24/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We've been coming to Tuscany for vacations for many years, and this was the first time we've had such a negative experience. The service was cold and unfriendly, and we felt like, being tourists, we weren't treated with the same attention as other customers. It was truly unpleasant.
Furthermore, the Spritz served was very small for the price. Between the unwelcoming service and the disappointing value for money, we left with a very negative impression.
It's a real shame, because we love this region and return every year, but after this experience, we have no intention of returning to this place.

11/03/2026: A pizzeria by the slice in the historic center of Carrara that's truly worth a visit. The pizza is excellent, and the piping hot pizza is special: not too thick, perfectly crispy, and incredibly flavorful. The focaccia is also excellent.
The small dining room in front of the restaurant is a popular spot, perfect for sitting down and enjoying everything at your leisure. A simple yet high-quality place, ideal for a quick snack or a tasty break in the center.

16/07/2026: I came here this evening for the first time because I'm a truck driver. Since I'm stuck at Tamac and will be loading tomorrow morning, I spent a couple of hours at the beach. While walking, I saw this pizzeria. I must say that the owner was very kind in letting me sit down, even if it was just for a quick pizza. His name is ToninoDiscoVolante, and his name is Tonino. Anyway, I wanted to compliment you on the beautiful place, everything is well-organized, clean, and the staff is all great, very kind, and helpful. If I get the hang of it, I'll definitely be back. Even just to enjoy a delicious pizza like tonight.

09/07/2026: We were a group of about 20 people at this place; since it was a large table, we made a reservation. The pizza menu is varied, and all of it is delicious. We chose it because it's close to the hotel where we stayed, so it's within walking distance. I didn't see any parking nearby, so I'm not sure if it's easy to find since it's close to the seafront. Recommended.

12/04/2026: I'll start by saying it's a perfect place to spend an evening with family or friends. The menu is extensive, including specialty pizzas that change. The place is welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. I must admit, last Friday we waited 40 minutes for our order (I think this was a unique experience, as the service has always been quite fast in the past). But overall, I can say it's worth the wait! The pizza is good, light and flaky, even when cooked on gas, not wood. The desserts are average (I must say the tiramisu is good). The price is reasonable. We'll definitely return, whether with family or for an evening with friends! The price is consistent and appropriate for the entire dinner.
28/03/2026: This pizzeria is truly excellent, and certainly the best I've ever eaten at. It offers a wide selection of pizzas, focaccias, calzones, and meat dishes, all at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is well-maintained and the staff are helpful. The pizzas range from classic to more specialty, and are all delicious.

Il migliore Pizza del mondo, the world's best pizza! I'll definitely be back. Friendly service, even though it's always packed. The pizzas arrive like clockwork. Two pizza chefs, a wood-fired oven, self-service, beer from the fridge. Order your pizza; if there's a free table, it will come on its own. If not, just take it with you or sit by the fountain. 11/07/2026: We'll be back. And there's a reason we return. Excellent traditional dishes. The stuffed mussels are sublime. Superb cod trio. The rice cake is top-notch. Honest, family-style service: nothing artificial. At Ometto, you can feel the essential Carrara character, carved in marble. Our dog was welcomed with affection.
06/07/2026: We had dinner for six and ate a delicious pizza, sliced ββwith mushrooms and top-quality parmesan.
I highly recommend it.
