21/03/2026: Gorgeous, quiet location with a spectacular view. We only ate in the restaurant, which was comfortable, with impeccable service, a beautiful wine list, and incredibly excellent food! The friendliness and dedication to this profession is absolutely admirable! Quality, flavor, and innovation come together in perfect harmony. We truly enjoyed our stay. From now on, it will be in my personal top ten. Congratulations.

08/09/2025: A truly beautiful place, nestled among the cool chestnut trees of Lunigiana. The museum and all the activities they host throughout the year are interesting. The Amaro del Partigiano liqueur is also excellent, and I never miss the opportunity to buy it.
But the highlight of the place is the fantastic Fino al Cuore della Rivolta Festival, held in August. This year, the program of both debates and concerts was truly superb.
Congratulations to all the volunteers who work there.
The only downside: the long waits, especially at the social lunches.
02/09/2025: I spent two days there during the 2025 Festival della Resistenza. The archives are accessible through a multimedia experience. A truly wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people, interesting talks, and quality live music, all free of charge. The volunteers also prepare excellent food in the evenings, and there's a free camping area. I'll definitely be back in 2026.

11/04/2026: I sell boats and needed to stay a night near the Magra River for work.
Beautiful, clean, comfortable room, and exceptional value. There's an electric vehicle charging station in the internal parking lot.
The staff is very helpful with any requests.
The attached restaurant is excellent; the ravioli and fillet steak are superb (the freshly made focaccia they bring you instead of bread is delicious). Elia is a superb chef! As soon as I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back.

Very well-maintained facility, with on-site parking and an on-site restaurant.
Clean and comfortable room.
Very helpful staff.
The attached restaurant is excellent; the focaccia and meat dishes are highly recommended.
The value for money is more than fair.

05/08/2025: Una piacevole riscoperta,dopo ventuno anni dalla prima volta che sono venuto a mangiare in questo ristorante (nel lontano 2004 insieme ai miei genitori)...che dire;ottimo era,e ottimo è rimasto.

Gli immancabili sgabei, leggeri e buonissimi, taglieri abbondanti.
Primi e secondi discreti.
Dolci buoni.
Cenare in piazzetta è molto piacevole.

28/06/2025: Die Pizza 🍕 war sehr lecker, die Bedienung freundlich und das Ambiente war sehr einladend. Ich würde dieses Restaurant für jeden Anlass empfehlen, außer man hat panische Angst vor an der Decke hängenden Töpfen.

per aver mangiato poco e male .

contesto ricco di alberi e fresco .

21/11/2024: Visita per il sessantesimo compleanno di un amico di famiglia. Tavolo unico a quadrato che da sul centro di un ampio salone, struttura e arredi curata, elegante, un po' fredda (in effetti a marzo abbiamo avuto un po' freddino). Antipastini misti con sgabeini e poi pizza con diversi gusti. Vino e spumante, dolce del compleanno. L'antipasto era molto buono, la pizza onesta. Non posso giudicare il rapporto qualità-prezzo perché non abbiamo pagato.

15/06/2025: In occasione della visita al castello di Fosdinovo, siamo stati ieri a pranzo: siamo stati accolti come se fossimo famigliari, tavolo sotto il pergolato d'uva con veduta fino al mare. Veramente stupendo. Il menù veramente ottimo. Da consigliare assolutamente i ravioli patate e porri conditi con un sugo in bianco di funghi pioppini coltivati da loro. Un piatto mai assaggiato ma di una bontà unica. Così come il coniglio fritto. Prezzi più che onesti con il coperto e il caffè (in moka Bialetti) offerti.
I proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali; siamo stati veramente trattati come in famiglia.
Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare e da ripetere!

Ospitalità famigliare e distensiva.
Tanta simpatia. Piatti sobri ed accurati, buona la scelta. Siamo stati davvero coccolati! Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare i fritti e i primi!
