22/05/2026: Terrible service. Had to wait 30mins for one of our diners meals to arrive. This arrived when everyone else was finished and they had removed the plates. We requested this was removed from the bill but they refused and became aggressive

02/12/2025: We discovered this place on a Sunday morning when everything else was closed. They have a wide selection of breads for breakfast. The place is quite small. You have to arrive early to find a table.

30/08/2025: Ordered for 9:00 PM. At 9:58 PM, 10:00 PM, 13:13 PM, and 10:30 PM, we were told they had "just left"... REALLY TERRIBLE!

30/08/2025: Pizzas ordered for delivery at 7:45/8:30 PM but arrived at 9:15 PM. When we first called, at 8:40 PM, the answer was "they're coming out of the oven right now." Two minutes later, they called back and said, "They'll be out of the oven in 20 minutes and we'll bring them to you." It might be a bit confusing, but this is already the second time we've ordered and they've arrived more than half an hour late. What bothered me most was the hasty response to our first call; it almost seemed like a joke. The pizza with the stuffed crust had all the contents spilled out and dripped onto the cardboard, another pizza was completely cold, and the others were decent except for the decidedly undercooked and acidic tomato. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this pizzeria enough.

21/09/2025: I strongly advise against stopping at this restaurant, if we can call it that. I don't think there's a chef. The food was terrible and we spent a fortune on the crap they served us. Never again!

21/09/2025: We stopped today, ate some simple first courses, which were disgusting and worth spending a fortune for nothing. I strongly advise against it!!! As far as I'm concerned, you can close!!!!!

20/11/2025: A surprise within a surprise: you enter a village club and behind a door opens a well-furnished, comfortable, and welcoming room with the table settings of an intimate restaurant. A limited but high-quality menu. Cheeses from Busti, fillet steak in wine, specialty, homemade desserts. Congratulations indeed!

18/05/2026: Embarrassingly high and prohibitive prices. They have a website where everything is correct except the prices, and ordering pizza by checking their website is like shooting yourself in the foot, and you always end up spending 6 or 7 euros more than advertised. The pizzas are terrible value for money: the dough is soggy despite the thin crust, the tomato sauce is bland, and the mozzarella is compact and dry. We've ordered a few times, and they've ALWAYS gotten the order wrong, removing the ingredients listed and charging us (obviously) the price of the pizza if it had been correct. The vegetables are old, and the mushrooms are obviously frozen and pre-cut. I have friends and relatives whose pizzas have been overcharged by a euro for pepper, oregano, or oil on the pizza. I've had white pizzas paid as if they were a Margherita base and topping (obviously never a negative error), and the owner has tried to cheat several times. The pre-made pizzas are cold and old, a tourist trap. I will never go back there again, years ago it was very good, now I end up spending 25 euros for 2 pizzas.

16/05/2026: At 6:30 PM I ordered a slice of pizza 🍕 with fries and sausage for my son. They charged me €4.50. I asked twice just to be sure. The pizza was dry and the price was exorbitant.

16/03/2026: We've relied on Lumiere several times for our school parties at the Scuola Normale and have always been extremely satisfied. The staff guarantees availability and organization down to the last detail: room management, music, security, bar service, and cloakroom. Highly recommended for organizing private parties here in Pisa.

13/03/2026: Yin Yin Concert. It was supposed to start at 10 PM. Tickets were bought on Dice. 23 euros. At 9:10 PM, an email arrived from Dice announcing the concert's early start at 9:15 PM. The band played for 1.5 hours. All this to do two nights in one. The venue crisis is fine. But this is just ripping people off.

18/12/2025: EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD, FRESH FISH AND ADEQUATE PORTIONS... WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK... WELL DONE!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE, COURTEOUS STAFF. CLEAN, TIDY, AND REALLY BEAUTIFUL PLACE.

09/10/2025: I just spent the night at this property. I'm shocked by the low quality of a property that presents itself like this. It's located just steps from the sea, and the grounds are quite well-kept. There are two pools that I haven't visited, but they looked pretty good when I walked by. The problem is cleanliness! The condition of the room is embarrassing; I've attached photos. Except for the fact that when I entered the room I immediately noticed a large number of mosquitoes squashed on the wall everywhere... then I understood why... the €35 buffet dinner with very little to offer... the gentleman serving couldn't even tell us what the symbol for lactose was. Because my colleague is intolerant... I finished dinner, went up to my room and went to sleep at 11:40 PM. At 12:15 AM I was woken up and kept awake for the next half hour by the buzzing sound that regularly made me get up and kill a mosquito... I must have killed at least 15. Afterwards I finally fell asleep, but at 4 AM it all starts again and I stay awake until 5:20 AM. In this time I must have killed another 10 mosquitoes. Until I noticed something moving on the floor... it was a millipede... I didn't leave only because it was still dark. Oh, of course I hadn't mentioned the blood stain on the headboard... surely some guest squashed another mosquito... Instead of spending money on sugar packets, fight for them to at least invest their money in cleaning. DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A (NOT) SERVICE LIKE THIS.

09/04/2026: The bar is decent with reasonable prices but the adjacent toilet is a sore point, which is dilapidated and smelly.

04/04/2026: I often stop here for a quick lunch. They offer a variety of options, including a choice of first course, second course with a side dish, or a "single dish," which is a two-person meal where you can choose a first course, a second course with a side dish of your choice. This option costs €10.40, including bread and 500ml of water. Otherwise, they offer various pizzas and chickpea farinata, desserts, and more. To top it all off, there's also a bar serving delicious coffee and pastries. All this is complemented by the magnificent service; the girls at the counter are always very kind and cheerful. It's a regular spot for me.

07/07/2025: 24.05.30 They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing! I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything. We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!

16/04/2025: I celebrated my graduation on Monday the 14th and everything went smoothly. Everything we agreed upon arrived, the staff was helpful, and the evening was enjoyable: nothing to complain about. 🫶🏼 Highly recommended for celebrating your graduation.
