07/10/2025: The pizza is excellent, with the option of either Neapolitan dough or thin crust. The Neapolitan dough is definitely recommended, light and easy to digest. The pizza selection is varied, with some truly delicious specialties. The sandwiches are also excellent, as are all the dishes on the menu I've tried so far. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Service is quite quick, considering the place is always busy, especially on holidays. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the background music is pleasant and at the right volume. The desserts are excellent, both the homemade ones and the selection of industrial ones. Highly recommended.

02/01/2026: We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance and were blown away by the deliciousness of the dishes. A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Excellent value, too. Highly recommended!

21/10/2025: Truly excellent dinner! The tagliata was simply perfect, perfectly cooked and the meat was incredibly tender. The charcuterie and cheese platter was also excellent, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. The basket of veal strips with cherry tomatoes, pecorino shavings, and arugula was delicious—a balanced and flavorful dish. Among the desserts, the chocolate tart and pistachio parfait are must-trys. The house sparkling white wine is also very good. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and well-kept, with a relaxed, family atmosphere. The owner is professional yet warm, while Sonia is tireless, kind, and always available. A place where you eat well and feel even better. Highly recommended! PS: I don't have any photos of the dishes because I preferred eating them rather than photographing them; the aroma took over! But there will be another opportunity.

24/11/2025: I was here last Saturday. I wasn't familiar with the place, but it was a pleasant discovery. The owner welcomed us with a smile and, even though we hadn't booked, he let us dine (there were three of us). For my first course, I had the caserecce with pumpkin, bacon, and parmesan. Spectacular! For my second course, I had delicious pork ribs with BBQ sauce. I also had dessert: a cinnamon crumble with cream and pears—not bad! What can I say... I recommend anyone passing through Terni to stop here. Very good dishes at fair prices. I'll be back.

We would particularly like to highlight the owner, whose personal, warm manner shapes the entire experience. He takes his time, offers passionate recommendations, explains the background of the dishes and wines, and makes you feel not like a guest, but like a friend. This human touch is what makes the Osteria truly special. As for the cuisine, all that remains to be said is that it is a celebration of Umbrian tradition, given a modern twist, deeply rooted in local ingredients, and prepared with great artisanal care. 02/11/2025: The manager welcomed us warmly and captivated us with his descriptions of his dishes. It's a shame that what we received was very, very disappointing. The cooking technique lacked the right level of detail for the menu prices. The bread was from the day before, the potatoes were very dry, the soup was very salty and unbalanced, and tasted only of rosemary. I understand it's the only place for miles around, but the prices for where it is located and what it offers are WAY too high.

02/11/2025: Semiramide has become a go-to place for us. The pizza (strictly made with sourdough) is excellent. The grilled meat is authentic, and the pasta dishes are fresh and handmade to order. The dessert is a treat that doesn't weigh you down but is a perfect end to the meal. The place is intimate, cozy, and attentive, as is the service.

18/01/2026: Everything was good and the prices were reasonable. The portions were perhaps a little small, and the house wine was definitely not drinkable.

04/01/2026: Three of us had lunch on New Year's Eve. As soon as we were seated, they brought water for our dog. Not something you'd expect. We tried three different first courses, all excellent, and both the wild boar and Chianina beef stew. These were also delicious. The portions weren't large, but they weren't small either. Prices were moderately high. I'd definitely go back.

09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.
