12/08/2025: We were very well received, the staff was very friendly and accommodating given our difficulty speaking Italian and our misunderstandings about the meal offered! The meal was substantial and I loved the pasta with artichoke cream! It cost €25 per person without dessert or drinks other than water.

24/07/2025: It takes a long time to get there, the last kilometers are even without asphalt. Our room has a wonderful view of the lake. But - there is no air conditioning in the room! In the hot summer months, this can be simply dangerous to health. Dinner in the fireplace room of the castle is impressive. The food and wine are varied and delicious.

I know it because it's on my street and I don't frequent it, but it has nothing to do with village bars, and it's well stocked, they're friendly, in short it's a bar that could be in a main street of a provincial city, even and why not the capital.

The norcina is also very good, tasty and abundant, and the vegetarian, fresh and light but tasty. There is no shortage of tasty appetizers, among which the mixed appetizer of the house stands out: a plentiful and varied dish that includes croquettes, Ascoli olives, mozzarella balls, coccoli, battered vegetables and other hot appetizers, ideal for sharing. Each element is fried to perfection, never greasy, and served with attention. The place is also famous for its excellent selection of craft beers, both Italian and foreign. The staff is prepared and always available to recommend the most suitable pairing for the chosen dishes, demonstrating passion and competence. In addition to beer, there is also a decent selection of wines and cocktails, which expands the possibilities for all types of customers. The service is punctual and friendly: the staff is smiling, attentive, and helps to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Even in the busiest moments, the organization of the service is efficient, and the wait is never excessive. The quality-price ratio is more than satisfactory. The portions are generous, the general level of the cuisine is high, and the bill is always balanced compared to the experience offered. The place is clean, well-kept, and the relaxed atmosphere makes every visit a pleasant moment to remember. Ultimately, La Tana del Luppolo is a point of reference in Terni for those looking for good pizza, quality beers and a sincere and well-kept environment. Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: A favorite spot. We've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's never disappointed. A must-see on the Rome-Florence highway, at the Fabro exit. They don't take reservations, so if the restaurant is full, just queue with your name and wait. The wait will be well worth it. Traditional Umbrian-Tuscan dishes grilled in a stone oven. Superb quality meats and absolutely reasonable prices. Attentive staff, available to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. The pairings, expertly recommended by the maître d', prove decisive in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are inexcusable, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. Friendliness, professionalism, kindness, this is what you will find when you enter this delightful place. A heartfelt thank you for everything, 🩵🙏🏾💙🫂

09/08/2025: We were made very welcome with our dog, and we had excellent burgers and truffle mozzarella! The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent!

13/07/2025: My first experience at a home restaurant, and it couldn't have gone better! Nicoletta welcomed us into her beautiful, carefully furnished and very welcoming home, and delighted us with excellent food, all prepared by her with so much love. A tasting of exquisite vegan cheeses, delicious homemade bread, spectacular first and second courses, and not to mention the delicious dessert!!! Besides the excellent food, being able to eat in a traditional home in the village is a truly worthwhile experience. Thank you, Nicoletta, we'll be back soon!

13/07/2025: Nicoletta, the chef who welcomes those who wish to try her refined, homemade dishes into her home, offers a home restaurant experience in a wonderful location furnished with care and warmth. The vegetarian/vegan food is delicious, simple, and carefully crafted, embracing seasonality and the creativity of the moment, which guide her menus; from appetizers to dessert, it's a constant surprise. I appreciated everything, not only the dishes, all rigorously made by her own hands, including the excellent bread, but also the opportunity to experience the exclusivity of a lunch with my best friend, our only guests, served by a chef just for us who has thought of every detail to welcome us with so much love. Thank you, Nicoletta, we'll be back, and I hope everyone can enjoy a lunch/dinner with her and a service that can't be found or bought in any restaurant... it's worth it!
