06/08/2025: Damiano and Sandra are a guarantee. My family and I have been coming here for years now, and it never disappoints, both in terms of excellent service and food. I highly recommend it.

11/07/2025: Il significato originario delle tre stelle Michelin è “ristorante che vale il viaggio”. Ecco, il piccione mangiato ieri sera, da qualsiasi posto partiate, vale il viaggio. Tutto il resto del menù delle serata regge il livello, e in più mi piace essere coccolato dal Maître. Da 30 anni mangio qui con grande soddisfazione.

17/11/2025: Definitely a GO TO in Pisa! Delicious and good sized piadina, many options to choose from, with very friendly staff and quick service. They have nailed their dough flavour and texture. I’ll definitely come back.

02/08/2025: The worst pizza I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, when there's a high demand, you work regardless, but in other places this pizza wouldn't be offered. The dough is full of oil. It's not very leavened and it's high. The takeaway pizzas arrived cold. The prosciutto was baked and not added raw. If I had wanted it cooked, I would have ordered it cooked. It's black and very salty. Congratulations. Next time, we'll get them frozen from the refrigerated section when they're over. The latter are of better quality. Greetings from someone who tried them for the first and last time.

04/10/2025: The carbonara was delicious. I saw a lot of locals eating there, which is a good sign to give it a try. Plus, it's right between Pisa Central and the Cathedral, right on your way.

21/10/2025: I strongly advise the owners to take all the negative reviews to heart, as they all focus on the same thing: dirt. The place has a truly awful smell, like a public restroom. The tables near the windows are in contact with moldy walls, and the curtains are dirty and dusty. The tables are sticky and rusty, the chairs are old, but the smell is the worst thing of all. Everything is truly dirty and unkempt. The only three stars I give are for the service because the girl serving tables is very kind, something that can't be said for the older waiter: he puts one foot on a chair at the next table (the same chair where a customer in clean clothes should sit), ties his shoes, and then hands out cutlery and bread without washing his hands. In short, you have a nice establishment, but it doesn't seem like you don't know how to manage it well... a real shame.

10/10/2025: We particularly enjoyed the starters and the tuna steak, as well as the desserts. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Recommended.

30/07/2025: What an unexpected experience! We booked a Saturday at 8 pm, but the place was empty. A little hesitant, we ordered a fish dinner and *bam* what a turnaround! We were truly amazed. Excellent ingredients, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, well-prepared dishes, beautifully paired flavors—not the usual seafood-rice or seafood-spaghetti, but truly interesting dishes. The homemade desserts were truly delicious and well-crafted. Don't be fooled by the somewhat "out-of-the-way" location; the food is worth it! Extremely satisfied, I'll definitely be back.
