15/03/2026: Excellent dinner. We had the meat cooked in various ways, really good. The grilled vegetables were excellent! I recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back! 💯👍🏻

26/02/2026: We went on a Friday. The food was good, but the servings and dishes were very poor. We were not satisfied with the waiter/wine service. Nice atmosphere with a show.

19/08/2026: A 20-minute wait for a frozen pizza full of oil. For a restaurant with a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, this is unacceptable. Don't go.

07/08/2026: The ice cream was delicious and the service was very good; the big plus is the air conditioning which works very well on a hot day

16/03/2026: We've relied on Lumiere several times for our school parties at the Scuola Normale and have always been extremely satisfied. The staff guarantees availability and organization down to the last detail: room management, music, security, bar service, and cloakroom. Highly recommended for organizing private parties here in Pisa.

13/03/2026: Yin Yin Concert. It was supposed to start at 10 PM. Tickets were bought on Dice. 23 euros. At 9:10 PM, an email arrived from Dice announcing the concert's early start at 9:15 PM. The band played for 1.5 hours. All this to do two nights in one. The venue crisis is fine. But this is just ripping people off.

21/08/2026: Absolutely terrible!!! The wine is served in plastic cups and the food comes in paper cups. You can only eat from individually wrapped plastic cutlery!! A total disappointment, because we were here two years ago and had a wonderful experience. The prices were already so low back then, so what's going on????? On top of that, you have to pick up the food yourself and then dispose of it again! Worse than McDonald's!

20/08/2026: We ate seafood spaghetti carbonara and tagliatelle allo scoglio with fish that was not fresh and tasteless. It is an insult to Italian cuisine and a bad impression on foreigners.

27/11/2025: We were there for lunch; I don't know if people have taste buds or if they swallow everything like animals. Let's start with the place: zero positives, tons of negatives (cleanliness, mess, stench, disrepair), and there are more. Wait: an hour and a half from arrival to the first course (a first course, a second course, and coffee), 3 hours in total. The food: a soup kitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant in comparison. Spaghetti allo scoglio made with frozen pasta (if I make it at home, I make it better) because it's not the fault of the pasta, but of whoever makes it; pre-cooked pasta that was cooked terribly. The fritto misto: evidently reheated in hot oil, it looked like a leather insole, and the French fries were empty inside, something I've never seen before. If you want to try it, go, but bring plenty of toilet paper rolls. I'm not planning on going back.

04/08/2026: Terrible food. The tagliolini were soupy, there was a puddle of butter, the truffle was very thin, just a few flakes. The steak wasn't special. There wasn't much truffle on the steak, much more truffle oil. The price was extremely high. We spent €180 for three tagliolini and a steak. An experience NOT to be repeated.

02/05/2026: A truly delicious lunch in this welcoming restaurant with a delightfully homey feel. I especially recommend the pici with ragù—I've never had anything so good. The fried chicken was also delicious, with generous portions, and the young waiter was kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

26/08/2026: The tomatoes in the bruschetta were fermented, the mushroom sauce in the spaghetti was strangely sticky, the vongole were okay... But all in all, a bad restaurant with very unprofessional service!

23/08/2026: Never waited so long for two pizzas! The waiters looked very disoriented and not very welcoming… I would suggest them to be nicer to the costumers and maybe to the managers to train their staff!

03/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria in Perignano, with adequate parking and a spacious, welcoming space. The pizzas are different from most pizzerias; they have a thin crust, which is why they stay crispy; it's a type of pizza that showcases the excellent toppings. The pizza called "Pizza la nostra" is characterized by the quality of the sauce, which to call delicious and balanced is an understatement: it's truly good! The "Pizza de' Bacci" with Parma ham offers the highest quality prosciutto. What can I say? An alternative to the classic Neapolitan leavened pizza? While I prefer a soft pizza, I can't deny that the pizza at the ancient pizzeria de' Bacci offers excellent quality ingredients. The dessert selection is the standard one found almost everywhere, and in any case, excellent. Pizza, draft beer, water, Dolce Versilia, and Mirto for around €27, about the average for almost all pizzerias these days, certainly offers above-average quality. The service was adequate for the number of people in the restaurant; not super fast, but not slow either. Excellent pizzeria!

25/09/2025: The atmosphere isn't bad, but I was disappointed by the undercooked pizza dough. The prices are too high for the quality served. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

09/04/2026: The bar is decent with reasonable prices but the adjacent toilet is a sore point, which is dilapidated and smelly.

04/04/2026: I often stop here for a quick lunch. They offer a variety of options, including a choice of first course, second course with a side dish, or a "single dish," which is a two-person meal where you can choose a first course, a second course with a side dish of your choice. This option costs €10.40, including bread and 500ml of water. Otherwise, they offer various pizzas and chickpea farinata, desserts, and more. To top it all off, there's also a bar serving delicious coffee and pastries. All this is complemented by the magnificent service; the girls at the counter are always very kind and cheerful. It's a regular spot for me.

29/03/2026: We went for dinner a few days ago. Our order arrived 40-50 minutes late, even though there were few people in the restaurant. Our dog arrived cold. We pointed this out to the waitress, and although she was very kind, she still brought it back cold. A terrible evening.

29/03/2026: Horrible experience, rude and incompetent staff. We walked in and said hello, but the waiter didn't even say hello back. When we sat down, we found ourselves at wobbly tables. We ordered, and the waiter looked like he was serving someone for the first time; he mixed up our table with another; we asked for small Cokes, while the next table asked for large ones, and they brought us the large ones. The cutlery wasn't washed properly. I found a hair in the fries. The sandwich was supposed to have bacon, but there was only grease. Plus, we had made a reservation, and when we arrived, the table wasn't ready. The waiter didn't even know where to put us, and after we'd ordered, the menu was taken away from us, leaving us no choice but to order something else. For the quality, the price is way too high.

13/07/2026: The worst pizza I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, when there's a high demand, you work regardless, but in other places this pizza wouldn't be available. The dough is full of oil. It's not very leavened and it's high. The takeaway pizzas arrived cold. The prosciutto was baked in the oven and not added raw. If I'd wanted it cooked, I would have ordered it cooked. It's black and very salty. Congratulations. Next time, we'll get them frozen from the refrigerated section. The latter are of better quality. Greetings from someone who tried them for the first and last time. UPDATE AFTER THE MANAGER'S RESPONSE: After the very kind "pizza&pasta" team's crude attempt to justify themselves based on the product's prominence and clear description, I'm updating my review. The "magnificent" Pisana pizza took two to three working days to digest. Water consumption during the night was approximately 2 L/m. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, you would have made a better impression simply by apologizing for the poor product offered to your customers. Just scroll through the list of reviews to find several comments regarding the questionable quality of the prosciutto and salt. No one said the "pizza" was thick because it didn't rise well. The pizza is a salty and greasy mess, undercooked and not risen. I might add, inedible, to say the least. This is certainly not the first time I've ordered a takeout pizza with prosciutto. I've never seen anything like it. Take a look at the photo; you can see the color of the prosciutto; that alone should give you an idea. I'll leave the readers of this review to imagine the flavor. If your philosophy is to ship the raw ingredients separately to obtain an edible product, then feel free to send the yeast in a jar, a tomato press, and the flour separately so you can easily prepare it at home. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, not that I expected any kind of polite response from you after the quality of the product I received. Sincerely

25/06/2026: I ordered a pizza (plain Napoli, with capers and anchovies) through Deliveroo, and it couldn't have been better. Aside from the delivery driver's kindness, the pizza was truly delicious: just the right size, the crust just thick enough, soft and fluffy even when it cooled (it arrived lukewarm), perfectly cooked, and generous toppings. Of course, it all depends on the staff, but the quality/price ratio seems objectively excellent. I'd give it even more than 5 stars.

30/06/2026: The owner was arrogant and rude. He complained about eating at the counter even though I hadn't made a mess. There are ways to say things. He had zero customer service. I recommend changing jobs. You won't see me again. I strongly advise against it.

03/04/2026: It's located just after the highway exit towards Palaia Peccioli. The sweet and savory pastries, cappuccinos, and coffees are both delicious. Pleasant and relaxing!

17/08/2026: A truly refined location, with a splendid outdoor area in the back that creates the perfect atmosphere for a dinner for two or a group. The pizza chefs and cuisine are top marks: the pizza is delicious and the service is attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back.

10/08/2026: Excellent pizzeria... thin and crispy pizza, with a light dough... fresh, quality ingredients... fast and very friendly service... the place is modern and well-kept, with the option of eating outside on the veranda... a truly pleasant experience, definitely worth repeating.

13/12/2025: I spent a weekend in this property to visit Pisa and its surroundings, located close to Pisa but at the same time surrounded by greenery, excellent quality/price ratio, clean room, good food, kind and helpful staff. RECOMMENDATION 👍
