23/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice bar, welcoming and always clean. Excellent breakfasts, really good cappuccinos and croissants. The staff is friendly, smiling and makes you feel at ease right away.

09/10/2025: I've always found the staff at the counter to be friendly and smiling, and vegan, lactose-free, and even gluten-free options are available. Among the best I've ever found! There's also a small internal garden where you can sit for breakfast (or something else).

28/10/2025: Noisy place. Not always frequented by polite people. Not recommended.

14/02/2026: Came here during end of august 2022 and got some seafood, just to find it was gone off. I put a review on here previously but with the google moderation update it got taken down. The reply was incredibly rude and unprofessional and this restaurant should not be visited.

08/11/2025: Avoid this restaurant!!! No one will ever come back here a second time. This is a disgusting place with disgusting food, and the owner is a rude bully who, instead of addressing complaints about the food quality, insults his customers. He serves over 500 customers a day, and it seems not a single one has ever returned. Clearly, he’s never tasted what’s served in his own restaurant—otherwise, he’d listen to the overwhelming feedback and improve the food. But he’d rather insult customers and keep serving swill. The pizza we were served was completely tasteless and horribly oversalted.

24/08/2025: The staff were welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate. We found pizzas, focaccias, and cookies of all kinds. The prices were reasonable. Just outside the city center, but worth the detour.

18/02/2026: Business lunch. Fantastic, €15 with dessert and coffee. €10 for a starter, main course, and side dish, €1 for water. Generous portions and excellent quality. I'll be back for dinner (grilled meats and wood-fired pizzas). It's increasingly rare to find places like this! Excellent.

22/02/2026: After a day of walking through one of the medieval villages, in my opinion the most beautiful, Volterra, we stopped for dinner, and among the many places that Volterra offers, we chose, UN SACCO GOLOSO, with a traditional menu, the well-kept place, with tables also outside, but we preferred to eat inside, also given the temperature outside. We had gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle, pici cacio e pepe, and pappardelle with wild boar sauce, accompanied by fried potatoes and water. We ate the potatoes, while we waited for the first courses to be brought to us, the wait was not long, just the time to cook the pasta and bring it to the tables. Everything was very good, the scent of truffle in addition to the flavor was delicious, not to mention the pici cacio pepe, tasty and well peeled, and to finish the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, all the plates were cleaned and mopped up with bread. Everything was very delicious.

16/12/2025: Excellent truffle pasta dishes, friendly waitress who spoke French to us, as did the owner, quiet location and breathtaking view just a few meters away. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! Grazie mille!

21/02/2026: I don't recommend it at all!!!! Basic food at an exorbitant price!!!!! Never again, and don't even get me started on the cleanliness. Spiders....

09/03/2026: Lucca Comics season, staying in Pisa for convenience. The waiter was friendly and professional. After the appetizer, my pasta dish arrived. After a couple of bites, I found a hair. I went in to tell the owner, but she didn't look at the plate, justifying herself by saying that everyone in the kitchen wore hairnets, and didn't apologize for what had happened. We paid and ran away. Never again.

27/02/2026: I was with a friend, we shared an 800g steak and a Margherita for two, two medium beers and a bottle of red Borghesi for 30 euros

18/01/2026: This is one of the best restaurants!!! We had dinner there two days! The food was delicious, the house wine was incredible, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the waiters Stefan and Alessandro were very attentive and sweet ❤️🇮🇹

04/03/2026: Buying loose tea is not recommended. The price per 100 grams is 9-10 euros. They didn't weigh it, they just calculated it randomly. Three teaspoons of loose tea cost 28 euros, 40 grams of everything (I weighed it at home; the bags alone weigh about 10 grams). I was basically scammed. It's truly shameful to treat customers like this. I'm speechless. UPDATE. There's no point in you trying to beat around the bush. I didn't look for free goods; in fact, I PAID HARDLY for goods that weren't given to me correctly. The truth is, you can immediately see the tourist who may never return. So, anyone passing through, be careful! There aren't any keyboard warriors here, just people who are dissatisfied with the service and are alerting other users. If the service was correct, they would have apologized for the problem and tried to resolve it instead of accusing and bullying.

07/01/2026: Two first courses with white truffle, each priced at €40. For this price, it would be appropriate to have the truffle served at the table in front of you, but no. Also, the dish was flavored with a truffle cream. For these prices, I'd expect more. Plus, a smile on your face can cover up the various flaws; smile more, it costs nothing.

07/12/2025: Spotlessly clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and a superb breakfast. Highly recommended, especially for its convenient access to Salerno.

27/08/2025: We've been coming here for over 20 years and can only say good things about it, as the family who owns it has always been very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return in the coming years, as it feels like home to us.

14/12/2025: Staff absent to get LPG you have to call them and very often they are unable to resolve problems related to refueling.

12/04/2026: Very good pizza... thin and crispy dough... the pizzas are well-filled, with fresh, quality ingredients... excellent service too... friendly, fast, and attentive staff... a place to return to.

22/11/2025: I dined here for a birthday and it was a truly enjoyable evening thanks to the well-lit, clean atmosphere and the excellent food we ate. The appetizers are plentiful and made with ingredients from Vicopisano and surrounding areas. A solid 10 out of 10 👌 We opted for the pizza tour since there were a lot of us, and we were all delighted with the variety and excellent flavor 👌 If you're passing through Vicopisano, I recommend stopping by for a bite ☺️

30/03/2026: The waitress and the cook were very friendly. We had a pizza that was good but nothing special, not memorable. The service was very fast. The prices were normal for the area, neither expensive nor cheap.

19/12/2025: Dinner with a work group, we ate a €30 menu consisting of an appetizer, a first course of tortelli with ragù, which was good, and pork loin with potatoes, which was good but a meager portion for the number of people we were. Dessert was extra, with little or nothing left, so some people had to skip it. The only flaw that ruined our evening, and that of the other guests, was that the restaurant owner couldn't handle the evening for a table of about 50 people, where they blared at such a high volume that we couldn't even talk to each other. It's a shame because then WE were treated like rude people and a party ruiner!
