The cream puff looks at me and like in "Alice in Wonderland" says eat me. The crumbliness of the chou paste gives way to the creamy and not very sweet consistency of the chocolate. The clue leads me to investigate as in an Aghata Christie film and I soon discover who the director is. In an inlet created adjacent to the main room, an alchemist prepares his sweet potions according to local tradition. His advanced age and the lack of helpers remind me that he is like "The Last of the Mohicans". When it disappears, a taste that has told the story of Pisa for generations will be lost.
