03/08/2025: Went here for a birthday dinner for a friend and we had the BEST TIME! Service was INCREDIBLE! Food was so fresh and drinks were perfect. Amazing fun and sophisticated vibe. Would 100% recommend.

31/07/2025: Love their homemade pasta and entree. Price range very reasonable for the price range. Compare to other Italian restaurants in neighborhoods. The only concern only the service the waiters not attentive and we don’t fell welcome at all.

17/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant located right in the center of Terni and had a wonderful meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the dishes were delicious, with sophisticated pairings like the tagliolini with lobster, burrata, and pistachio. The fried fish in a delicate sauce was delicious. The prices were very fair. The location was also very elegant. We'll be back soon.

16/07/2025: Cena in famiglia, premetto che vivendo in un posto di mare normalmente evito il pesce lontano dal mare, mi faccio convincere a provare dai parenti e ... nel particolare menù trovo sfiziosità che mi convincono, gli affettati di mare sono buonissimi così come la salsiccia di spigola al tartufo , complimenti per le azzeccate diavolerie che vi siete inventati, ho assaggiato anche altre cose dai piatti degli altri trovandole tutte buonissime. Complimenti

06/06/2025: ...I have to say that if they hadn't told me I wouldn't have believed it! On Sunday 1st June, after visiting the Marmore Falls, the Landlady of the Guest House Runcini suggested that we come to lunch here in Ara Marina (obviously booking in advance). They welcomed us like never before and the kindness came first of all! I had asked to pay homage to my Partner (for her birthday) with some Roses at the table... and so it was. We had lunch with a fish first course and then we had a light and very fresh Fried Food accompanied with excellent French fries. The place is magnificent and silent... All of Nature surrounds and envelops you! After lunch we stopped on the lawn next to have coffee and dessert and the day continued in serenity. If this is what you are looking for... here you will find it! Thanks to all the Staff Tony and Edy

08/08/2025: We have been dining at Rossi’s for years. Our love-hate relationship is borne from the unpredictable service you receive from the two-owner brothers who have been running the establishment for years. Surly and rather disengaging. Not characteristics commensurate with front of house behavior. In spite of themselves, the Tratoria has prospered and grown over the years and I attribute this to the quality of the food. Typical Umbrian, simple and therefore always delicious. Testament to this is that most diners are local and regulars! How much more of a regular we would be if the two brothers attended a Dale Carnegie course on how to Win Friends and Influence people! Hell, I would even pay for it!

02/08/2025: We dined here based on the positive reviews... The staff was sparse, not in number but in terms of the number of qualified staff... The menu lacked any description of the ingredients in the dish. The ordering, service, and payment times were incredibly long...

18/08/2025: Located in the pedestrian area of the Marmore Falls, great for kids, lots of delicious and traditional Umbrian foods, very friendly staff, Andrea the owner is very helpful, he makes you feel right at home, covered tables in a cool area shaded by umbrellas, the sound of the waterfall accompanies you throughout the branch or aperitif until dinner. Highly recommended 👍

17/08/2025: If you happen to be at the Marmore Falls and don't want to eat at one of the many kiosks of questionable quality, stop here at the upper lookout. It's a small kiosk, but you'll get excellent homemade pasta at very reasonable prices, and the waiters are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: You eat well, you spend well and they are very kind. They made a somewhat so-so location nice despite the spaces and the entrance practically on the street but where you find kindness and cordiality you turn a blind eye easily. The thing I appreciated most was that they brought a bowl of water to let my puppy drink without having to ask for it. 100 points just for this! Very good pizza as well as the supplì.

12/08/2025: Average service, the two waitresses were friendly. As for the food, it was truly disappointing. We had an appetizer of cured meats and pecorino, but instead of pecorino, they had a completely different type of cheese. The cuts of meat were badly cooked and completely soaked in oil. I think a cooking class by the chef wouldn't be bad. And finally, the side of baked potatoes was inedible, old and flavored with some spices that didn't quite fit. It's a shame that we ended up here during our two-day stop in Orvieto.

27/07/2025: The food was good, average Umbrian fare. The portions were very generous and filling (especially the appetizer), but nothing special. The value for money is okay. The ambiance is pleasant, but if you sit outside, you have to expect cars to drive past you. The service was attentive and friendly.

12/08/2025: Esperienza assolutamente positiva nel complesso. Camera molto molto semplice con arredamento non troppo curato e bagno "essenziale", ma tutto perfettamente pulito e senza alcun disagio. La cena consumata lì stesso, di buona qualità, preparata direttamente dalla titolare, è servita con grande garbo in un terrazzo rustico con vista tramonto mozzafiato. Colazione semplice all'italiana, servita al tavolo, con marmellata di arance e confettura di prugne fatte in casa veramente gustose. Ambiente semplice e autentico, prezzi adeguati alla buona qualità del cibo. A pochi metri (10...) grande disponibilità di parcheggio e soprattutto sì è praticamente sotto la porta del borgo di Calvi dell'Umbria...a dir poco comodissimo.

27/07/2025: Sono stato con la mia compagna in quest'osteria dove ci hanno riservato un tavolo in terrazza, diretti al sole che tramonta. È stata una cena già soltanto per questo magnifica, il bello è che abbiamo anche mangiato divinamente. Gli strozzapreti ai funghi porcini e tartufo sono stati encomiabili, così come il trebbiano debitamente consigliato dal titolare (uomo attento, simpatico e premuroso), e abbiamo concluso con dei dolci ottimi. Il mio? Crema di ricotta con pistacchio. Davvero: 10/10.
