12/12/2025: I would downgrade it to three stars

12/12/2025: We had booked for December 5th until the 9th, the reservation was confirmed, but when we arrived there the hotel was closed, there was a caretaker, who knew absolutely nothing, they said that the day before, they tried to call us by phone, but since it was an unknown number we did not answer, but they did not think, to send an email absolutely not, luckily then we found another accommodation.

01/12/2025: Excellent value for money, friendly and very helpful staff.

27/11/2025: We were there for lunch; I don't know if people have taste buds or if they swallow everything like animals. Let's start with the place: zero positives, tons of negatives (cleanliness, mess, stench, disrepair), and there are more. Wait: an hour and a half from arrival to the first course (a first course, a second course, and coffee), 3 hours in total. The food: a soup kitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant in comparison. Spaghetti allo scoglio made with frozen pasta (if I make it at home, I make it better) because it's not the fault of the pasta, but of whoever makes it; pre-cooked pasta that was cooked terribly. The fritto misto: evidently reheated in hot oil, it looked like a leather insole, and the French fries were empty inside, something I've never seen before. If you want to try it, go, but bring plenty of toilet paper rolls. I'm not planning on going back.

09/11/2025: I can't give 0 stars, it's a shame. I ordered two pizzas at 8:00 PM, and at 8:45 PM I received a delivery message, but they still hadn't delivered anything (I had already paid). The woman on the phone even went so far as to ask me if she needed to send the delivery boy off to deliver them. Shameful.

27/12/2025: It’s a lovely restaurant. We enjoyed all our meals at this restaurant. My personal favorite was the Nerrano pizza and the risotto with porcini mushrooms.

11/08/2025: The double room with private bathroom was very spacious and air conditioned. The staff was very friendly. The private paid parking was well shaded. The property accepts small dogs and is close to two dog beaches. We will definitely be back.

01/08/2025: We were accidentally ending up staying here for a night. The service is outragously good! We had some puppy friends in the morning. Bathrooms were acceptable (for average people it was clean, I am a professional, so I see details). The location has no public servixe access which is quite a lack for me. I can imagine it is a perfect stay for backpacker wonderers. I loved the decoration and the soul of the place - I could feel somehow this is not just a business, but something beyond. We are grateful for the peaceful stay after a super annoying and exhausting day (leaving Corsica as a backpacker is a nightmare).

11/12/2025: Fantastic experience as always. We booked a dinner for 30 people with an international guest who thoroughly enjoyed it. Delicious pizza and excellent seafood menu. An experience to repeat.

09/12/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Served after almost an hour, the pizza was cold and undercooked, and the service was rude. Adding insult to injury.

09/10/2025: I just spent the night at this property. I'm shocked by the low quality of a property that presents itself like this. It's located just steps from the sea, and the grounds are quite well-kept. There are two pools that I haven't visited, but they looked pretty good when I walked by. The problem is cleanliness! The condition of the room is embarrassing; I've attached photos. Except for the fact that when I entered the room I immediately noticed a large number of mosquitoes squashed on the wall everywhere... then I understood why... the €35 buffet dinner with very little to offer... the gentleman serving couldn't even tell us what the symbol for lactose was. Because my colleague is intolerant... I finished dinner, went up to my room and went to sleep at 11:40 PM. At 12:15 AM I was woken up and kept awake for the next half hour by the buzzing sound that regularly made me get up and kill a mosquito... I must have killed at least 15. Afterwards I finally fell asleep, but at 4 AM it all starts again and I stay awake until 5:20 AM. In this time I must have killed another 10 mosquitoes. Until I noticed something moving on the floor... it was a millipede... I didn't leave only because it was still dark. Oh, of course I hadn't mentioned the blood stain on the headboard... surely some guest squashed another mosquito... Instead of spending money on sugar packets, fight for them to at least invest their money in cleaning. DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A (NOT) SERVICE LIKE THIS.

27/09/2025: I waited till the beginning of September, I was extremely happy, i visited a friend we decided to spend some time at the beach club, one of the best decisions !!!! We ended up having a aperitivo, delightful, warm welcome even in the end of season, drinks to die for, we started light with Aperol Spritz, an other friend joined us and he ordered a Vodka Martini with twits fantastic service, knowledgeable bartender, everyone spoke English, a plus because my two friends did not speak Italian. We later had Negroni, Old Fashioned and a Manhattan, let me tell you as professional Bartender I can tell you those drinks were made to perfection. We decided to eat, that turned into a sublime experience, we asked Francesco ( Owner ) if he could put some appetizers together for us and sure he did it, light crispy Fritto misto, un crudo di Gamberi Rossi di Mazzara Del Vallo, and for one of us that asked for something not from the see Carpaccio di filetto con crema di tartufo. Everything was in the company of a cold bottle of Gavi Di Gavi La Scolca. At that point we decided to have the owner to go a head and decide for the main dish……. Whole branzino for 2 roasted side of spinach, carrots, string beans and one Fillet mignon all cooked to perfection we asked for red and white wine and they brought one bottle of : Chianti Classico l”Aura and a bottle of Gavi Castellari Bergaglio. Fantastic dinner all together. Francesco offered us a bottle of Cozza Prosecco extra dry at the end the dinner. Which was perfect because got us ready for wafter dinner drinks, Macallan 12 years old scotch whisky. All of it including the service was superb experience, not to mention the honest prices. If you ever in Pisa, Livorno, Florence or anywhere close by you must try this fantastic establishment.

03/01/2026: Way too expensive, 18 euros per person for 4 people. On top of that, they charged us for something we hadn't even ordered... We ordered 1 Margherita pizza, 1 portion of ravioli, and 2 breaded cutlets for 98 euros... A blatant rip-off... The waitress took my plate away when I still had the last piece of bread in my mouth; it was practically like they were kicking us out. I asked if they were about to close, and she said no... The food wasn't great... only the location is perfect.

02/01/2026: We visited this trattoria on December 27, 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The lady who served us came across as unfriendly and grumpy, which affected the overall atmosphere and enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, there was a €4 coperto per person, which was quite high. Overall, this did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to return.

05/10/2025: I only use this service for takeout because it's the only pizzeria that delivers pizza to your door in the Tirrenia area of ​​Pisa. The service is very good, the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional, the prices are fair, and the pizzas are truly delicious and well-topped.

13/12/2025: I spent a weekend in this property to visit Pisa and its surroundings, located close to Pisa but at the same time surrounded by greenery, excellent quality/price ratio, clean room, good food, kind and helpful staff. RECOMMENDATION 👍
