19/08/2024: The environment is very suggestive. Polite and courteous service: the guys are kind and helpful. We shared the excellent house starter and tasted the delicious wild boar burger and two amazing desserts. We were very happy.

17/07/2024: Last night we were pampered by the impeccable service of this pearl in the heart of the historic center of San Gemini. The initial pink bubbles, a wonderful ciliegiolo, delicate and not at all anonymous, welcomed us, inebriating us right away. The welcome trio opened the dance, taking us into the hot Umbrian summer with melon, salmon, mushrooms, chocolate and cherry tomatoes. A small work of art that prepares us for the wonderful journey of flavors that awaited us. The chef surprised us with reinterpretations of local recipes using native and seasonal raw materials. The freshly made bread using sourdough starter went perfectly with each course. The pappardelle with porcini mushrooms "dirtied" by cherry tomatoes was so sweet that it made one think of a dessert. The fusilloni with potatoes would have satisfied even the most difficult palates with an unexpected, fresh, unique flavour. The fillet with potato lasagne was a journey within a journey. I didn't know potatoes could achieve certain levels of flavor. Ecstatic. Grilled guinea fowl combined with a sweet sauce is a welcome little joke that the chef offered to my guinea fowl-loving companion. The ending offered to us could not fail to be surprising. It is a trio of fruit tastings marinated in its own juice and flavored with spices and herbs. I'm not a fruit lover but I think I would eat plenty of it if it were always served this way. The sommeliers were able to match the wines to our dishes, giving us a wonderful journey through local and non-local wineries, enriching the incredible experience we had with professionalism, kindness and wisdom. The initial rosé sparkling wine started a magic that continued with an expertly recommended Arneis paired with the important first courses we chose. Subsequently, Sagrantino dominated the scene, supporting the fillet with elegance and decision. To conclude we ordered a very particular digestive from the Umbrian areas. We were enchanted by the story of its creator and drinking it with such awareness made it even tastier and more special. Our summer cuddle ended like this, on a quiet and characteristic terrace overlooking the sunset among the Umbrian hills at the foot of a bell tower. Relaxed, really full and very happy.

03/09/2024: I went to Nicoletta's for lunch yesterday and I was very happy! I ate very well, from starter to dessert. good, quality wines. The location is beautiful, it has tables on a terrace overlooking the N'era river. Fairytale setting, very nice service, both the girls in the room and the owner, Nicoletta, a beautiful and friendly woman who lovingly manages this culinary/visual jewel in Stifone.

02/09/2024: I liked that the staff spoke English. And I was also offered a cappuccino after dinner with the cake. I am very grateful for that. This is an indicator of customer orientation.

10/11/2024: Sono stata a pranzo una domenica anzi ritornata con molto piacere perché ci ero stata qualche tempo fa e devo dire che l'ho trovato ancora più più e più fantastico con tantissimi fuori menù sia di pesce che di carne anche tantissimi dolci. Super consigliato la torta caprese ❤️🎂 grazie mille super bravissimi e a presto.

08/08/2024: Scelto il posto per la vicinanza e guardando le recensioni. Abbiamo preso due tagliolini cacio e pepe veramente deliziosi, il condimento ben equilibrato nei sapori ed il bacon croccante, voto 10. A seguire una tagliata con rucola e grana, buona e cotta al punto giusto (media come richiesto), qualche parte un po' più grassa del necessario, voto 8. Un piatto di verdure grigliate,  ottime per cottura e gusto ma scarno il piatto seppur bella la presentazione, voto 6. Per chiudere un sorbetto al limone, gustoso anche se un po' troppo ghiacciato, voto 7. Prezzo finito 55 euro, un buon prezzo.

31/08/2024: I spent four unforgettable days with my mother and my sister. Beautiful place accompanied by friendly and very helpful staff. Tastefully furnished apartment. Breakfast is served in the room with homemade cakes and biscuits (delicious) and also packaged products. The property also has a restaurant/pizzeria where you can eat very well. The location is excellent and just a few km from Narni even though it is immersed in the countryside. We will definitely be back. A special thanks to Stefano who was always available.

09/08/2024: Veniamo soprattutto il venerdì sera in estate. All’arrivo si prova subito una bellissima sensazione di evasione. Sempre tutto curato, bello e in ordine. La cena è sempre buona. La musica dal vivo decisamente apprezzabile. Relax sotto alle stelle a bordo piscina.

08/10/2024: Shameful! Accepted my reservation and took 100 Euro credit card guarantee, but then was closed when we arrived. Hour and a half of driving in the dark and rain - for nothing. Now it is late and no dinner. Very poor.

17/11/2024: We arrived after a last minute booking and were well received despite the crowd. We were surprised by the passionate professionalism of the staff and their speed. Not to mention the food, very good and tasty, from the coratella that I had twice to the roast pork in the wild. What can I say, I fully agree to return. Well done.
