19/08/2026: A very unique atmosphere, with locally crafted chicken-themed decorations. The owners are original, friendly, and very welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious, the house wine generous, and the portions are slightly larger than usual, especially for the vegetable sides! The sausages are phenomenal!

14/08/2026: The restaurant is a bit hidden, but easy enough to find. The staff are friendly and helpful, explaining the traditional dishes. Eating outside offers a beautiful view (in summer, mosquito repellent is recommended for those who are sensitive). The buffalo mozzarella with truffles and the Terni-style parmigiana were both interesting. We had a great time and a great meal.

06/06/2026: We have been dining at Rossi’s for years. Our love-hate relationship is borne from the unpredictable service you receive from the two-owner brothers who have been running the establishment for years. Surly and rather disengaging. Not characteristics commensurate with front of house behavior. In spite of themselves, the Tratoria has prospered and grown over the years and I attribute this to the quality of the food. Typical Umbrian, simple and therefore always delicious. Testament to this is that most diners are local and regulars! How much more of a regular we would be if the two brothers attended a Dale Carnegie course on how to Win Friends and Influence people! Hell, I would even pay for it!

24/08/2026: A special place. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. The wine list is impressive. La Pergola is one of those restaurants that makes you say, "I absolutely have to go back." The service is friendly and very professional. If you're passing through Orvieto and don't want to settle for the usual tourist spot, this is the right choice. A well-deserved 5 stars.

It has several indoor rooms, including two large ones for larger events. The staff is friendly and courteous, the kitchen is well-stocked and well-organized, and every detail is carefully considered, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Outside, there's a large garden with a swimming pool, beautifully landscaped with plants and their embellishments, outdoor sofas and gazebos for relaxing and entertaining, and all this complemented by a picturesque lake view. Ample free and convenient parking is available. Highly recommended, and to be on the safe side, book in advance.
