Pizzeria da Moise' In Pisa

Very nice Italian cuisine and atmosphere with a charming host.

Moise is a very local friendly restaurant. We came for lunch today and had the most delicious pizza in a long time. It’s soft but crispy with intense tomato base and nice chewy cheese. I only regret that we leave pizza tomorrow morning already so I will need to come back again!

Just round the corner from Pisa Centrale railway station a lovely small restaurant, serving superb pizza, delicious lasagne and great salads. And all great value! Grazie!

Very friendly and excellent value for money

I almost cried because the lasagna was so delicious. Maybe it's a nostalgic opinion, but it felt like eating my grandparents' cooking. The gentleman who served us was so kind and brought back so many memories. We went in for one portion and ended up eating enough for four of us, and we left with the best feeling after 10 days in Italy.

A small, historic trattoria with a pizzeria and a menu of Pisan cuisine. Simple and frugal, the dishes are simple but well-prepared, including wood-fired pizza and some of the best cecina I've ever tasted. I love the simplicity and the tavern-like atmosphere.

The best lasagna I've had in Pisa, warm welcome. A traditional Italian experience, also reasonably priced.
