28/03/2026: Chosen at random for a stop in Pontremoli, it turned out to be a perfect choice!!! The atmosphere is very welcoming, as is the staff, and the menu is excellent and varied, with a spectacular wine list! The testaroli with pesto are delicious, and the fried cod with vegetables is truly excellent! The Lambrusco by the glass is also excellent! The desserts and accompanying wines are delicious, including an amazing Sciacchetra from the Cinque Terre! If you're passing through, I highly recommend stopping here!

10/05/2026: We went with a couple of friends; getting there wasn't the best experience, but then you discovered the excellence of the family atmosphere and the good food. Everything was excellent, from the charming, bright and very warm dining room to the friendly atmosphere, the excellent appetizers, the exceptional herb tart, the zucchini jam, the ravioli with butter and sage, the polenta with mushrooms, the mega-galactic fried lamb, and the excellent dessert. I forgot about the bread; everything was strictly homemade and made with top-quality ingredients. We will definitely be back; the trip is worth it. Always a pleasure to return, both for the staff and the delicacies they prepare.

06/05/2026: A magical and relaxing place. After years of not going to the beach (too sunny, noisy, and crowded), I've started going to the beach again. I happened upon it while looking for a seaside cafe and discovered a unique, very clean and well-kept place. I'd give it 10 stars.

03/05/2026: A decidedly positive experience at Taverna all’Oca Bianca, with cuisine that maintains a strong connection to the region while also incorporating a few more ambitious twists. I started with the "Flavors of Lunigiana" appetizer, where the fried zucchini flowers stood out: crispy, dry, and not at all greasy. A precise, clean frying that immediately reveals the chef's expertise. Next up was pappardelle with duck ragù: delicious, with a well-constructed ragù, although I found the pasta a bit too "cracked"; personally, I prefer it firmer, with more bite. The second course, however, is a completely different story: tartare of Piedmontese Fassona beef with burrata, foie gras, and truffle. A dish that isn't just good, but also lingers. The breakdown isn't an aesthetic quirk, but an invitation: first taste, then combine, then go back. The clean and elegant meat meets the roundness of the burrata, the depth of the foie gras, and the aroma of the truffle in a balance that feels surprisingly natural. It's one of those dishes where you pause for a moment, slow down, and realize you're eating something truly grounded. Truly remarkable, almost unbelievable. The tiramisu concluded with a delicious one, although I felt it lacked that final spark that would make it memorable. Overall, an experience I highly recommend. Solid, distinctive cuisine, and a main course that alone is worth the trip.

26/07/2025: I chose this place based on photos of the dishes and reviews, and I can confirm my positive impression. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was fast and attentive, the dishes were truly delicious, original, and the ingredients were top-notch. I was very satisfied. The squid ink ravioli del plin filled with fish, with a delicate sauce and crispy cuttlefish, and the sea asparagus and saffron tempura were truly delicious. Also not to be missed was the crispy octopus tentacle on basil mashed potatoes and beetroot chips. The desserts, which were homemade, were also quite good.

12/05/2026: Amazing Steakhouse Restaurant! We had dinner at this restaurant on Sunday evening. We were in Carrara for the Animosi Theater light show. We had a wonderful time. The waitress was very kind and patient. She explained the entire menu to us (they only use products selected from small producers that aren't usually found commercially) and also advised us on the wine selection. She was excellent and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is warm and informal. We'll definitely be back. It was a lovely surprise, thank you.

12/05/2026: Dinner with friends at Christmas, we ate some delicious Chianina tartare, and the Red steak, for those who like a marbled steak it is the best, the pairing with the wine was very successful, I recommend this steakhouse to everyone, knowledgeable and friendly staff

31/05/2026: Wonderful place, warm hospitality, love of nature, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. The property alone is worth the trip, and if you want to pamper yourself a little more, try their restaurant. Very interesting and varied wine list.

27/05/2026: Restaurant in Fosdinovo Basso, with rooms. We only had lunch. It would be worth coming just for the view from the dining room. But you come here to taste, and you'll be completely satisfied. The chef is extremely helpful in addressing some allergy issues. Pleasantly spaced between the few tables. Attentive service, standard wine list. Parking. Well worth a stop and a return visit.

11/12/2025: Close your eyes, listen to the clacking of glasses, listen to the voices of the diners delicately conversing, smell the fruity wine in your glass, smell the authentically cooked fish. Open your eyes, you're at the peniche, where taste meets harmony and every dish becomes a masterpiece of flavor and exaltation. Speechless, try it to believe it.

05/05/2026: The place is enchanting: the garden is well-maintained, and there are tables and loungers available for relaxing, immersing yourself in nature, and admiring the landscape. The rooms are welcoming and spacious, and are equipped with a variety of amenities, such as a minibar, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. The food was excellent, both for the raw ingredients used and for the chef's cooking, which allowed us to enjoy traditional dishes, always carefully crafted and paired with flavors that truly brought out the best in them. The welcome we received made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Recommended by a friend; we've only tried the restaurant. Wonderful location on a beautiful plateau in the mountains, excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and the owner is a wonderful person. The perfect place to truly unwind. If you love animals, bring carrots; the donkeys at the fence will surely appreciate them. We came with three dogs, and they were happy too. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
