Pleasant restaurant inside the Repubblica Marinara Hotel. We tried four dishes, all very good. The organizational aspect could be improved. Average prices, except for the overpriced wines.

Convenient hotel restaurant The hotel we stayed in also has its own restaurant. The dining room was packed with guests and therefore a bit noisy. As for the food, it was slightly above average overall. We shared a tagliere of cold cuts, which could have been a bit more generous. I had gnocchi with nuts and gorgonzola, but the dish wasn’t particularly memorable. The dessert was definitely the highlight of the dinner: a delicious caramel cheesecake with a subtle crunchy biscuit base and a rich cream cheese filling. The service was excellent as the two waiters managed the dining room with the smile.

We had such a lovely experience here this evening. The two members of staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely kind — they really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to talk us through the menu and carefully check everything for allergens for our son, which we really appreciated. It made a big difference and put us completely at ease. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour and clearly made with care. Sadly it’s the last day of our holiday so we won’t be back this time, but if we’re ever in Pisa again we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

I've eaten here before. The food is excellent, high quality, beautiful dishes, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a truly beautiful place; the restaurant is part of the hotel. Kudos to the staff!
