I went to Nicoletta's for lunch yesterday and I was very happy! I ate very well, from starter to dessert. good, quality wines. The location is beautiful, it has tables on a terrace overlooking the black. Fairytale setting, very nice service, both the girls in the room and the owner, Nicoletta, a beautiful and friendly woman who lovingly manages this culinary/visual jewel in Stifone.

Nicoletta and her staff are kind and very nice, the food is delicious and you can feel that it is homemade and having lunch with a river view is truly special, an excellent trattoria!!!

At the end of the very long 27 km excursion I stopped at this pleasant place together with other walking colleagues. Let me start by saying that we had started the day in the rain but fortunately when we reached the venue we could appreciate the pleasant location surrounded by the Nera gorges colored by the turquoise of the river that flows nearby. The cuisine was excellent: because the abundant dishes had been cooked with great professionalism, in particular the wild boar sauce that seasoned the polenta was very tasty and the meat cooked to perfection; then the wonderful sausages and fresh chicory gave that extra boost that led to enjoying a one-of-a-kind panna cotta garnished with Nutella and accompanied by my applause when it was served to me. The service was precise, punctual and professional, in particular the dishes were served at the same time as ordered and we all ate at the same time; then, despite the protracted lunch we were pampered and looked after with professionalism and punctuality. The price, considered by all to be fair and impeccable. I will definitely return

Wow the best steak I have had in Italy in 5 years. Way better than Florence. The waiters were so nice, they really tried to help us understand the menu and made a lot of effort as we wanted a bit of shade. I would love to come back as soon as possible. My friends also were really impressed and happy with everything! Specially the pistachio panacotta the best! 😻

Abbiamo pranzato due volte con un gruppo di amici. Sulla via per Narni, Nicoletta è un punto di riferimento. Bellissimo sia internamente che soprattutto fuori, con vista acqua. Cucina casareccia ben allestitita. Buoni anche i prezzi. Lo consiglio

Stifone e il suo fiume sono un posto magico e realmente azzurro. Nicoletta è una perfetta oste e padrona di casa. Piatti buonissimi, abbondanti e caserecci. Io ho adorato la parmigiana alla ternana con la cotoletta fritta, ma consiglio di non perdere un antipasto, tipo sella-frittataaltartufo-pinsa. Anche il semplice vino della casa è superiore alla media. Prenotate!
