A great place, the staff is always very polite, kind, and helpful. They use Italian meats and products, and this certainly represents added value and a sign of quality.

We've always had a great time at this Mc Donald's! Very good food and fast service.
Friendly staff.
The only downside is that it's often hard to find a seat during peak hours.

All the food is full of fat, but typical of McDonald's or Burger King. I hate drinks that are supposed to be carbonated, like Coca-Cola, which is a concentrated syrup that doesn't make any difference when mixed with water. It's also very expensive, but for an evening with the kids, it's fine.

We had lunch outside, but unfortunately the presence of so many pigeons turned it into a nightmare. Furthermore, the pigeons are sick and leave behind droppings and dirt.

Very crowded on Saturday lunchtime, but the service is good for the crowds, except for the guy at the bar who took 20 minutes to make three coffees and even managed to get one wrong.

The food: It's good, but sometimes I get cold meat.
Service: Fast, but not always happy.
Ambience: The place is dirty, but seeing as there are never any free seats, you can tell people are making a mess. The bathrooms were all soaked in liquid, and I don't want to know what it was.
Difference between ★mc drive★ or ★local★: The mc drive takes less time, even if they don't know how to put the food and drinks out. One day I did the mc drive, and the lady gave me a wet bag. However, at the local restaurant, it takes longer, even though there are a lot of workers in the kitchen.
Things to change: Keep the bathroom cleaner and smell better, and the food faster.
Otherwise, just a few kilometers away, there's the mc Trento Sud.
