11/08/2026: We went to Carlo's for lunch. The place is very simple but well-kept, and Carlo was friendly and welcoming. He told us that all the cheeses are his own, and that every dish is prepared by his wife, who runs the kitchen. In addition to what we ordered, he offered us additional cheeses to taste and some desserts. The prices aren't cheap, but considering the portions, they're more than justified! The portions were perhaps too generous, so much so that we couldn't finish everything we ordered (an appetizer to share and a main course each). The only downside is that Carlo is alone in the dining room, and we sat for almost two hours. Not recommended for a quick lunch, but definitely recommended if you want to enjoy good food and a friendly and attentive host!

11/08/2026: We made a small detour on the way back from the cacate, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were more than generous, the food delicious, and Carlo provided an exceptional welcome. If I ever return to the Terni area, La Primula will be a must-visit.

04/08/2026: We stopped for lunch at the end of the Silent Villages Trail. Superlative quality and perfection in every detail, from the starter to the dessert. We ate umbrichelli pasta with cacio e pepe, guanciale, and exceptional truffle. The meat was carved live, and the ribs were grilled right in front of us. The desserts were also excellent. Very authentic, using local products. Congratulations!

25/07/2026: We visited this restaurant as a group of three adults with two very young children and were truly satisfied: they provided us with a high chair, and the service was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere, located in a narrow, typical Italian street in Montecchio, almost on the street, with a truly authentic charm. The food was delicious, and the kitchen was very flexible, even preparing a dish suitable for our baby. We recommend booking in advance. It was a quiet, welcoming, and very unique experience.

01/02/2026: We had lunch with our entire football team ⚽ Ponte Vecchio which plays in the Umbria Excellence championship. We ate very well, everything homemade, truly exceptional. 01/07/2026: Beautiful experience!!! 😍 we had two pizzas, which even if they weren't wood-fired, were really good (gorgonzola and pear pizza was special and tasty! 😋). Peach dessert with ice cream, fabulous!!! 🫶🏻 The owner and all the staff were really kind and knowledgeable!! It was a beautiful and super romantic experience!!! 🥰 👏🏻 really well done!!!

16/06/2026: We had 2 meals from and at Charlie Ristorante. 1 - a takeaway pizza that was wonderful and delicious 2 - a sit down meal in the ristorante that was simply spectacular. We’ve been travelling through Italy for nearly a month and this place is one of the best places we’ve dined at. We highly recommended eating here.

The Castello, the scenary and the view is amazing, however, the people and staff is what made the experience so special. The staff made our days magical - from the amazing food to the sweet team. Really cannot recommend Castello di Titignano enough - all our guests were blown away and we were as well. Special thanks to Fiorenza and Chiara from Titignano, who really made the impossible possible ❤️

13/07/2026: The sheep are sheared, not skinned. You are excellent shearers. The food is excellent, high quality, and the price is lower than what you'd expect. I'll be back and sending friends (I already have), who have confirmed it. The food should have substance, not overdo it like others do. I eat for art, I go to the museum. Well done!

07/07/2026: We took a break from our journey for lunch and had a delicious meal. The food we delicious, particularly the pasta with boar and also the pasta with black truffle. The view iof Orvieto s also beautiful. This is definitely somewhere we'll try to visit again.

10/06/2026: We were here during the week, so it wasn't overly crowded. We were greeted very warmly by the waiters, who explained the menu and the off-menu dishes to us. We chose a mixed antipasto to share, a sirloin marinated in chimichurri (we were told the chef is of South American origins) and Umbrichelli all'Amatriciana. Let's start with the appetizer: I enjoyed the pappa al pomodoro with anchovies, the other anchovies alone, and the bruschetta. The cheeses were also good, but as for the cured meats, they were meager. Let's be clear, they weren't awful, but they weren't anything special or up to par with the local tradition. The Umbrichelli were good, too, neither praise nor infamy, but a generous portion. I was a bit disappointed by the sirloin; you couldn't taste the marinade at all; it practically seemed sliced ​​and cooked as is. It was a good meat, but since I couldn't taste the marinade, I can't say it lived up to the expectations given the presentation. Desserts: coffee panna cotta and pistachio cheesecake. The former was absolutely amazing, the cheesecake was delicious. Overall, a good experience, but nothing too bad. I was expecting something more, though. Maybe it was just a bad night, I'll try again.

10/06/2026: A very nice restaurant, found after looking at reviews of other restaurants in the area. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. The mixed antipasto was good; they also brought us a small sample of the meat timbale, which was very welcome. I wasn't particularly impressed with the cured meats. Otherwise, the food was good and reasonably priced. The coffee panna cotta was delicious.

07/07/2026: We had a fantastic evening at this osteria, enjoying good food and fine wine. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is very welcoming and polite. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely stop in again.
