30/06/2025: Excellent location, elegant and well-kept. Thanks to the staff... we spent a beautiful day (1st Communion). Everything was delicious and well-organized, you couldn't find a better place... Highly recommended🤗

28/06/2025: Terrible situation, no one at the entrance to welcome you, the menu was brought only on request (they forgot) order taken after about 30 minutes! The appetizer arrived after 1 hour and a lot of insistence, tough meat despite medium cooking! For how badly we ate, the expense is excessive!!

27/04/2025: WANT TO WORK 0!!! an employee named Mariangela, as written on the badge, snorted every time I asked for information, availability 0! rudeness out of the ordinary! to fire this woman immediately, if you don't want to work you don't have to do it. DON'T GO THERE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, EVER.

11/05/2025: the kind guys had also noticed how the owners were a bit grumpy at the beginning, perhaps they didn't understand, but once I was seated I wanted to leave. The nice setting, the special starter was quite good but in the first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms) they were totally lost, the tagliatelle wasn't bad even though I had asked for it to be cooked rare and above all, I had initially asked for the grilled one with a side of potatoes, once they told me that the potatoes weren't there so I said rocket and parmesan... they bring me the tagliatelle without rocket and parmesan; pointing out the mistake in a somewhat polite way, the boy either didn't understand or wasn't listening to me and anyway he left hahahhaha I just wanted some rocket and parmesan. To pay we waited a good 10 minutes behind a group of 5/6 local people, we waited a while obviously, but when I finished paying everyone continued to talk... the place is already small, I asked if we could pay and he was again the whole time grumpy, a bit surly. In short, a mediocre place, I won't go back except for the pizza on a walk around Volterra

17/04/2025: We ordered gluten-free pizza, the dough is very good, plus you can ask them to make any type of pizza on their menu gluten-free! We also tried different gluten-free beers. Very good price quality.

14/07/2024: Posto bellissimo e particolare negli arredi esterni e interni, personale supersimpatico, stoviglie e carrelli portavivande...che fanno la storia del ristorante, cibo ottimo! Da tornarci sicuramente!

07/07/2024: Trovato per caso in rete e che faccio..... non provo??! Sennò poi me lo scordo... loro hanno l'altalena più LUNGA del Mondo e tutta una serie di 🖕 in esposizione. Menu fisso, cucina espressa nel senso che non sono papponi preconfezionati. Locale interno con giardino, mto caratteristico e alla bòna, simpatico. Ci mettiamo al tavolo dove troviamo una flebo funzionante con del buon rosso e, attaccato con una stringa c'è un bel roto di carta igienica. Arriva l'antipasto servito in tegole SI TEGOLE del Portogallo (se nn ricordo male) e su ognuna c'è un piccolo aneddoto che chissà se corrisponde... il mio si, in fin dei conti sono la Regina! Due primi serviti, il primo primo tramite una lavatrice in ciotole per cani, il secondo primo con l'aiuto di "della Comoda" il caro vecchio wc delle donzelle, ma questa volta in piatti tutti differenti... a me un simpatico pesciolone. La Barbie Scorbutica accompagna un buon dessert di gelato bianco con topping a scelta. Tra un passo goliardico, due risate e tanta convivialità, arriva la Ramatrice che a colpi di pistone serve in carinissime provette (stile urine) del RAMONCELLO. Che dire... emozionale, emozionante, alternativo ottimo per passare del tempo in sana allegria!

26/01/2025: La nourriture n’étais pas spécialement bonne, les croissants étaient sec mais le café était bon. Cependant le monsieur ne parlais pas du tout anglais et en a profiter pour nous rajouter 4€ à la note comme si de rien n’étais. Je ne recommande pas ….

01/10/2024: I think the worst pastries I’ve had in Italy: cream was not fresh or it was a problem with ingredients. Dirty tables, average coffee. Person at the counter had flue and didn’t wear any mask. The question is why this person was at work, but I’ll leave it to management. Don’t go, any bistro would be better.

13/06/2025: We stopped by here to have a quick dessert and drink. We were seated by a friendly staff and ordered OJ, a Hugo spritzer, and an affogato. Everything was delicious! It was so nice to just sit and people watch at this prime location. Would reccomend!

10/06/2025: Ice cream terribly sweet, taste barely noticeable. Beautiful place in the shade and that's the only plus of this ice cream shop.

05/05/2025: Not recommended for tourists! First of all, the food was really okay except for the half-frozen tiramisu. Not breathtaking but really okay for a small bar in a small town. But: We were the only tourists in the bar and were treated accordingly. There are no prices on the menu and that should have been a warning sign to us. Charging €78 for three very average pizzas and a very small portion of tortellini, two half-frozen tiramisu, 4 espressos and 4 soft drinks is definitely not reasonable. Compared to other similar shops in Tuscany, the price here was around €5 per person. Not the world but simply outrageous. Anyone who looks and speaks Italian can take a little break here, everyone else should avoid this bar!

05/05/2025: UNFORTUNATELY extra prices for tourists :( Pizza + tortellini + tiramisu + espresso recommended. But there are no prices on the cards. For 4 of us, an additional €20 was estimated to be charged.

13/06/2025: We returned twice on the same day, for lunch we had a single dish with caponata and salmon and a focaccia ... recommended the place also for an afternoon drink.....

09/06/2025: A breakfast at 10 on a quiet Monday morning, there were 5 pastries in the window, no more! Two cappuccinos just foam, no milk. No service at the outside tables, although there was almost no one there. For breakfast it is better to choose other destinations.

21/06/2025: 3 employees stand at the door and watch...but no one comes to you. after ten minutes we left...

13/06/2025: The managers have absolutely no experience in hospitality Poor aperitif and unfortunately a low quality prosecco that has been open for days and is almost undrinkable. Do not go there I give one star because less is impossible

07/06/2025: A magical restaurant with traditional Mediterranean Italian cuisine, spectacular gardens, and exceedingly professional service, starting with the owner, who visits each table to ensure his guests are having a great time. This is the restaurant IL Turista, located in the heart of Pisa's beautiful center and a testament to the city's exquisite traditions. I highly recommend "IL Turista que conquista"!

22/06/2025: Hi, I don't think it's right to close a swimming pool available to a village to inaugurate a restaurant, especially without putting any notices where everyone can read.

20/06/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't want to dwell on the reviews I'd seen previously, but I felt the same way as the dissatisfied travelers... Unsanitary mobile home with cockroaches, a rusty fridge, minimal cleaning... a day without water... ABSOLUTELY AVOID. It's a shame because the campsite is well located for visiting Tuscany (we were able to do everything by train because the station is nearby and the parking is free). The welcome was excellent, the staff friendly, but they couldn't find a way to relocate us to another rental. Nice pool area.
