13/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 A very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we didn't like the food: the dishes lacked flavor, and even worse, I found a short, black hair on my plate, which is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant. The service was also very disappointing, and the staff didn't make us feel welcome. The biggest surprise came when we got the bill: we were charged three covers of €2.50 each, for a total of €7.50. We were two adults and a 3-year-old girl, who barely used table service. Personally, I hadn't seen this charge clearly listed on the menu, and no one had informed us beforehand. I understand that a cover charge can be applied, but I believe it should be clearly and transparently stated before ordering, especially when it applies to such a young child. After an experience like that, we won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

15/06/2026: It's definitely one of the best pizzerias in Pisa, and I've been to a lot of them. They serve classic Neapolitan pizza and allow you to customize your pizzas to your liking, depending on the possibilities of the classic ingredients, of course. Vegans are no problem.

07/06/2026: I'll start by saying I'm sorry to give this a negative review because the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is very friendly. However, the pizzas were flavorless, with suspiciously low-quality ingredients, and it was a real pain to cut them with dull knives.

22/11/2025: The location is fantastic, as are the à la carte meals and breakfast. The only downside is that they don't offer any activities. They did offer us a wine tasting, but it was at a venue about 40 minutes away by car. Considering you're just there to relax, it's great and has fantastic views.

17/08/2026: I can't comment on the food, as we never even got to order. Apparently, they don't need to serve customers. The server moved our table outside, put down the menus, and then disappeared. She then had to chat with friends. We gave up. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and if there's one thing I can't stand, it's being ignored.

A simple, authentic bar-restaurant, perfect for those who love traditional Tuscan cuisine without frills. We ordered a tasting appetizer for two with crostini, cheeses, and local cured meats: rich, fresh, and well-prepared. The first courses, pici all'aglione and pappardelle with wild boar ragù, were the real highlight: authentic flavors, generous portions, and a quality that reflects Tuscan tradition. PerBacco is an excellent choice for a typical Tuscan dinner in Riparbella, ideal for those who want to discover local dishes and a simple, welcoming atmosphere. We'll gladly return.

27/08/2025: The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the chef is skilled at showcasing them without ruining them. BRAVE. I forgot about the informal but attentive service. A very positive experience, despite my hesitation, not knowing the Pisan Riviera.
