14/08/2024: Excellent. The quality of the raw material and its valorisation are truly the top of the place. The goodness, the taste, the presentation of the dishes ( top fish menu) and then the service, the kindness of the staff, the hospitality, the sobriety and refinement of the place do the rest. Feeling at home, but still in a special dinner atmosphere, because the menu is something special, unforgettable and excellent and the cost of the dishes is perfect. A point of reference to be found as soon as possible, to be recommended to friends and family, to be recommended for a romantic or business dinner, for a holiday or celebration. There is no mistake here. Better to book.

29/07/2024: Locale semplice ma originale, gestione informale e cucina ottima. Ho mangiato crostini al lardo, bucatini alla corsara con ragù di pesce in bianco e un baccalà fritto e poi marinato in salsa ristrettissima di pomodoro e aceto. Tutto ottimo, ma sinceramente vorrei mangiare quel baccalà ogni sera per un mese. Bevendo acqua e birra ho speso €35, prezzo onestissimo. Grazie per la cena squisita!!

19/08/2024: I felt like a yogurt. Prices start from three euros with 3 toppings, but I don't know if it was because it was "late" or it's always like this but they didn't have much... the girl who served me I don't know if she was new or what... but she didn't know anything about prices or even what were the possible garnishes I could put... I don't think I'll get it again, maybe I'll try the ice cream.

11/08/2024: We stayed with Claudio in the motorhome for 3 days in August 24th. The drive here is a bit adventurous, but can also be done with large motorhomes. When we finally arrived, the effort was worth it. Claudio and his family are super nice. In the morning we were woken up by the donkeys. The pool is super refreshing in the heat, but the food just tops everything. I felt like I had gained 3kg in 3 days. It's so delicious that we ate at Claudio's every evening. 06/08/2024: Beautiful place! Great service and delicious food. An unforgettable experience: eating delicious meals with a view of the beautiful mountains! And lovely donkeys graze in the area... The owner is very nice and helpful and an excellent chef. There is a swimming pool on site where you can swim while admiring the Apuan Alps!

05/08/2024: A security. I have been going to eat at this place for over 30 years, unfortunately not often enough as I live far away. If you are looking for a gourmet proposal you could consider other offers, otherwise if you like that kind you cannot miss trying this now historic place. In my opinion the best in the country and therefore in general the best restaurant to eat panigacci. Best combo: At the beginning cooked panigacci (or are they testaroli? 🙂) with pesto, oil and parmesan, mushrooms Followed by all-you-can-eat panigacci with cold cuts and cheese (stracchino and gorgonzola if you like) As a sweet nutella panigacci.

20/08/2024: We were there around mid-August. Nice place and good service. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms as it should be. Excellent house wine. Then it's enough to stay light. Correct account

02/09/2024: Very nice place with mountain views. The panigacci are delicious and so is the sausage cooked on the grill. The price in line with what is offered and very kind waiters. I will definitely come back.

26/08/2024: Very nice restaurant immersed in the Lunigiana countryside, very kind, attentive and smiling staff. Delicious dishes and generous portions, wide choice of wines. Many vegetarian dishes available. I have been several times over time and every time it is a guarantee. Very honest prices. Disabled access available. We'll be back!

05/08/2024: Spectacular place, after the visit to the Malaspina castle we put our legs under the table and enjoyed a royal lunch, everything was exceptional, excellent chefs, friendly and very kind staff, everything was delicious... I will definitely return

04/08/2024: Local located in Piazza Sauxillanges, near the ancient castle of the Malaspina family. Small but welcoming place, tables inside and outside. Excellent food, served with excellent plating. Tasty veal with tuna sauce; Trofie good and nice to look at; tasty and simple testaroli with pesto; spectacular tuna steak; the fried rabbit, the flagship dish among the many dishes of the exquisite restaurant, excellent and tasty. Light and not too full dishes; excellent and tasty desserts after a good lunch spent outside. Excellent service: helpful and friendly staff. Excellent dishes and excellent restaurant. One of the most prominent trattorias in all of Fosdinovo.
