21/05/2026: The atmosphere is very refined, warm, and welcoming, with little noise and a wide selection of wines, including a private wine cellar, far beyond what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant.
19/05/2026: The service was extremely slow. We asked several times what's the problem, what takes so long and we were told every time that the food is coming in a minute. 40 minutes later arrived wrong dishes. The waiter started to argue that he's right (he didn't take the order) and we are wrong. The the waiter, who took our order, appeared and immediately told we were right and a new dish will be made. What he did not mention was, that it will be made after all the other orders; not right away. Of course. The level of service maintained low at all times.
Judging by the looks people were giving to the staff, they did not succeed with them either.

03/06/2026: The food at this restaurant is terrible.
Being intolerant to garlic, I asked what entree I could have. The waitress, after visiting the kitchen, told me I could eat the tomato gnocchi. I trusted her, and a day later, I still have to digest them. Making fun of customers is shameful, so draw your own conclusions.

19/06/2026: Terrible customer service. The sandwiches were priced incorrectly. I asked the clerk, who quoted me one price, and then asked for a different one. The cappuccino took forever to arrive; it felt like the person completely forgot what they were supposed to do. Talk to your staff. The man is elderly. June 18, 2026...at 11:45 PM.
10/06/2026: I stopped for a sandwich and a bottle of water. The lady told me it was a half-liter. I went to the drinks section, which is a 4-meter display where there's Aqua, Coke, beer, etc. After giving me the sandwich, she rudely told me that the water wasn't a 0.5 liter but a 0.75 liter. I told her that there wasn't a smaller one. Her response was, "He can't read. Can't you see it's bigger?" The 0.5 liter water is basically on the other side of the store in a fridge. They won't have to change the layout for me, but I don't have to go around the whole store to do a treasure hunt for them either. PS: Anyway, I won't stop there again.

09/03/2026: One of the best pubs in the area for a pleasant evening: the beer and food never disappoint. To celebrate the first anniversary of the new management, we were kindly offered dessert: served by Sara, who is knowledgeable, cheerful, kind, and very friendly.
04/03/2026: Pub near the center of Bientina, easily accessible. A youthful and pleasant atmosphere, excellent food, drinks, and service.

25/10/2025: A four-star seaside hotel, an 8-10 minute walk from the beach. It's located in a safe coastal resort town. It has an elevator and bus parking. Each person has a unique Wi-Fi password, so registration is a bit complicated. Hot water is available in the room. A tax of 3% applies. Breakfast is only served at 7:00 AM. It's an hour from the Cinque Terre. Overall, it's a good hotel.
21/10/2025: I highly recommend this hotel. It's the second time we've stayed here with my partner, and we felt right at home.
The staff is super friendly, and
the rooms are clean and smell great.
Excellent sea view.
Excellent food and buffet.

12/08/2026: We stopped here while passing through. A place from another era. The service was as sincere as a punch in the face. We grabbed a few sandwiches there, featuring good local cheeses. It's nice to find places like this still family-run. The atmosphere is reminiscent of times gone by. Even a little cleaning and a few small touches would be really nice. Still, a recommended place if you're just passing by to breathe in the air of the old days.

09/07/2026: Just wow! The quality-price ratio is so much better than French pizzas… we paid €18 for three pizzas and they were delicious.
The service was also very friendly; even though we didn't speak the same language, the person made an effort to communicate with us as best they could.
I highly recommend it…
23/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and were delighted to return. The pizzas, schiacciata, and cecina were delicious. The staff was efficient and friendly.

29/04/2026: I've been to many Chinese restaurants in various Italian cities and in China (Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai): this is the only place where I can eat REAL Chinese food.
Clean environment and family atmosphere, fast service and very friendly staff.
You can order takeout, à la carte, and AYCE.
The Japanese menu is also excellent.
Highly recommended.

The girl comes over and hands me the drinks just like in the photo, and then I ask for the bag. She replies, "Didn't I ask the girl?" And she closes my window and drives off.

29/06/2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE. The food was late. The wrong food arrived twice, and the second courses arrived before the first courses... and they even forgot all the side dishes. Truly TERRIBLE.
22/06/2026: I've been to the restaurant and I have to thank all the staff, especially Violetta 🔝💯 who is always kind and available to please customers. Even though we're in the countryside, she always tries to provide attentive and friendly service. I recommend it, without forgetting that you go to the mountains to relax, so leave the rush at home...

05/08/2026: A truly hidden gem of Pisa... we had such an incredibly delicious meal here! And the people were so hospitable. Funny, a Chinese restaurant in Pisa and being so pleasantly surprised. 10/10! Very tasty food for very little money. Unique in this day and age.
