The piadina dough is exceptional, with top-quality ingredients and friendly staff. I'd recommend warming the piadina well (it's probably a coincidence, but the mozzarella was cold and not melted with the ingredients, so I added less salt to the cooked zucchini, to my taste). I definitely recommend it.

If you want Piadina with a capital P in Rovereto, you can't miss Enrico and Arianna! The best!
