24/03/2024: This place is just wonderful. Beautiful and the inside is much better looking than the outside. Maria, the owner is very kind and very classy, ​​in a way that is not common today. She makes every guest staying there or just coming to dine feel special. The food is excellent as is the service. The pool is gorgeous. it's not an easy find (though not super hard. I just really enjoy coming here. And I make a point of bringing out of town guests here and special events in our life. This place is simply wonderful. In fact, the owners, art lovers, grant the large walls designed to hang paintings to artists interested in holding personal exhibitions. A base of more classic tastes and some truly refined proposals, in my opinion such as saffron, or stracciatella revived in a "Gunpowder" filmography key. It welcomes tourists with great professionalism and competence. Clean and tidy environment.

26/03/2024: Ciriole with asparagus, badly cooked pasta with a layer of starch that made it slimy, Palomba with dripping pan, a sour, salty and bitter sauce! Service a little lacking, you can't wait about 1 hour for a ciriola! I'm sorry I wouldn't have written anything but....

29/12/2023: La location è un po' kitsch, sale eleganti e sfarzose con una sovrabbondanza di oggetti molto impegnativi e pittoreschi. A seconda del gusto può piacere o no. Ci è sembrato un po' fuori luogo, in un resort che vuol farsi percepire di classe, offrire come benvenuto un panzerotto con mozzarella e pomodoro (e di fronte all'impossibilità di mangiarla non portare null'altro, fosse anche una verdura). In generale, però, abbiamo apprezzato le pietanze: degustazione di selezione di salumi umbri (che però non ci sono stati indicati all'arrivo, abbiamo dovuto chiedere successivamente cosa stessimo mangiando), tortelli molto buoni, anche le carni (faraona e filetto di manzo). Qualche disattenzione del personale di sala, che stona un po' con il tipo di ristorante. La prossima volta magari avremo un'esperienza migliore

01/11/2023: Ho frequentato molti agriturismi nella zona Terni/Narni/Amelia, a mio avviso la tenuta del gallo è nettamente il migliore, come location, servizi, gestione, cibo, è tutto veramente perfetto, un angolo di paradiso in cui rigenerarsi. I prezzi sono ovviamente un po' più alti della media, ma in relazione alla qualità sono corretti.
