Very linear, clean and well-furnished environment, spaces that are not very large but livable. Good dishes and prices that align with what is offered to you. Carlo the owner is a nice and welcoming person who manages to make you feel at ease.

At Carlo's you can eat really well...found it while walking around Orvieto and we were really impressed with the quality, service and price!!! Carlo, a real nice and well-prepared character... to be highly recommended to me personally, that ham has left an impression!! 5 easy stars

I had been there several years before but I think the management has changed. The place is small but very nice. Owner and waiters were very kind. The food was good (to my taste perhaps a little too much fennel everywhere but that's a personal opinion). The bill in line with the location.

I had the best Italian meal of my life. I thought I was dining at a Michelin restaurant. Carlo selected all the dishes for the evening, every one of them was a culinary surprise. I highly recommend it!

Il giusto connubio tra tradizione ed un pizzico di creatività nei piatti offerti. Posto ideale per portarci amici e colleghi di passaggio e fare una bella figura sia per il rapporto qualità/quantità sia per il conto finale. Non da escludere la location, accogliente e familiare, nascosta in un angolo da raggiungere dai vicoli del meraviglioso centro storico orvietano.

02/04/2024: Simple and well managed place. Welcoming staff available to satisfy customers. Exquisite starters and everything else delicious. Generous portions. For dinner you can also have pizza... which I will try soon. I recommend booking and enjoy your meal 😉
