I recommend both the fish, the meat and the pizza, all excellent.

We stopped at Fiori e Sapori in Terni for dinner, returning from a wonderful day at the Marmore Falls. We started with the house appetizer: truly enormous, a generous portion that would have easily served three people, and made with excellent quality ingredients. As for the pizza, it looked absolutely inviting; as someone from Campania and accustomed to authentic Neapolitan pizza, I found it completely different in texture and style, but still enjoyable in its own way. A special mention goes to the staff: I was genuinely surprised to find a team of waiters composed entirely of young people, a refreshing choice that I appreciated. My only disappointment was that, when we asked for information and details about the menu, they weren't very precise in their answers, perhaps showing a hint of inexperience. Overall, a welcoming place, ideal for recharging after an excursion. We'll gladly return!

They knew the restaurant for its excellent seafood, and we decided to have lunch there for our daughter's baptism, featuring a meat-based menu. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the dishes; the menu was varied, and the service was excellent, attentive to our every need. The atmosphere, as always, was very refined and welcoming.

A delightful dinner with friends, in a lovely setting. Quick service, without long waits, a positive. Excellent food, specifically the scrambled eggs with truffles and the ciriole with truffles, bacon, and mushrooms, really well seasoned and without skimping on the seasoning. Special mention for the meat, tender, juicy, and cooked just right to showcase the Florentine steak. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to selecting the right ingredients, and the grilled meat was truly delicious. There are a few small points that could be improved, however, and I say this because I see that effort is put into the ingredients and the cooking. When you bring the second course (at least), I'm not saying at the beginning of the dinner, but when you bring the meat, it would be nice to bring oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper... and not have a guest have to raise their hand to ask for it; Another point, especially with the meat, because it's an excellent and tender raw material, can be enhanced with other knives that are adequately sharp, not saw-edged ones that don't cut very well. I should have asked for these as well. Another small point: if I ask for a minimum weight for the meat, you can't tell me "it varies depending on how it's cut." An expert with eye and experience can tell you, and you in the dining room have the duty to specify the requested size. Aside from these small flaws, which, if resolved, enhance the product, the cuisine, and the excellent raw materials even more, the food is truly excellent, and I'd happily recommend it. Another plus: the excellent price; the food is good without breaking the bank; I'll definitely return. In conclusion? I recommend it. It also has both an outdoor and indoor setting on the lakeside terrace, which adds value and is a wonderful setting.

Lunch for a ceremony, outdoors under the shade of the trees, was a great success. The courses were all delicious and generous, and the excellent wines paired the food well. The service was very efficient, both courteous and helpful. There were some small management flaws, such as the cheese missing from the starters, the wine, which for some reason was taken away from the table as soon as the courses were finished (we then asked for it to be left), and the fruit left for the guests to pick at without understanding how it should be served. I'd been told several times that the food was good; I'd only ever eaten pizza there, and today I can confirm this.

The restaurant is a delightful jewel nestled in the Terni countryside, with a large veranda overlooking the beautiful lake, ideal for summer evenings. The interiors are a fusion of tradition and innovation, with the utmost attention to detail. The wait staff is welcoming and professional, but the real gem is the food. At Fiori e Sapori, in fact, it seems that the home-style cooking, the traditional one our grandmothers used to make, has never died out. We're talking about the rigaje sauce, so magically balanced and far removed from the sweetish aftertaste of factory-raised chicken livers. And then the supplì, also with rigaje, with cinnamon and grated lemon zest, as they used to make in the olden days, so far removed from the standard flavor of the classic supplì that many restaurants offer. But the real highlight is the roast goose with pork livers, where the flavor of wild fennel is the common thread in the magical balance that distinguishes the dish. Everything is wonderfully flawless. Highly recommended.

We had dinner on May 1st with a large group of friends. Some had meat, some had pizza, some had fried vegetables, etc. Everything was delicious!!! Delicious pizza, excellent meat, and exquisite first courses and side dishes. Fast and precise service, and very friendly staff! I want to go back and try the fish, which I've been told is excellent!!!! Highly recommended!
