Extremely good pizza!!!! 😋🤤😋🤤 Very good 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. Very light and easily digestible dough! We ate in the indoor dining rooms... beautiful, well-kept, and clean! Excellent service, very good at managing and accommodating customers (we also had a special request for a pizza), which was fully respected!!! They also made the pizzas quickly. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

A small pizzeria in the center of San Miniato. The setting is very unique (a former prison), and both the pizzas are excellent, both the traditional and buckwheat ones. Very friendly staff and fast service. We'll definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, simple but very tasty. Ideal for a stopover.

A typical rustic place, with an authentic atmosphere, although unfortunately there was a slight musty smell... the cecina wasn't heated properly and this greatly affected the result... the pizza has a very thin dough... personally, perhaps I didn't fully understand it, probably because I'm used to classic flour... I found it rather coarse and biscuity... on the other hand, it was well-topped, with fresh, good-quality ingredients... the staff was kind, attentive, and helpful.

Super positive experience! Ancient grain dough, superb pizza! The tomato sauce was also good. You can reheat any leftover pizza the next day and it's as good as freshly made! The waitress was kind and very good! My only complaint is that I'd install a dehumidifier in the basement, because as soon as you go downstairs, you can feel a bit heavy and humid, but that's just a minor detail! Well done guys, keep it up! You've gained a new customer! Top! 🔝
