23/02/2025: Three of us went last night, the place isn't bad, in my opinion the approach and communication with customers could be improved. If you opt for burgers you will be pleasantly surprised, good quality, nice appearance and fair price. However, if you ask to eat some vegetables au gratin you will be very disappointed. I received a plate with 5 very thin slices (and by very thin I mean within 2 millimetres) of courgette (small in size), 4 very thin slices of aubergine (also small in size) and a few strips of pepper. All spread out well to cover the plate. Maybe less than 80 grams in total. Disproportionate price, estimated at around 15 euros (subtracting the cost of the other dishes from the total). Perhaps they do this to discourage requests of this type. They certainly discouraged our return.

28/03/2025: Booked for a dinner + live evening; dinner shared with strangers at three long tables, (tasteless) food brought at lightning speed, drinks shared with everyone (if finished they had to be paid for as extra)... definitely better to opt for just the live show
14/03/2025: The venue is very nice, typical of live pubs. The beer is good, and the cocktails are good. The only problem is the location... a bit far from the center of Vicopisano and a bit far from the farmhouse, to be able to have a steady clientele...

07/09/2025: Burger Guacamole. Well, raw meat kinda ruined whole meal. And ofc nobody aksed me how it should be fried. Fries were to salty. Waiter offered us a sauce for the fries but 20 mins later we just ate them without it :)

11/09/2025: I recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to get frustrated. One staff member in particular is very discouraging – she overheard our request to make our coffees and instead started preparing orders for customers behind us. She then disappeared into the back, and if I hadn't insisted on my order, I probably never would have received it.

I recommend improving the checkout staff, as they should be helpful. Some of them are very arrogant, and in my opinion, they shouldn't be there... they ruin your day. (I recommend it.)
14/10/2025: I am English speaking however do speak italian. I am still awaiting a sizeable refund after over 1 month. Customer service staff are awful and few staff actually want to help you. I keep getting told they are dealing with it. Chat button on website doesn't work and each time it is a 2 hour trip for me. In dtore isnt much better. When you are for help Instead of them taking you to item and upsetting or suggesting alternatives. You are told where to find item and then have to trawl through the store to find it. Customer service training desperately needed at Pisa. Will look at other companies in future shame because I have always shopped there.If you don't speak fluent italian don't go there.

16/01/2025: The pappardelle with duck ragù turned out to be nothing resembling a ragù; the meat was shredded, and there were bones in the sauce. I refrained from ordering anything else. Yes, I was wrong; they weren't pappardelle, but lean ravioli, also with duck ragù.

16/09/2025: I have no idea where those negative reviews come from. Our experience was actually positive.
Ordering is quick and easy via QR code, as is paying. You can also simply ask the waiters. We didn't have to wait very long (drinks only), and we were even offered a free appetizer platter.
You can simply pay at the bar. The guys and girls in the restaurant were busy but friendly. We went two days in a row; if it really wasn't good, we wouldn't have gone there, would we?
12/09/2025: My cappuccino cup was dirty, and so was the spoon. Unfortunately, after 2 p.m., there was no food available except cookies. No Birra Moretti available. Not so good :-(

05/07/2025: It was a rip off, paid 40 EUR for 1 umbrella and 1 sunbed. Just down the road it is 18 EUR . There is no extra on it to justify the high price, the place doesn't look better as the other ones. No table to put your things on.
The bay is small, overfilled and the water is dirty.

20/09/2025: Sorry, but you can't bring two completely melted slushes, then replace them with other melted slushes and charge €12 for them. What's more, the cashier seemed annoyed when the problem arose, justifying himself by saying, "We made a lot of them today and the machine had been running all day," without even apologizing.

We probably arrived on the wrong day at the wrong time, but this place has a terrible memory... we had booked for one night...
The road to get there is unpaved and not suitable for low-slung cars.
The welcome in the afternoon was embarrassing, with a heated argument between the owners or employees, no presentation of the place or its amenities, and no information about possible breakfast/lunch/dinner.
The animal and dog enclosures were unpresentable and in disgraceful condition.
No one showed up at the pool the entire afternoon, and the flooring needed fixing, with several loose or missing tiles, and a leaky shower. The depth of the pool increases significantly from the middle onward, exceeding 3 meters, making it unsuitable for children, and there was no lifeguard. The garden and all the outdoor furniture gave off a sense of profound neglect...
The apartment, on the other hand, is clean and spacious.
Regarding the restaurant service, I can't comment on it, as I haven't used it.
I will never go back, not recommended
22/08/2025: Unfortunately, our experience was truly disappointing. When we arrived to check in, the place felt abandoned, and the only sounds we could hear were those of two locals arguing heatedly.
The pool needs urgent maintenance: some tiles are unstable and give off a sense of neglect and danger. While walking around the grounds, we still found the remains of fireworks, probably from New Year's Eve, with debris and dirt left on the lawn near the pool.
The saddest and most unacceptable thing was seeing two dogs locked in a small, filthy enclosure, full of uncollected feces. They never seem to be let out, and this is truly shameful and inhumane.
A place that could have so much potential, but is currently terribly managed. Absolutely avoid.
