28/07/2026: The restaurant was perfect, the welcome was wonderful, and the setting is magnificent. The food was excellent, and the wine cellar was exceptional.

26/07/2026: If I had read the reviews beforehand, we certainly wouldn't have stopped at this place. Sunday, August 26th, 1:30 PM. Near the center of Pisa, all the restaurants are fully booked. We stop at this restaurant, and inside, it's practically empty. I see the river, a nice breeze mitigating the heat, and I ask if they have four seats. Of course they do. The dining room and the stilt house overlooking the river are practically empty. And now I'll tell you why. We sit down, happy to have found this cool place, but looking around, I see cobwebs, dead insects in the corners, total neglect. But the best is yet to come. Appetizers: calamarata bla bla bla, steamed, the semolina in the hospital is better. No flavor, it could have been anything, but it tasted like nothing. First courses: tagliolini, almost edible, but a two-year-old eats more, not because it was delicious, simply because he needs to satisfy his hunger! Ravioli with orange....I don't know how to describe them, because the only thing that had any flavor were two half slices of orange, and even then, a very small portion. No flavor: the filling could have been meat, fish, cardboard, fruit, vegetables...impossible to recognize, but whatever it was...it was tasteless. Let's move on to the bill: three appetizers, four first courses, four bottles of water and a coffee......151 euros. There, this was the only tasty dish. This is the Seven Dwarfs restaurant...Cinderella wasn't there, she preferred to eat the witch's apple and die rather than give this restaurant her name.

09/08/2026: ⭐ 1 star, and that's even too much. A truly shameful experience. The problem isn't just the parking fee, but above all the completely non-transparent way it's handled. The fees aren't clearly explained, and when I simply asked to understand why I was being charged that particular amount, instead of receiving a normal and professional explanation, I had to argue with the staff. So this is how it works: first you pay, then you try to understand why you paid that amount. If there is a specific fee, it should be clearly displayed and applied equally to everyone. You can't expect customers to accept a fee without explanation and then treat them rudely when they ask for clarification. The staff's behavior was, to say the least, arrogant and unacceptable. A situation that could have been resolved in two minutes with a little politeness and transparency turned into an absurd argument. If you go to Bangno Rosa, pay close attention to the parking and clearly ask the price before leaving your car. Don't assume that what you're being asked for will be explained clearly. A real shame, because a seaside place should start with a beautiful day, not with an argument over an unclear price.

23/07/2026: Thanks to the managers and all the staff at Bagno Rosa. With great humanity and helpfulness, they assisted my mother in a difficult time. Empathy isn't a trait of everyone, but it's common here. It's not a 5-star establishment, but it offers excellent services.

03/11/2025: I'm reporting the constant name changes of the bar here on Google, and sometimes even the deletion of the business (always on Google without actually closing it) to "refresh" negative reviews. I've already left a very honest and detailed review of the business on Google Maps called "Lo Chalet," which I don't think was appreciated. Bar Salvini was under the previous management that closed. The place has a different name, as you can see from the photos, both in person and on Google Maps and Street View. If you put half the effort you put into deleting reviews you don't like on Google into actually improving the service... you'd fix it right away! Rushy staff, poor quality food (breakfast and aperitif), with many people feeling ill after several degrees. I've worked in catering and sales, and I don't think staff can be rude on their way to work, so I think there must be a reason. Please commit to making this place beautiful again! It's aesthetically beautiful! I promise to improve this review if you can improve, but you really need to work hard! This place is already beautiful; it's everything else that's broken, and you can improve! Come on!

21/06/2026: Two stars only for the delivery guy, who was nice and polite. Those who took orders over the phone, however, were rude and rushed. The pizza was inedible, undercooked, and heavy. Not even the Nutella schiacciata was a success; it was dry and tasteless—zero stars. Avoid.

26/04/2026: Totally negative experience. We waited 30 minutes after our reservation, the pizza was cold. We called to clarify, and they told us our pizza had been mistakenly given to someone else who returned it, and without warning, they gave it to us.

13/08/2026: Convenient for a lunch break, very good food, I really like it. I've read several reviews about the service, saying the staff is rude, but we have to remember that they're working too and that they too have the right to have a bad day. Very good overall, and I've never had any problems with the service, and the atmosphere is nice.

21/07/2026: The menu in the photos no longer exists. Just three dishes on the blackboard and that's it... quality-wise, it's good! Expand your selection!

23/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant! The welcome is truly warm, the waitresses are always smiling and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable for the quality offered, which is a real plus. Special mention goes to the owner, who is incredibly kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. An address I recommend without hesitation!

22/07/2026: Basic service 😊, the host isn't very talkative but he's courteous and makes excellent sandwiches at very fair prices. Plus, it's in the shade, has a beautiful view of the hills, and in July, with 34 degrees, it's heavenly. Approved 😍

12/07/2026: Dinner with friends, very nice place, efficient and fast service despite the restaurant being full... shame about the food... poor quality spaghetti with clams, tasteless, it seemed like eating a simple pasta with oil and overcooked, fried food with poor quality potatoes and terrible and overpriced wine (from €10-13 in the supermarket it is sold for €28!!!).

06/07/2026: We're here on holiday. My daughter's birthday is today, and she wanted to eat at this restaurant with a sea view. For some reason, we weren't served, which I found very disappointing. We were completely ignored. Thanks for nothing.

04/08/2026: The price list for the beach resort is very clear, but if you get a third row with two deckchairs and an umbrella, you add 30 percent. I mentioned this. And you even get angry, saying you'll give me back three euros from your own pocket. That means you're doing something shady! I didn't get three. I told the lady, I'll buy him two chamomile teas, and congratulations on his arrogance.

25/07/2026: The restaurant is definitely beautiful, near the sea, and the pizza is delicious. I'm giving it 2 stars because the service needs improvement, as it's slow. I recommend turning down the music, at least during dinner. Besides being unable to talk to each other, we couldn't even order. It's really very loud!
