Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di visitare di nuovo questo ristorante venerdì sera, e devo dire che la trasformazione è stata davvero notevole. La differenza più evidente, e sicuramente più accattivante, è stata l'illuminazione interna completamente rinnovata. Oltre alla rivitalizzante illuminazione, ho notato anche un miglioramento nei piatti proposti. Il menu sembra essere stato rinnovato, con nuove proposte che mantengono l'attenzione sulla qualità degli ingredienti e sulla presentazione curata.

31/03/2024: Historic restaurant in the center of Orvieto. I opted for the complete 15 euro menu, consisting of crostini, first course with side dish and dessert. Everything I ate was good and I left very satisfied. The place is small but welcoming, the service is courteous and quick.
15/03/2024: Classic trattoria without too many frills along the main street of Orvieto. The pappardelle with wild boar and the kebabs with sausage are decent, the mixed vegetables in a pan are passable. Sweet conclusion with a classic that resists fashion like grandma's cake. For holders of the Carta Unica Orvieto 10% discount on the final bill.

Borgo San Faustino Restaurant

02/04/2024: Excellent structure immersed in the countryside, excellent service. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior room, very nice and spacious. High level dinner with attentive and courteous service, as well as the spa service. Highly recommended!
21/03/2024: I did the SPA for 1 hour, excellent value for money, I recommend it
