22/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for lunch with friends on a Sunday. The place is quite small but welcoming. We arrived around 1:40 PM and waited about 30 minutes for our order, as only one of the three staff members was responsible for taking orders. Unfortunately, while we were ordering, some of the dishes listed on the menu weren't available: the coratella, the truffle, the pasta with wild boar sauce, and the tortelloni with gorgonzola and chicory. So we had to order the available dishes, our second or third favorites. While we were waiting for our first course, which arrived about an hour after ordering, the waiter came over and told us that two of the first courses we'd ordered were no longer available because they'd just sold out. So, since the first courses were almost completely gone, we opted for the tagliatelle with asparagus and guanciale sauce. Some rather disappointing appetizers: still-frozen zucchini flowers, very salty fries, good tripe, a platter of very good cured meats, and very salty chicory. The first courses (very generous portions) were salty and undercooked; the "carbonara sbagliato" in particular was almost raw. The mutton was very good, but also too salty. Since the second course arrived around 4:00 PM, after a few bites, we opted to have it wrapped up along with the rest of the partially consumed dishes. Despite our high expectations for home-style local cuisine, it was a disappointing lunch, both for the long wait and the quality of the food. The wait staff, however, was very friendly. As for the bill, it was in line with average local prices.

21/02/2026: Without a doubt the best trattoria in the Terni area. A rustic atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and intensely flavorful cuisine. Generous appetizers, homemade first courses, and second courses to die for. The top-quality desserts are especially noteworthy. Definitely worth a try...and a return visit!

24/11/2025: Aside from the friendliness, I'd say all the products are top-notch, always fresh and delicious. Not to mention the panettone, especially the one with berries. Mouth-watering, and not just for the eyes.

Today, however, was my first time with a stroller, and the welcome was impeccable: a specially prepared table, lots of kindness and attention. Excellent food, simple yet refined, with quality ingredients. Highly recommended!

03/01/2026: This restaurant is the kind of place where aesthetics meet incredible culinary substance. The warm and welcoming atmosphere truly makes you feel like you're in your own living room, but the cuisine immediately reminds you that you're in a high-end restaurant. The truffle ciriole are an explosion of flavor, and the wild boar lasagne is one of the best I've ever had. The wild boar stew is incredibly tender and flavorful, and even the side dishes show uncommon attention to detail. The service is impeccable and contributes to making the experience relaxed and enjoyable in every way. A stop in San Gemini that I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and a truly beautiful atmosphere.

15/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, and I have to say I had a wonderful time. The staff were very welcoming. We started with the appetizer, continued with the cacio e pepe and truffle first courses, and finished with the tagliata and the lamb with truffles. Everything was delicious, but the lamb was exceptional. We truly had a wonderful time.

07/10/2025: A wonderful experience. A property located a short distance from Narni, surrounded by greenery and a beautiful landscape. Absolute silence all around. The property is modern and elegant, yet retains the style of old farmhouses. Surrounding it, beyond the pool, is a beautifully maintained expanse of greenery. The pool is just outside the property. Ample outdoor loungers are available. The building is very welcoming and well-maintained. A couple of annexes with additional rooms (8 in total) complete the package. The room (superior double) was comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Special mention for the comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with a large shower. Adjustable heating. Windows with mosquito nets. Breakfast was rich in natural products, both savory and sweet. Omelettes were available. Courteous and friendly service. The breakfast room was very intimate and pleasant. Francesco was a very kind host, welcoming us with a good coffee and plenty of suggestions for nearby attractions. A comprehensive list of restaurants was available. He was always available for any need. That's what makes the difference for a pleasant stay. We'll be back soon!

03/10/2025: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidied up daily, with fresh water provided. There’s also a mini bar – we tried the white wine and it was excellent! Francesco and his team were incredibly nice and welcoming. Four nights felt far too short – next time we’ll definitely stay longer. Thank you so much! 🌿🍷✨

01/03/2026: A Sunday on the Nera River, in the Stifone area... a wonderful experience for nature lovers, with a pleasant stop at this Nicoletta bar-trattoria. The truffle chitarrino was delicious, and the lamb chops with salad were delicious and plentiful! The atmosphere was very peaceful.
