27/09/2025: Absolutely rude… shame! If you want to come in and out, come here! And I highly recommend the restaurant next door! We entered at the same time with a table of 3 and a table of 8… at the same time! We sat down, ready to order. We explained to the waitress that we were passing through and asked if we could order since we were ready to do so, having to leave! She rudely replied that we had to wait for others to order before us… pure madness! When I politely pointed out that we had entered “at the same time,” she started yelling, loudly and in front of everyone, that I was rude because I kindly told her we couldn't wait for who knows how long for 11 minds to decide what to eat… time is the greatest gift we have and should absolutely not be wasted, especially in a place where the host is lacking in hospitality and politeness!

Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. 04/10/2025: Excellent food at fair prices. We tried a couple of first and second courses: truly superb! Excellent ingredients! The only downside, alas, was the service, or rather, it was slower than I expected given that there were few people and each course took at least 40 minutes to arrive.

21/09/2025: This is a restaurant I always stop at when I'm on the A1 at lunchtime. Today I stopped at lunchtime and found the service to be worse: they don't take orders based on arrival, but they just make a beeline for the beeline. After a long wait, I ordered, but the food that was supposed to be brought first arrived last. I basically had to eat based on their circumstances, and it wasn't nice to see people who arrived after me eating while I was still waiting. 👎🏻👎🏻

30/07/2025: We ate outside in a really cute little square. The staff was very kind and attentive... the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, but the gricia was unfortunately inedible.

23/09/2025: The place remains the same as it was many years ago, where I used to go with my friends to hang out. Renato and his wife are two fantastic people, and they remain so. Immersed in nature, in a place of peace and serenity. A fantastic place on hot city days, where you can breathe in the fresh air. The food is excellent and authentic, and the service is fast and precise. The facility is well-maintained and clean. The adjacent chapel is fantastic. The exterior is well-maintained. Kudos to those who carry on all this with love and dedication.
