Good, the only flaw with panigacci is that you need lard, peacetta and nail, everything else is good

A pleasant discovery, the panigaccio is superb, both boiled and dry. Beautiful location, excellent food, and great value. Highly recommended!

My mom and I went for dinner tonight. We discovered the place through a guy who recommended it on Instagram. It's definitely worth it; for those who love seafood, it's a perfect fusion of traditional and innovative cuisine. They're very daring with flavors, especially the panigacci cacio e pepe with mussels and bottarga. The waiter was very kind, and especially the restaurant manager, who looked after us throughout the dinner, advising us on what to choose, starting with the wine, making us feel pampered. 5 stars, well deserved!

Trattoria Zini e Ferrari

24/08/2026: It's a case in point, not easy to get to, but... a completely renovated restaurant with a stunning terrace offering a splendid view. The culinary offerings are rooted in the local area, with a predilection for mushrooms. The portions are generous and incredibly tasty. The wait times are reasonable. The service is informative and precise. And last but not least, the quality/price ratio is excellent. We, who come from Florence, think there are no restaurants like this; it will become a must-visit.
