend it: you can tell the owners really put their heart into everything they offer.

19/07/2025: A truly excellent small craft brewery. We tasted their main beers and took home two boxes as souvenirs of the silent villages. The owner is very kind and helpful. You can feel the passion of a family who dedicates their free time to an activity they love.

02/06/2026: 700 year old oven in the old town of narni and great service. Great value for an amazing slice of red pizza to take away - delicious! 10/10 would recommend if you’re in narni.

05/05/2026: The aroma in the alleys, like Ariadne's thread, led me to this typical bakery, then the rest of the local customers queuing up made me realize we were in the right place. The price was exceptional for a unique product, and the ambiance, reminiscent of old-fashioned bakeries, added a pleasant, characteristic touch. From now on, this place will be a regular stop whenever I'm in the area.

09/05/2026: We went here for lunch on the recommendation of the owner of the Area Sosta Camper. Very friendly welcome. The food was delicious. Definitely not too expensive. We went back two more times.

07/12/2025: A well-maintained and well-maintained establishment, popular with locals and tourists, offering quality and quantity, suitable for ceremonies or simple birthday banquets, or even small groups or romantic dinners. It has several indoor rooms, including two large ones for larger events. The staff is friendly and courteous, the kitchen is well-stocked and well-organized, and every detail is carefully considered, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Outside, there's a large garden with a swimming pool, beautifully landscaped with plants and their embellishments, outdoor sofas and gazebos for relaxing and entertaining, and all this complemented by a picturesque lake view. Ample free and convenient parking is available. Highly recommended, and to be on the safe side, book in advance.

The verb is chosen and intentional to express the courtesy and dedication that Vincenzo and his wife reciprocate towards their customers. For us, it's a regenerating break to continue our journey towards Calabria. Borgata "Il buon respiro" (Good Breath), arriving from Turin revitalizes the lungs and stomach. Start your holiday with them: homemade tagliatelle, top-quality meat seasoned with black truffle aromas, grilled to perfection, fresh chicory, and fabulous desserts... revitalized by the welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by sunflowers and endless greenery... pampering that stays with you for the entire trip... thank you so much, guys! 13/08/2026: We've eaten there several times, and every time we've recommended it to our friends and family, we've been very positive. Last Sunday, returning from a weekend, we stopped in with my wife and son. It was crowded...my son ordered meat and a side dish. My wife and I ordered pizza, with the recommendation that they be well-done. The staff was friendly and kind, so much so that they recommended a small appetizer because we would have waited at least half an hour for the pizzas. My son was served immediately after the appetizer. After endless requests and after about 80 long minutes, only one pizza arrived—mine—and it was half raw. I called the waitress and politely asked her to cook it. I waited another 30 minutes and was served the same pizza, which by then was similar to a piadina. In all, my wife's pizza arrived after I had finished mine out of hunger. I hope next time will be better. I have faith in the owner, whom I've known since he was a boy. Fingers crossed.

01/03/2026: A Sunday on the Nera River, in the Stifone area... a wonderful experience for nature lovers, with a pleasant stop at this Nicoletta bar-trattoria. The truffle chitarrino was delicious, and the lamb chops with salad were delicious and plentiful! The atmosphere was very peaceful.

14/04/2026: So fantastic. We usually go to another place in Amelia but it was closed. Happened to come here because we needed vegetarian options for our friends. Incredible food. Delicious, homemade pasta. Cheese and grilled vegetables. A perfect meal in one of our favorite cities.
