11/08/2025: I've been to Hotel Piaz several times, and every time everything was perfect. Infact, this hotel is considered a 2-star, but the standard is at least like a 3-star hotel, and for the price you pay, you get really a lot. The rooms are spatious and very clean and super comfortable. The personnel is professional and kind and they always do everything to solve your problems. The restaurant is VERY good and the breakfast is marvelous, diversified, and abundant. I definitely recommend this place.

09/08/2025: Very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Rooms are modest but being in the beautiful Dolomites this just adds to the full mountain experience.

19/06/2025: Toilet always closed. It's not the first time I go to the place and I noticed that very often the toilet is closed with a fault report. But I found out that it's not true, there are other reasons. But this afternoon I went to the bar with my friend to have a drink. I needed the bathroom, invariably CLOSED. I was advised to go downstairs where the public bathrooms are. Which I did. Then I went back up and continued with my drink. But do you think it's possible? There are other bars at the Top Center, from now on I'll go to those.

27/08/2025: Located on the Campitello square, there's nothing wrong with the location. The staff are kind and friendly, the meat is good quality and cooked well. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

09/07/2025: Dated rooms; double beds made up of single beds pushed together; TV with inaccessible channels and very poor Wi-Fi; old bathroom, terrible shower. Excellent view and good breakfast.

28/06/2025: I stayed at the Surf Hotel Pier for one night. As a non-surfer, there wasn't much to do there. The 'private beach' was just a small area with artificial turf. There is a small restaurant and bar beneath the hotel, but I personally did not feel very welcome there. Now, the room itself and the terrace were quite big, but the furniture was minimal. The bathroom had no ventilation, which I consider a deal-breaker. The staff were friendly, though, and the breakfast buffet was nice, even if it was a bit sparse. At the Breakfast Coffee like Cappucino and or Espresso costs extra, only black american coffee is included. No fresh fruit juices. The hotel is located directly next to the street, so parking can be a little tricky. The view is OK, although I expected more. My room was at the back of the hotel, so the main building blocked most of the view of the lake. Overall, it's a great hotel if you want to surf or learn to surf, since it's designed for this purpose.

28/03/2025: We stayed from 15 to 22 March at the Union Hotel Dolomiti, simply perfect. The services offered were excellent from every point of view: friendly and helpful staff, impeccable organisation. The rooms, spacious and with attention to the smallest details, won us over from day one. The spa was a real gem: modern, relaxing and with everything you could want after a day on the snow. Absolutely recommended!

07/08/2025: Rude staff. I stopped for breakfast and bought two packs of cigarettes. Once I left for my destination, I realized the cigarettes were the wrong ones. On the way back, I stopped for a sandwich. I politely asked if it was possible to replace the cigarettes. I was rudely told that it couldn't be done, but they did it anyway this time and didn't bother to explain why because it would take a long time... (The reason was that the management software was out of order)! If you want to replace them, exchange them without a fuss, otherwise, say no, it certainly wasn't a problem for me. The sandwich was good, but girls, be careful if you write "chanterelle mushrooms," the mushrooms must be those, not other types of mushrooms, otherwise you risk a complaint for food fraud. In short, my last stop at this place!

30/08/2025: We were 4 people with an infant eating at the restaurant and encountered a racist waitress who wasn’t willing to speak with us or take orders from our table. She was banging food onto the table and was being disrespectful to us. When the baby was crying another waitress called her to ask to help as maybe she knew English but she refused to help! We informed the manager & another waiter but not sure what action was taken after raising concern coz she continued her behaviour and didn’t even apologise to us. Not recommended!

30/08/2025: Horrible racist waitress (blondie with high ponytail) no basic etiquette on how to do service. Not sure whether the restaurant owner take any complaints or reviews seriously because even after complaining to the Manager the waitress didn't apologize. Also highly overpriced and Took cover charge for an infant who didn't eat food.

29/07/2025: We had lunch with meat and pasta, then dinner with pizza and beer. Everything was delicious, with courteous service and explanations of some dishes that were completely unfamiliar to us Romans. Excellent service, a beautiful and welcoming place, and above all, the food was delicious.

26/05/2025: I confirm the very kind staff, they just added the grill a few months ago to make you meat As they do in China, honest prices in 5 we spent with everything €120 and it was Saturday night which according to the price list is the most expensive. I will return but I still come often, keep it up good job

10/05/2025: Very kind staff, excellent food, rich buffet and lots of variety, very honest price. The only thing I don't recommend is taking the à la carte sushi, but I recommend the grilled meat, which is very good. The waitresses are very kind, it feels like home.

13/08/2025: Gin and tonic €15, including €10 for gin and €5 for tonic Coke can €5 You're a tourist and you're getting ripped off. There's no menu at the table... We paid without a problem; the price for the location is exorbitant...

12/08/2025: I visited the place for a barbecue. For 10 euros, you can rent a fixed grill with a grate. There are several grills and tables available, including in a wooded area. You pay an additional 3 euros per person to use the rest of the facilities: tables, chairs, bathroom, water, and trash cans. There's a bar selling water, soft drinks, etc. There's only one non-potable water point, which makes washing hands and dishes difficult. One suggestion is to install new water points closer to the grills.

28/03/2025: Pranzato in questo locale consigliatoci da amici e residenti, abbiamo gustato piatti tipici Trentini, bevuto del buon vino, personale davvero cordiale e simpatico in una location tipica del posto. Consigliato.

01/01/2025: Ristorante-pizzeria situato a Transacqua, molto grande e con tanti posti a sedere. Buona l'accoglienza anche senza prenotazione. Locale accogliente, servizio veloce e attento. Ottima varietà e scelta di piatti. Un attimino di attenzione in più allo scontrino. Tutto sommato una gradita scoperta. Consigliato!
