24/08/2025: Finally, an Umbrian restaurant that truly celebrates tradition. I stumbled upon it online and found dishes cooked as they once were, and above all, as they should be. The staff were incredibly friendly. It's like something from another era. Congratulations!

24/08/2025: A true artisanal workshop. Delicious ice cream. We're back for the second time. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: Contaminations! I ate Romanian food. Fantastic, it was about time. Excellent goulash, excellent burger. I recommend Contaminations. Think in a non-linear way.

05/09/2025: We chose this place for a dinner with friends, and we were very pleased with the place. The ingredients were excellent. The first courses, tartare, and desserts are highly recommended, and they're well-made and unique. You can tell they put a lot of care into the dishes.

13/07/2025: My first experience at a home restaurant, and it couldn't have gone better! Nicoletta welcomed us into her beautiful, carefully furnished and very welcoming home, and delighted us with excellent food, all prepared by her with so much love. A tasting of exquisite vegan cheeses, delicious homemade bread, spectacular first and second courses, and not to mention the delicious dessert!!! Besides the excellent food, being able to eat in a traditional home in the village is a truly worthwhile experience. Thank you, Nicoletta, we'll be back soon!

13/07/2025: Nicoletta, the chef who welcomes those who wish to try her refined, homemade dishes into her home, offers a home restaurant experience in a wonderful location furnished with care and warmth. The vegetarian/vegan food is delicious, simple, and carefully crafted, embracing seasonality and the creativity of the moment, which guide her menus; from appetizers to dessert, it's a constant surprise. I appreciated everything, not only the dishes, all rigorously made by her own hands, including the excellent bread, but also the opportunity to experience the exclusivity of a lunch with my best friend, our only guests, served by a chef just for us who has thought of every detail to welcome us with so much love. Thank you, Nicoletta, we'll be back, and I hope everyone can enjoy a lunch/dinner with her and a service that can't be found or bought in any restaurant... it's worth it!

23/09/2025: Excellent large pizzas with a wide variety of toppings! A lovely place where you can eat both inside and outside. The garden is beautifully kept with unique plants. Parking is a bit difficult to access, and when it's crowded, there's not enough room for everyone. Service is a bit slow and inattentive, perhaps due to the large crowd.

15/09/2025: A lovely, well-maintained setting with friendly, welcoming staff. Just minutes from Terni's city center, you can enjoy excellent dishes made with traditional Umbrian products. The pizza, with its thin crust and generous toppings, is also excellent. Recommended place

The appetizers are delicious, the first courses are characteristic, featuring local products, and the second courses are exquisite. A must-see if you're visiting the village or the surrounding area. Homemade products and family-style cooking. The homemade pasta and desserts, the traditional Umbrian second courses, and the homey atmosphere. Plus, Pet-friendly 🐕🐶 ❤️

07/09/2025: We went there by chance one day after a competition at the nearby riding stables, and we've been back every time since. The sandwiches are excellent, as are the beers. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

06/09/2025: A historic spot, always pleasant, with excellent beers and impeccable service. Thursday nights with Dr. Why are very entertaining. The outdoor seating area makes for a cool and fun place in the summer. I recommend the burger and red beer.

23/09/2025: Generous toppings and flatbreads made with dough. You can choose from a wide variety. Crepes with cream and jam, number 1.

13/09/2025: Good evening, I was a boy and this place had just opened. I'm many, many years old and it has remained the same place as when I was a boy. They are fast and what they do, they do it at the best possible prices. Try it.

10/06/2025: Visitata durante il Cammino dei Borghi Silenti. Premetto che entrando nel paese, e NON conoscendo il paese, ho incontrato per caso un bar, dove ho preso caffè e brioche e timbro credenziale, e poi ho proseguito. Dopo pochi metri incontro la vetrina di questa pasticceria che espone sulla porta d'ingresso l'adesivo ufficiale del Cammino, con scritto (solo) Timbro credenziale . Al che entro e chiedo per favore se potevano mettermi il timbro. La signora dietro il banco, alla presenza di altri clienti, mi risponde che dovevo prendere un caffè o un cappuccino x averlo. Sinceramente, avendo già fatto davvero pochi metri prima, le rispondo educatamente e sinceramente, che lo avevo preso pochi minuti prima appunto. La sua risposta è stata "spero sia stato buono". E così, me ne sono andata. Intanto mi informerò x sapere se è corretto esporre l' adesivo e poi richiedere consumazione obbligatoria, e poi si , il caffè e la brioche presi prima erano davvero buoni, ma nn mi pareva corretto farlo sapere ai suoi clienti che erano lì.

04/10/2025: A truly pleasant evening in a welcoming place with even more welcoming staff. But it's the truly excellent food, simple and tasty, that makes the difference. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommended.

01/10/2025: We visited Argillae Srl winery and were told by the owners daughter that the amazing food was prepared by Giulia’s husband who is the chef at Da Carli’s. Our lasagne was one of the best we have ever had so hope to go to this restaurant before we go home. Highly recommend the winery too with the tour and wine pairing. Had a great day.

18/09/2025: Every time I return to Terni, leaving cold Germany behind for a while, there's a place that calls to me like home: Pizzeria La Genga. I left a piece of myself here, in Collescipoli. As a teenager, I worked among its tables, but it was the perfect refuge after the disco, when we'd gather to drink a glass of wine and devour a Sottobosco sandwich or those gnocchetti I still dream of. La Genga isn't just a pizzeria, it's a hug. It's Mauro and Cristina, the beating heart of this place, with their disarming kindness and a warm humanity. I once asked him, "Mauro, why don't you raise the prices?" And he replied, "And where do poor people go to eat out?" So, this is La Genga: a place that makes you feel not just a customer, but part of a family. No matter how far life takes me, I know that at La Genga I'll always find a table ready to welcome me, a dish that tastes like home, a delicate pizza with a light, easily digestible dough. If you're looking for a place with soul, this is your refuge.

05/09/2025: In the quaint village of Collescipoli, in a family-friendly atmosphere with friendly staff, you can enjoy not only the typical Collescipolana gnocchetti, but also a truly delicious, light, generously topped pizza, already cut into wedges. The prices are truly reasonable.

16/10/2025: We were a group of people celebrating my wife's birthday, a real surprise. The cuisine was top-notch and the service excellent. But the surprising thing was that, since someone is gluten-intolerant, he made the same gluten-free menu for her. Kudos to the chef.
