The pastry shop is excellent, but as I've already been told, the service is very slow. We entered the pastry shop at 4:50 PM and left at 5:15 PM for a coffee and a pastry to go. There are two people behind the counter in the cafeteria, one at the register, and two in the pastry department. I understand the holidays and the chaos, but I've noticed they're taking it a bit easy, because with the line, you can't chat with your coworker or laugh if there are people at the register and in the pastry department. A lady behind me complained that it's always like this, and another lady in the pastry department was quite annoyed. All good, nothing to complain about, but if I have to stand in the cold for a coffee and a pastry...

Disappointing experience. The pastry was dry and lacks flavor, and the chocolate croissant was practically empty. The queue management system, with numbers similar to those found on supermarket meat counters, also made the experience unwelcoming and un-pastry-like. It's a shame, because you expect much more from a place like this.

Really excellent gluten-free, very nice atmosphere. Perhaps the cappuccinos are a little small...

Freshly made savory breakfast. Excellent pizza slice, DEVASTATING schiacciata. The best schiacciata I've ever had in a bar. Plus, a truly vast selection with alternatives to cured meats that aren't exactly predictable (my partner doesn't like them and can never find much, but today she got the avocado, lime, and salmon one...excellent).

High-quality pastries, both breakfast and classic, stand out for their excellent execution and presentation. The coffee shop is managed with the utmost professionalism, something rarely found in similar establishments. A service area is also available. San Miniato boasts two excellent pastry shops, albeit with different characteristics: Pasticceria Brotini and Pasticceria Benvenuti.

Spacious interior and ample parking. The dessert display is endless and features quality treats. The prices are fair. Excellent!

Excellent pastry shop, finally a place worthy of the name "pastry shop" with a wide selection of everything. A wide selection, even gluten-free options. Highly recommended.
