We like to experience a starred restaurant, and having one in the province was too good an opportunity to miss.... The place strikes you right from the entrance, for its cleanliness, order, accuracy and attention to detail in the choice of furnishings... We were welcomed by the Chef and owner Mr. Giacomo who immediately put us at ease and reserved a smaller room. very nice secluded place where the professional and diligent staff immediately took care of accommodating us and our dog... The cuisine is truly of the highest quality, the cellar very well stocked and the service absolutely up to par... We felt looked after and pampered throughout the evening... It was an exceptional experience at a more than reasonable price which I highly recommend to everyone and which I can't wait to repeat, trying a different tasting menu... F. G.

09/03/2025: Restaurant with which chef Devoto brought the first star to this part of Tuscany on the border with Liguria! Splendid location with some very well furnished rooms. The basic tasting route is full of flavors linked to the territory, with exceptional ideas that link vegetables and fish.

29/11/2024: Proprietario gentilissimo. Locale con vista sulle cave di Colonnata. Servizio semplice e fai da te. Ordini e poi vieni chiamato al bancone a ritirare il piatto pronto. Si instaura subito un rapporto cordiale con i proprietario molto gentili e disponibili a descrivere i vari cibi a disposizione, con particolare attenzione a fornire indicazioni sugli ingredienti dei cibi, per chi come me ha problemi di salute. Noi abbiamo ordinato gli sgabei ed un misto di formaggi ed ovviamente lardo. porzioni abbondanti ed il proprietario ci ha poi fornito dei sacchetti per portare via il cibo non consumato. tutto buonissimo ma le porzioni erano decisamente abbondanti. Ho capito che la gestione è a conduzioni famigliare. Tanto di cappello. Ah ovviamente abbiamo acquistato il lardo (buonissimo).

07/03/2025: Very happy experience in this city bakery, encountered by chance during a walk in the center of Carrara. Quality products continuously baked in front of the customer, exceptional farinata, pizza, focaccia, chestnut, a fragrance that conquers. For those who wish there is also the possibility of consuming on site, comfortably seated in the room in front. The owners are also nice people, which makes everything even more pleasant.
