16/10/2023: Ristorante all’interno della struttura alberghiera di Villa Armena. Un luogo incantevole immerso nella campagna toscana. Il locale è ristrutturato con gusto ed arredato in maniera elegante. Il menù, dai piatti interessanti, offre una varia scelta tra cui i tipici piatti della tradizione. Nonostante la presenza di poco personale in cucina e al servizio, durante la nostra cena l attesa è stata corretta. I piatti ordinati sono stati tutti di nostro pieno gradimento. Complimenti allo staff.
12/10/2023: It was awesome, the attention a 10 out of 10, the food was amazing, the place and the view was the best thing of all. I really enjoy it and i would recommend 100%!

25/08/2023: Food was average taste and quality. Poor and clumsy table service. The waiter forgot my order in a party of 6 so had to wait 15 minutes after all other food arrived. The waiter did not attend to us for a very long time. Overall fancy appearing restaurant with not attentive wait staff. The Florentino steak was too far done (medium) despite asking for traditional rare style.

12/11/2023: tutto fumo e niente arrosto...in estate offrono ghiaccioli alla frutta che costano come l'oro e non sono neanche eccellenti...ma d'altronde il centro di Montepulciano in pieno agosto offro quasi niente: la fama è superiore alla realtà!!!
17/07/2023: I understand that there are tourist traps in that area, but the costs are well above average, and we don't deal in slushes and ice lollies made by them if there is only ice from them

03/11/2023: Don’t pass this pasticceria by. For breakfast delicious croissants. We particularly enjoyed the cornetta al crema pistachio. Excellent cappuccino and friendly efficient service make this a neighborhood gathering spot. Of course the views of the Chianti countryside from our table earned this humble place a favorite in all of Italy.

Mangia Restaurant by Hotel Athena

22/09/2023: We were staying at the hotel and thought we would try the restaurant. We're really pleased that we did, as the food was excellent - beautifully presented and delicious. Between us we had soup and a prawn salad, then an open aubergine lasagne which was stunning.
A bonus is the view from the terrace, but the real star is the food. Waiting staff were friendly and helpful too - a great night.
25/08/2023: We met up with friends on the terrace of this hotel's restaurant. We left after 45 minutes without our orders and, more importantly, without even being brought glasses for water during a heatwave. The waiter merely sighed when I asked for a glass for the fourth time to no avail. In a regular restaurant, this would already be unacceptable, but for a starred hotel, this service is simply a joke. Don't go there; the city has plenty of wonderful restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal and receive a warm welcome.

02/10/2023: The location is very nice, but the service was terrible. The waitress was incredibly rude and unpleasant. It is a shame, but never again.

Portions ridicules ( pâtes et lasagnes ne sont pourtant pas des mets cher !)
