10/08/2025: Nice place with excellent craft beers (I especially enjoyed the IPA). I'm giving less stars to the service and food because we ordered three beers with a plate of cured meats and cheeses, but we were served a portion and a half, which we ended up paying for two. The menu also states that it's local cheeses and cured meats, but they also serve mortadella with pistachios and gorgonzola. Bottom line: be sure to clarify your orders.

24/08/2025: We had an early dinner and some drinks here at happy hour; really amazing service, first of all! The staff was so helpful and friendly- we had a guy with an awesome centipede tattoo, a guy with an awesome beach landscape tattoo, and a fantastically friendly pink-haired bartender who all stopped by and asked us how we were doing multiple times. The drinks were amazing and the food was really delicious! The prices at happy hour are really crazy, especially in this economy. We would be regulars if we lived closer and hope to see all of the staff we saw again! 10/10

28/02/2025: The food is excellent. In fact, it gets better and better. Traditional dishes and surprising, unconventional inventions. The atmosphere is truly welcoming.

17/07/2025: We had a nice Umbrian pasta with truffle accompanied with a glass of Orvieto Classico superiore. Tasted perfectly.

30/07/2025: Vi spiste en herlig lunsj her. Nydelig mat og vin, og eksepsjonelt god service. Vi fikk smake ulike årganger av balsamico og andre lokale produkter. Trøffelen var nydelig! Denne restauranten kan absolutt anbefales.

13/07/2025: Some of the best Umbrian food I’ve had - in an absolutely stunning location. Just a few steps away from the Duomo, this restaurant is the place to visit - especially if looking for Orvieto Classico, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Massimiliano and his sister are excellent hosts and welcome their guests with courtesy and kindness. Traditional high-level cuisine. Elegant and refined environment. Highly recommended if you have guests and want to make a good impression.

05/04/2025: Un piccolo gioiello nascosto nel cuore di Amelia: varcando un portone sulla via principale, ci si ritrova in un locale dallo stile rustico chic, impreziosito da una terrazza incantevole. All’ingresso, un bancone ricco di prodotti tipici locali e, soprattutto, il sorriso e la gentilezza delle donne che gestiscono il posto, pronte ad accogliere ogni ospite con calore. L’ambiente è curato ma semplice, e proprio questa semplicità contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera autentica e rilassante. Da non perdere i taglieri: abbondanti, gustosi e perfetti sia per un aperitivo che per un pranzo all’insegna della qualità.

Tuvimos la focaccia, salumi, tagliatelle con trufas, y el mejor tiramisú que encontrarás en cualquier lugar, con los maridajes de vino tinto y blanco más perfectos. Volveremos al 100% y no podemos agradecer a Michele y Andrea lo suficiente por su calidez y hospitalidad.

29/07/2025: Very rustic inside, with a lovely open oven that'll make your mouth water. The fillet was cooked perfectly. The meat was excellent.

21/07/2025: We were there on Sunday for lunch with 5 people. A note of merit for the service. The staff was fast and helpful, really good. We had the house appetizer, Terni ciriole and carbonara and for second courses the local pizza and mixed meat, finally two desserts. The appetizer was average, both first courses excellent, the grilled meat was soft and of high quality. The trifle was top.

16/08/2025: To the owners: I certainly reviewed the right place, I just did it a few days after being there... Usually, people thank you for positive reviews! Friendly service, good and plentiful pizza, good cocktails; the only thing I don't like is the new decor, which is bland and dull. I'm attaching a photo as proof of my presence...

23/07/2025: Non è la prima volta che ci veniamo e come sempre ne siamo usciti soddisfattissimi!!!! Oltre alla eccellente qualità della pizza, da sottolineare l'efficienza e professionalità delle ragazze che le servono!!! Una sosta da raccomandare, anche per il prezzo!!! Brave ragazze!!!!!

12/05/2025: Top Top Top! Accoglienza,Location e Cibo che superano le aspettative! Impossibile decidere se e’ Andrea,titolare e cameriere a rendere tutto perfetto o il cibo oppure la birra ucraina…dare il massimo del punteggio e’ il minimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

11/05/2025: Giro in moto in Umbria, tra Amelia, Todi e Terni e per pranzo mi fermo a Kozak, ormai uno dei ristoranti preferiti in zona Terni. Accoglienza superlativa da parte di Andrea, il titolare, e ho ritrovato la stessa passione e dedizione della cucina con cui ci ha abituato da quando abbiamo conosciuto questo locale. Oggi, prendo i ravioli neri di spigola, lo spiedo di carne marinata con patatine e salse e una buonissima torta con frutti di bosco. Tempi giusti tra una portata e l'altra. Tutto squisito! Come sempre. A presto!

27/06/2025: We stayed in this wonderful farmhouse 10 minutes from Narni, during our honeymoon. Francesco welcomed us with kindness and friendliness and provided us with a map with all the sites to visit and good places to stop to eat during our visits. We used the pool several times and thanks to the choice of having a few rooms in the farmhouse you always enjoy peace and quiet. Breakfast is always fresh and good and one evening we also ate pizza prepared by him. Highly recommended, especially for couples. We will be back!
