The piadina dough is exceptional (the whole wheat one is the best I've ever had), the ingredients are top-quality, and the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I recommend it without hesitation.

Malga Monte Sole

04/07/2026: A beautiful mountain hut accessible by public transportation, with a shuttle costing 3 euros. A stunning panoramic view. I highly recommend visiting.
29/06/2026: We went to the Monte Sole mountain hut for an afternoon hike and found the owners to be very kind and helpful. The place is very nice, as is the location. We'll definitely be back.

20/02/2026: This is a review of an entire week eating at this amazing restaurant. Everytime great food, fast service, even when there were 10 people queuing at the front door to wait for a free table. And they are great in this also. They manage to keep track and deliver the tables pretty fast and in the correct order. Thank you guys for making our stay in Folgarida so much nicer!
