11/08/2025: The double room with private bathroom was very spacious and air conditioned. The staff was very friendly. The private paid parking was well shaded. The property accepts small dogs and is close to two dog beaches. We will definitely be back.

01/08/2025: We were accidentally ending up staying here for a night. The service is outragously good! We had some puppy friends in the morning. Bathrooms were acceptable (for average people it was clean, I am a professional, so I see details). The location has no public servixe access which is quite a lack for me. I can imagine it is a perfect stay for backpacker wonderers. I loved the decoration and the soul of the place - I could feel somehow this is not just a business, but something beyond. We are grateful for the peaceful stay after a super annoying and exhausting day (leaving Corsica as a backpacker is a nightmare).

16/08/2025: A completely strange experience. Almost slapstick. Disastrous decor, virtually zero service, couldn't be more rude. Plastic plates, no wine glasses. The food from the buffet was authentic and not bad at all, but certainly not a revelation.

08/11/2025: The place is aesthetically pleasing, but it lacks a bit of substance. It tries to resemble a typical Milanese trendy venue, but it focuses more on volume than on the essence of the place. The music is very loud, preventing conversation, which makes the evening chaotic. In fact, the service was also a consequence! The set menu option probably wasn't the right choice! We paid €35 ​​(in advance, excluding wine) for an appetizer and a first course that were almost tasting-sized. It seems excessive to me. Oh, and there was also dessert, but it was literally a spoonful! We all left hungry, at a table of 15 people...

30/10/2025: First time in Pisa. We ordered takeout. The pizza was very good, but we had ordered a specific drink, and instead we received something else. When we called them, they hung up on us several times, probably hoping to rob us. Never again.

24/10/2025: Always ordered takeout, more or less punctual, but we know how Pisa traffic is. Always a sure thing, though, really good pizza, Neapolitan style with a nice, thick, soft crust. The more you order, the more you get: they often deliver a Pepsi in addition to the pizzas, sometimes fried pizza balls (delicious when hot), other times (with 6/7 pizzas) a bite (or 2!!) of Pepsi!! We've never figured out how much things cost, in any case not much, highly recommended!!

30/08/2025: Ordered for 9:00 PM. At 9:58 PM, 10:00 PM, 13:13 PM, and 10:30 PM, we were told they had "just left"... REALLY TERRIBLE!

30/08/2025: Pizzas ordered for delivery at 7:45/8:30 PM but arrived at 9:15 PM. When we first called, at 8:40 PM, the answer was "they're coming out of the oven right now." Two minutes later, they called back and said, "They'll be out of the oven in 20 minutes and we'll bring them to you." It might be a bit confusing, but this is already the second time we've ordered and they've arrived more than half an hour late. What bothered me most was the hasty response to our first call; it almost seemed like a joke. The pizza with the stuffed crust had all the contents spilled out and dripped onto the cardboard, another pizza was completely cold, and the others were decent except for the decidedly undercooked and acidic tomato. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this pizzeria enough.

11/10/2025: Large selection of pastries, including Sicilian specialties like marzipan and canollo. Neither of these is often found.

26/09/2025: Vegan chocolate cake with a super-delicious flour mix. Not at all cloying! They also have other vegan cakes that I'll definitely try.

26/10/2025: This was my first time staying at this hotel and restaurant. I'd read the reviews and had been introduced to it by friends. What can I say? The owner was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were clean, but in need of maintenance, especially the bathroom fixtures. Overall, the 3 stars were well deserved. The price was in line with the services offered. Unfortunately, I can only partially judge the food because I ate the set menu, but the quality was good and the quantity sufficient. A half-hour drive from Pisa isn't a short distance, but staying in the city center and finding parking under the tower would cost much more. Recommended.

14/10/2025: The hotel is easy to reach, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff and owner are helpful and very friendly, highly recommended.

07/07/2025: 24.05.30 They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing! I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything. We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!

02/09/2025: Arrived late at a nearby hotel and Googled this restaurant that is closest and reviewed to serve good food with reasonable price. The seats outside were reserved so we had to sit inside. The waiter doesn't understand English but when I asked about WiFi he gave me their password which I used for translating the menu so we could order. Busy as he was by himself the young waiter was able to graciously serve the sudden crowd from the hotel. The food was the best I had so far halfway this tour from France, Spain and Italy going forward.

31/07/2025: So... When we arrive, the waiter asks us if we have a reservation... The restaurant is empty, however... He agrees to set a table for us... We leave, it's still empty.... No menu for drinks and wines... The waiter doesn't know what he can serve us or the prices... He is barely pleasant... Or even unpleasant... The pasta is not great and too salty.... NO INTEREST

17/10/2025: Ambience: 5, food: 3, service: 1 to avoid giving 0. The owner offended a group of tourists for no apparent reason just by moving a chair. Behaving like this with customers is out of the question. I would have gladly returned, but the staff's behavior put me off.

06/10/2025: An unusual shop for a generous snack, I recommend this place because you can find wonders there.

02/10/2025: We found ourselves at the old bakery on our holiday from Scotland. We hadn't read the reviews prior to attending. When ordering we asked how much it would cost but was told "its not gold you are buying" however unlike some of the other reviewees we loved the shop keepers typically feisty Italian manner. We will be using above quote in our day to day lives when discussing the cost of things.
