Restaurant inside a nice enough hotel but inappropriate music (it almost sounded like hard rock). Truly generous portions!!!! A first cacio e pepe with artichokes good but not blended but a great idea!!!

Nice restaurant inside a hotel but more importantly delicious dishes! Friendly and courteous staff!

The restaurant looks good, modern and tidy furnishings. The menu is quite rich and there are several alternative dishes between the various courses. We had dinner with meat dishes, all very good, the cut was cooked just right as requested. I particularly liked the salted caramel cheesecake served by the glass which was really very good. The service was courteous and the bill in line with expectations.

The restaurant is located inside the hotel, at the entrance it presents itself as an elegant and welcoming place with a minimal style, already at first sight the feeling of the place gives a good feeling, the service is very welcoming and attentive to the customer, both the waiters and the owner appear sociable, always with a smile while maintaining an elegant and sober tone, the menu presents a selection of well-selected dishes to satisfy all tastes. We took the meat and not only was the presentation excellent but also the flavor did not disappoint expectations, the dog was tender and tasty, like the rest of the dishes ordered, all excellent both in appearance and flavour, now let's move on to the dessert, I ordered a salted caramel cheesecake, I was expecting the usual slice of cake and instead they surprised us with a single portion served in a glass with a chocolate straw, a well-balanced butter biscuit base was neither too hard nor too soft, the cream it was very good, just the right amount of sweetness with a hint of acidity that makes the cream pleasant on the palate, the salted caramel gave that extra touch that made this dessert perfect, it was decorated with colored dried flowers, aesthetically very pretty, to my personal taste it could have been done without but it wasn't bad in the end anyway! Finally the bill, fair price for the quality and the service offered and not even that expensive, I expected 4 people to spend no less than €150 given the place and instead we spent €90 and they also gave us a discount, what can I say, satisfied with the dinner and would happily return to try the other dishes too 😁

Ristorante all'interno dell'hotel Repubblica Marinara. Il locale è carino, il servizio cortese ma con qualche imperfezione (cameriere inesperto). La qualità dei piatti buona. Da segnalare i paccheri cacio e pepe con carciofi. Rapporto qualità prezzo buona.
