18/10/2025: I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I had to. I stayed at this hotel for work. The room was dirty and dusty (so much so that it disturbed my sleep). I reported this to the housekeeping staff, who responded by superficially cleaning the bathroom and leaving the dirty pillowcase on my clothes. It's clearly worse in person than it appears in the photos. The breakfast staff was rude; this morning I got yelled at for sitting at an already occupied table. My mistake, but there are ways and ways; it's not pleasant to be treated like that right after waking up. I felt like an unwanted intruder throughout my stay. 12/10/2025: We had two set fish menus for €30 each: appetizer (?) - spaghetti allo scoglio (?) - fried fish (?) - unlimited water - 1 liter of white wine - 2 coffees ☕️ ☕️. I'm sorry to say that in the past the food was much, much tastier. It's been a couple of years since we stopped at "Gallo Cedrone". Today we went back and, truth be told, we were very disappointed with the entire menu, not by the quantity, but by the lack of fishy flavor that should have characterized the dishes. The frying oil, in our opinion, was unsuitable for fish, especially when accompanied by a dozen French fries (sticks) for two people. The question mark (?) above means, or rather asks: "But how come this fish doesn't taste like fish at all?" Strange, but true. I'm also sorry to add that the toilet flush didn't work or was very faulty... Positive aspects: the courtesy was there, and there was no wait between courses...even too fast for a Sunday lunch. €30 x 2 = €60 Will we go back? Unfortunately, not.

25/06/2025: My wife and I ordered a Wurst and Salame Picante pizza. Unfortunately, it has little to do with pizza. The base is prepared in advance or imported and frozen as a ready-made product. A wurst pizza (theoretically with sausage) is a pizza with a sliced ​​sausage x20 pieces. The draft beer is watered down - 30% beer, 70% water. I wanted to give it 3/5, I give it 2/5 because I paid 25 euros for the whole thing, i.e. PLN 110

14/10/2025: Simply phenomenal, unbeatable prices, and delicious, rich, and filling kebab! A great place for a quick bite without sacrificing flavor.

07/10/2025: Having just arrived in Pisa, we spotted this place, and it was the best decision we could have made for dinner! The best tomato sauce on pizza I've had in a long time, and the spicy olive oil was delicious! They were very nice to serve us!

23/08/2025: The atmosphere is very nice, but the service was terrible. It was clear that the two waitresses who served us were making fun of us: they talked among themselves and constantly pointed at us, glaring at us. This behavior was probably due to the fact that an elderly person in our group was speaking loudly because she is deaf. It's important to have empathy and sensitivity towards others, especially if it's an elderly person with health problems. The most appropriate attitude the waitresses could have adopted would have been to approach us politely, rather than mocking him, especially since we have always behaved well. Furthermore, the food was overpriced (four of us spent over €150, ordering two Tuscan appetizers, two seafood dishes, four main courses, and three desserts) and was definitely not worth the price, given that most of the dishes were of poor quality, except for the desserts, which were good. We will definitely never give money to people who make fun of us again.

27/07/2025: A classic trattoria where you can eat very well and spend a fair amount. The place isn't very big, but it has a lovely outdoor area. We tried the pizzas (thin and crispy) and they were good, but the best part is the meat... the Fiorentina steak was good, well cooked, and very reasonably priced. The mixed antipasto was also plentiful and good quality. The staff was very friendly and quick.

04/11/2025: The service was absolutely terrible! They wouldn't serve group customers who came in, making them all stand at the door as punishment. The food was unpalatable, had a strange taste, and wasn't fresh. It was like leftovers being repeatedly served to customers, making it hard to eat!

17/10/2025: As for the Chinese food, I ate quite well, with interesting flavors. But the sushi was truly inedible. At a table of six, all six of us spat out our food after trying it. The raw fish tasted very strange, and the rice seemed stale and tasted like vinegar.

26/09/2025: Lunch for 15 people went very well. Unfortunately, the outside doesn't make you want to go in, but once you're seated, the food is 5-star, from the appetizers to the first courses, and especially the mixed grill, which was expertly prepared! All this was accompanied by friendly staff... it deserves a location of their caliber! We'll definitely be back.

22/06/2025: We had already been there and the Tuscan pizza 🍕 was confirmed to be of a good standard as were the penne alla maurone, on this occasion there was also the issue of Diolaiuti who, having left the Neapolitan, was ready to break the banks for the rapprochement with the vegans. There was much talk of the cancellation of the bunk beds planned for the new mansion. We saw the crazy girl again.

06/06/2025: After shopping, for a quick snack. Simple pasta dishes and a few pizzas to choose from. Everything warmed up nicely and was relatively inexpensive. Nothing special in terms of taste, though.

09/05/2025: We had dinner here last night. We were greeted very warmly and the staff was helpful. Good value for money. It's not the place to eat if you're looking for a typical Pisan dish or delicate flavors, but the food is still good, and the pinsa is also good.
