25/12/2025: More than once I tried to get a pizza. I found myself faced with scenes where the boss, or who knows who, was yelling at the employees. He even treated me badly because I wanted to pay for a pizza with my credit card. I was told it was too little and that he paid taxes on it. I told him it's not my problem, I can pay it like this. He yelled at me, "It's these people! These phones and a thousand things I don't want to write." I paid and left, almost without any desire to eat pizza anymore. As for the place, it's uneducated, and the worst thing is hearing the owner yell at the staff, both behind the counter and from the kitchen window.

21/10/2025: Nice and well-kept atmosphere inside, a little anonymous on the outside, authentic cuisine, generous portions and reasonable prices, excellent for a business lunch, fast and informal service.

14/11/2025: The restaurant enjoys a charming natural setting just steps from the lake. However, in my opinion, the interior, especially the terrace, could use a makeover. I also didn't find the food to my liking, as it was far too salty. We ordered mushroom fettuccine for four, and everyone at the table agreed. The staff was unwilling to replace the dishes, claiming they were incorrect without further explanation. Therefore, I can't say I had a good experience.

28/09/2025: The owner is a rude person who, without knowing us and only by phone after having paid for the overnight stay without a refund, sent my husband "fuck you" in exact words, screaming and saying to never contact him again. A real villain, I strongly advise against it! I WOULD REMOVE HIM FROM ALL SITES as well as REMOVE THEIR LICENSE. We are forced to put a star otherwise the review will not be published. Other than stars, STABLE

24/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our experience at the hotel we booked through the agency. Security was virtually nonexistent, with room keys left unattended. This led to unpleasant situations, with our rooms being used by other people. We expected a level of service and care that, unfortunately, we didn't receive. We hope the hotel can improve these aspects in the future to offer its guests a more peaceful stay.

04/10/2025: The Hotel Bencistà in Pietrasanta offers everything you could wish for a successful stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and quietly located. From the moment you check in, you feel the attentiveness of the staff – friendly, professional, and warm at the same time. The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise and rounded off the stay perfectly. Overall, a place where everything is just right: atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and location.

29/05/2026: Came here for a drink when out riding the bikes. Had a gin tonic and an aperol total bill was 34 euros.

10/05/2026: A truly disappointing experience at Caffè Roma. The place was practically empty, and we simply asked for a slightly secluded table because we were traveling with a medium-large dog. We also ate outside, so the request was more than reasonable and wouldn't have caused any inconvenience. We later asked for a water bowl for the dog and were told no "due to restaurant policy," inviting us to go outside where, according to them, we would find bowls that in reality weren't there at all. In the end, they brought us some water in an ashtray: something I found truly shameful and in terrible taste. A modicum of attention and respect for customers and animals would be the bare minimum, especially in a place of this caliber and with the restaurant empty. We won't be returning.

06/05/2026: Really terrible management. I've been a customer at this restaurant many times, but last year was a terrible experience. There were four of us: me, my mom, my best friend Giulia, and her mom. Giulia and I had our pizzas taken away because they were too burned, but the worst problem was that the pizza chef refused to remake them, so we were both left with almost no dinner, only surviving on a few slices of the other two pizzas our mothers had ordered. That restaurant was truly terrible, and I will avoid it 100% this year. I'm surprised they're still open.

06/05/2026: A small, authentic bar with a lovely owner and waiter. Prices are a bit high for Italy, but the great aperitivo makes up for it!

04/05/2026: Arrogance, rudeness, and bad manners are the strong points of this bar. Terrible welcome and nonexistent savoir faire. "Can we eat outside?" The response, verbatim: "As long as you pay more because it's on public land." A plea to future patrons...DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR!!

03/01/2026: A Nutella affogato for 7.50 that had absolutely nothing in it, neither affogato nor Nutella. You're lucky you live off tourism; in another world, you would have closed down a long time ago.

26/12/2025: The service wasn't great, and the prices didn't match the price tag. I ordered a cup of two flavors, which on the price tag was €3.50. They served me the ice cream with just two scoops, then added the wafer I hadn't ordered, and asked me to pay €4.50. Well, I didn't say anything, but then I tried the ice cream...the powdered milk was ruining it, and the flavor wasn't great.

12/09/2025: The food was frozen and cold; you could tell it had been heated in a microwave. Very bad and highly suspicious.

15/08/2025: when we first arrived they said the parking was 10 euro. we payed ten euros and when we were walking out of the parking lot they tried to make us pay AGAIN. but we didnt because it was obvious they were trying to scam us. when we got sat down the waiter didnt even try to be kind at all and told us we cant order very different plates because it was a holiday, but when we looked around the waiters were bringing very different dishes to everyone else (probably because we were tourists and the others were locals). Dishes were terrible , we got preheated pasta with canned sauce (we recognised it) and it was literally cold. We didnt even wait for the next dish because it was so bad. Terrible food and terrible customer service
