29/01/2026: A place where you'll find meat, side dishes, and desserts. The meat is spectacular, some of the best in the area. We ordered a superb Ciliegiolo wine. The atmosphere is very noisy; some soundproofing would be enough to reduce the commotion. We'll definitely be back!

In summer, you can also dine outdoors under a lemon trellis, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. The menu is extensive, offering both seafood and meats – you're unlikely to be disappointed! Scallops with Spicy Mango and Sour Cream Ice Cream: This dish is truly amazing! The flavors blend perfectly, refreshing and sweet. Slow-cooked beef tongue with wild berries, Ndua sausage, and parsley aioli. The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and the sauce was rich and layered; definitely worth ordering. Spicy Scallops with Asparagus Cream and White Garlic. Baby squid and clams with asparagus cream and white garlic; overall okay, but slightly less memorable than the previous two dishes. SPAMS LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY The handmade pasta has a fantastic texture, and the seafood is plentiful. It's the kind of dish that's consistently delicious. LAY LAY My first impression was: It looks so ugly? Will it taste good? But one bite and I was completely proven wrong! Paired with peas and bergamot sauce, it's incredibly refreshing and balanced. Beef tenderloin was very tender, and the doneness was perfect. The foie gras was a little too rich for me. Foie gras dessert was something I'd been wanting to try before I even came! The balance of sweet and sour is excellent, not cloying at all – a big plus! Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal; it's a restaurant worth making a special trip to try! They also have a branch in London, so I'm a little curious if the quality there is just as good.

Two pizza chefs, a wood-fired oven, self-service, beer from the fridge. Order your pizza; if there's a free table, it will come on its own. If not, just take it with you or sit by the fountain. The last thing I tried was their rice cake: absolutely delicious! The place is small, so it's best to book in advance. Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: The climb is breathtaking, and the view even more so. The place lends itself to banquets, even outside, weather permitting. Let's start with the wines: don't look on the menu, try theirs. The red is good, the white excellent. My advice is to start with appetizers—the typical crostini, for example—and their Vermentino, more savory than the others, but very pleasant on the palate. And then move on to the red. Moving on to the tordelli, the stuffed pasta typical of the entire area, which in the Massa area are enriched with pepolino, wild thyme. At Cima, they lose their crescent shape and become square. And they are worth trying, even just two as an appetizer. The meats are top-notch. I recommend one or two nice rib-eye steaks: they are served on hot plates, continue cooking, and make the dinner perfect. I have something to say about the rice cake, a typical Massa dessert. And also about the mango dessert. The cantucci are excellent.

06/04/2026: The atmosphere is rustic yet authentic, warm and welcoming. The service is courteous and discreet, and the pizzas are ready in 10 minutes. The pizzas are delicious: a perfect balance between the soft and crispy crust, the sweetness of the tomato, and the stringy mozzarella. We ordered a gorgonzola and onion pizza, a Neapolitan anchovy and caper pizza with mozzarella, and a spicy salami pizza. Each one better than the last. A jug of cool, light water and a jug of fresh, fragrant draft beer are also included. The walnut and fig tart is also worthy of a special mention. It was our first time there and definitely an experience we'll repeat.
